He offered to check them out on his key fob tester. He did that but he wanted to do additional testing with a better tester he had at the shop that he could bring over another time. I had been living with this issue for a while so I was happy for him to do it. He was very concerned about getting them fixed for me, which I appreciated. We agreed for him to come back the next week, which he did. He insisted on not taking any money until he fixed the problem, which I have not run across with other service companies. Bottom line, Matt is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and considerate. He responds to either a text or call immediately.
