Cider flight!
Chris V.

If you love cider, ABSOLUTELY give this place a try! It was my first time here and the customer service was impeccable. Super helpful and friendly bartender, he let us sample a TON of flavors as we were trying to decide what to order for our flights. Such a variety of 20 different ciders to choose from, 7 of which were in house. Hard to choose a favorite because they were all so good, but I especially enjoyed the huckleberry (not too sweet) and lemon basil (refreshing and smooth)! Fun and clean atmosphere with a variety of seating such as tables, booths, and couches, but could be difficult to get immediate seating on a busy night. Didn't get a chance to try any of their food, but their menu looked decent. I'll have to come back and update for a more complete review that includes their food, the fate of the 5th star hangs in the balance! Note their special nights: Tuesday - $10 flights Wednesday - $20 date night (pizza + 2 drinks) Thursday - $12 growler refill.

Boo to dry ciders! Sweet is where my tastebuds at. Must when in Spokane. Who in the heck are the people that like dry ciders? Everytime I go to a new cidery, I ask what is the sweetest thing you got? One Tree has twenty on tap, about half their own, all ciders. I didn't bother with any of the guest taps. Just went straight to what they make themselves. Had a flight of four and one full draft. All super sweet. Gave all five above a four on Untappd. Cherry Bomb, Passion Punch, Huckleberry, Caramel Cinnamon, Staycation. Party in my mouth! I got sucker punched with wildfire smog on my maiden voyage to the Inland Northwest. Kept saying to myself come back in a couple years and give it another chance. Might have to be sooner than that.

Great place, excellent ambiance and very nice bar tenders. The selection here is off the charts! I wish I could come here more but it is a little far away from me in Cheney. The price for the flight is 12$ and comes with 4 different flavors you can choose from...I recommend the flight for any newcomer...you really cannot go wrong with the Lemon Basil or the Huckleberry. 5/5 definitely come here if you like good cider and good vibes!

My friend and I were very excited to go to One Tree yesterday for their Sunday waffle and cider brunch that they put on every first Sunday of the month. We had seen SpokaneEats page on Instagram mention the brunch a while back. I had asked for the day off at work and everything in order to make time for this girls brunch and I had high hopes for this place and the waffles. The staff greeted us immediately as we walked in and soon we were sampling various ciders before choosing our drink. I had a Bloody Orange hard cider which was very pleasant and the price for a 16 oz draft was $9 which didn't seem bad at all to me. My friend and I paid $25 to try all 3 waffles because we couldn't decide which waffle to choose, so why not try them all. The size of the waffles at brunch - while they were all delicious - they were more like mini waffles. I wish the small size of the waffles was mentioned to us beforehand either online or in-store because I was still hungry for more food when we left. Would I go back for the hard cider? Yes! Not so much for the food but overall I had a good visit.

One Tree Hard Cider is definitely a must-go if ever in Spokane. The cidery is spacious, cozy, and had some friendly staff members. Unfortunately, there's no free parking so my coworker had to keep leaving to put coins into the meter. We ordered two flights all with different flavors of ciders to taste and share, cider house board, and sweet potato tots. My favorite ciders would have to be the fruitier ones like lemon basil, strawberry rose, huckleberry, and pineapple. They were all pretty sweet, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! I downed them like water. Charcuterie was pretty awesome with three types of cured meats, two types of cheeses, dried apricots, and slices of toasted artisan bread. I didn't really care for cured meats or dried fruit, but I did love the brie brulee! It was intriguing because I've never seen or eaten toasted cheese with sugar on top. I was also surprised that it was still easily spreadable on the bread too! Sweet potato tots, on the other hand, were lightly seasoned and did not taste like cheap frozen ones from the supermarket. They were soft and actually oozing of sweet potato. Sauce trio was just OK - I thought the tots tasted better without them to be honest. Overall, One Tree Hard Cider was such a cool place to hangout, drink, and nibble on yummy food. Glad my first cidery experience was such a success!

Pulled Pork Nachos and a Flight

7/9 our second visit to One Tree. Was hoping to grab the nachos we had last time but they were phased out (darn!) We tried "The House" pizza and had a flight. Pizza was delicious. They are enforcing mask rules and have masks available. A couple tried to come in without and were kindly pointed to the masks made available. My husband and I were finally able to stop in when in town. We ordered their pulled pork nachos along with a flight. Nachos were very pretty and tasted fantastic. Will definitely make the effort to come back again.

Awesome new spot for an already-established cidery! This is another addition to the burgeoning brewery district in Spokane, and a welcome one at that! There are 20 different ciders on tap, with about half from this particular place. One Tree Ciders are typically sweet, but the flavors are really balanced. I did a flight with their pumpkin cider and traditional apple cider a parts, and both were really outstanding (the pumpkin cider gets the taste just right without being overpowering). We also got some tots (came with stone ground mustard and curry ketchup for dipping- yum!) and one of the largest pretzels I can remember anywhere in Spokane. The owners and staff couldn't be more friendly and courteous; they checked in on us multiple times. Heard they are getting stickers and gift cards soon too! #insiderinfo.

This place is Awesome!! It has a Coffeehouse atmosphere that plays jazz music, has over 20 different cider selections from different places all over. We ordered the gluten-free "house" pizza which was amazing. You can roll the dice and take a chance for your flights which is what I did, so whatever the number is on your dice that's the number you get for your cider or you can choose your flights and they are $3 doll apiece. I definitely recommend this place it's super cute, super cozy, and great customer service.

Beautiful interior, fantastic food selection, and phenomenal ciders, what more could you want. Go on Wednesday nights for the date night deal of two ciders and a pizza for $20. Only thing I wish they had is more seating as they reach capacity pretty quickly.

So beyond delicious!! The cider at One Tree is hands down the best I've had to date. Period. The lemon basil is so light and fresh and the huckleberry is tangy and sweet. They have countless flavors and it will be hard to not find one you love. If you come on a wednesday you can even get 2 pints and a pizza for $20...an insane deal and they really do their pizza right here - all the tasty toppings, not skimping here!

Are their/your tots cooked in a dedicated gluten free fryer?

I would call and ask. I am almost certain health code regulations requires it. Very trustworthy establishment so I wouldn't doubt it. But always better to be safe than sorry. Very friendly staff so they probably wouldn't mind if you just called and… Read more

And of course, we left with a growler of our favorite One Tree, caramel cinnamon (lemon basil is a close second).

Every contact I've had with Grain Shed employees has been more than pleasant; they truly seem to enjoy working there, and take good care of their customers. I need to shout out to Toby and Audrey before I go on. They each provided 110% on customer service, being personable and making sure we left happy. On 2 separate trips to Spokane, I've visited the Grain Shed 3 and 4 times over the course of 3 days (yes, if you do the math, I went twice in 1 day, and the restaurant was NOT just around the corner!) Everything I've tried is delish, but in case you have to limit yourself, I highly recommend the OG, the beets and feta toast, the bread flight with sauces and cheese, the molasses ginger cookie, and maybe a chocolate croissant. I've heard their bread pudding and pumpkin pie (holiday special) are out of this world! I tried to get over to listen to their live music before leaving town, but still need to squeeze that into my schedule. Travelers: save space in your luggage for a loaf of bread. Sadly, no shipping at this time, but I'm waiting for it! This SoCal resident is officially The Grain Shed's #1 fan. I dare any of you to try to take away my title!

The Grain Shed does a farm to table model and is a bakery and brewery. I got a snack here along with a beer and left quite satisfied. I got a Grilled Cheese Sandwich on some of their house made bread with some Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheese. The exact name for this sandwich is the Cheesy Toastie. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.
