The guy taking my order just asked what I wanted on each window. I did my research and knew what I wanted, so I told him the film and shades, he said ok, done. I'm so used to shops trying to upsell me that I came in ready to say no, no, and no. Never had to. And never had to flag either of them down to ask something, or feel like I was bothering them. Had tint done somewhere else before so I've got something to compare to, and the work here is noticeably cleaner. Edges are tight, way fewer water pockets and they're tiny, I expect them gone soon.
