Mobility scooter on the Art shuttle
    Rain R.

Loved our experience with Amos. We had our scooter for 6 days for 170 (including tax). Iʻve shopped around Anaheim mobility scooters and this was the cheapest I found. What a bargain!! We had the option to have it dropped off at the park or at our hotel- we picked hotel. After paying online, it was delivered on time and we picked our keys up in the lobby with our receptionist. Super convenient!! Our scooter worked great and lasted the whole day in the parks- I almost wanted to rent another for myself too. Was easy to get in and out of the Art shuttles. Even had a little basket in the front to hold drinks. This gave my husband lots of independence and made his trip so much easier. I'd def recommend getting a mobility scooter with Amos!!! Mahalo nui!!!

My husband suffered a spinal cord injury in 2021 and I have worked with them on a couple of projects and have been surprised by the compassion and respect they have all demonstrated during these difficult years. We had a VPL and a Flexstep installed for my husband throughout the years, and through it all, the team at 101 Mobility has been amazing. They have all been so patient with so many issues we have had with private contractors and have waited patiently for us to make room for the lifts and installation. Gus and Sergio (installers) are top notch!! Truly professional. Doah and Teresa have been wonderful at communicating with me and the patience they have shown me is unbelievable for a company. When someone gets so seriously injured and their mobility is so drastically affected there is so much desperation. Not just in the injured person's life, but also in the world of devices that are now necessary. It is all so incredibly expensive, but I have never felt pressured by 101 to purchase anything. Gary has come to my house several times over the years when our needs have changed and they have waited for us to be ready. They have never pressured us to buy anything or "upsold" us anything unnecessary like other companies do. We love the folks at 101 Mobility. We hope to get an elevator next year... Gary, get ready to come back!!! You won't regret trusting 101 Mobility for your special needs.

I found One Stop Mobility and what attracted me was its proximity to Disneyland Resort. It's located within the Camelot Inn and Suites right across the street from the parks. When you turn into the hotel, you'll pass the parking attendant and it's on the right side towards the back of the parking lot. You can't miss it because there are a ton of scooters outside the office. I submitted a request online two days before my visit, and they called me back later the same day. Someone helped me book the scooter rental over the phone. I wish you could do this online because you have to provide your credit card details to the representative that calls you back. They'll ask for your arrival window, and I recommend going first thing in the morning. I arrived a few minutes before they opened at 7:00 AM, and I waited about 15 minutes because there was one person in front of me. The scooter is fully charged when you check it out. They'll provide an overview on how to use the scooter, which is super helpful. How to turn it on, move forward, reverse, break, and adjust the seat. If you need to transport it, the scooter can break down, but it is SO heavy. You'll need two people to get this into a van, SUV, or truck. It has a speed dial, and let me tell you the max speed goes FAST, so be careful if you're on that setting. The turn radius is excellent for the scooters, I didn't have any trouble navigating sharp turns for some of the lines in the parks. My visit to the park started at 7:30 am and we left around 4:00 pm. The charge was still full, so if you're looking to rent one of these for a couple of days, this battery has enough power for that. I paid about $70 for a day rental, but that's because I added the scooter insurance ($10). I personally don't think you need this if you're just going to Disneyland Resort. I had no issues during my visit. I do think it's smart to add it if you're transporting the scooter in a vehicle to use at another location. If you leave the scooter unattended at the park, be sure to just take the key with you. You can return the scooter outside of business hours. You'll leave the scooter next to the office and leave the key with the hotel front desk.

We called Disneyland and they said they can't guarantee availability for scooters as it is first come first serve. So we went with an outside company for renting scooters. This place is really close to Disneyland, basically 1 traffic light away, walking distance. It is situated right now to the official drop off area for Disneyland. The price is reasonable. Staff are reasonably friendly. The booking process was smooth. The scooters were well maintained, and kept clean. No issues in terms of using the scooters. Overall, a great place to rent scooters.

When returning the scooter I informed the person from there company we lost the arm rest at the park due to them not being attached properly. I was told that since they delivered a damaged scooter and just threw whatever left over arms they had at their store; I would not be charged for the missing arm rest. When I get back home I see the charge on my card. I call them and ask to speak to the manger Chris. After informing me he will call me back after speaking to the "owner", I get a text message. Very unprofessional. As he informs me of their "generosity of the discounts" they gave us. I have to then correct him. Chris tell me they gave us 2 scooter for the price of 1. I never ordered 2 scooters. His dates were inaccurate and tried to say we're used something we never received. They try to add false information and fake reservations to seem well-intentioned. Since he has no decency to call me back I proceed to call him back our conversation lead to false information and Chris proceeds to curse and use profanity as their "general manager". -Lack of customer service -Lied and allegations -Extra charges -Profanity and rudeness -Faulty equipment Are all the things you will receive if you use their services.

The technicians came at 8:55 am ( what a wonderful surprise) and they were both very polite and professional. After determining both my batteries had to be replaced they called around to see if they could locate replacement batteries. They came back in the afternoon to install the batteries and finish the service. I called the office back later to mention that the seat still felt wobbly and Doris made sure that they came back the next day and now my seat is perfect! I recommend this company 100%. My experience tells me that my satisfaction is very important to them and that I am 100% satisfied with the job. They will be my go to for all future needs with my stairlift as the company that installed my stairlift 10 yrs ago is no longer in business. I am so grateful to have found them. I have a Bruno outdoor stairlift.
