They emailed me back hours later, 15 minutes before they closed telling me they closed at noon and we're trying to find my contact info (I filled out an order form online and had talked to them through email-clearly they are not organized). I emailed them back and NEVER heard from them again. She should have offered to stay at the shop and wait for me or meet me the next morning to get my order-the day of the party-better yet she should have told me upfront when to pick up the cupcakes as I told them the day I needed it. To not even respond to me is extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service. I will never try them again nor will I recommend them ever.
