Wife and I sat at the bar. Great service there. We had Thai dishes. She had Thom Kha soup and chicken Larb. Both were tasty. I had Siam Beef. Spicy #3. Should have gone #5. The scale is a little Americanized. They gave me some extra chili oil and all was good on the spice level. They have levels above #5. Tread with caution. I regret not getting the sushi. It looked incredible and HUGE. Will be going back next week for sushi only. read more

The red curry only had peas, carrots and bamboo shoots, hardly any meet, lots of sauce. I travel a lot and there's usually more meat and vegetables such as eggplant, red pepper, tomatoes and occasionally cauliflower and/or broccoli. The young lady at the counter was very nice and later found out it was her first night on the floor- she was sweet as can be. However these places are getting outrageous- it's one thing that I spend $60 on TOGO dinner for two but for that to not include any sauces. I was charged over $6 for THREE 2 ounce cups of spicy Mayo. (Literally Mayo and Sriracha) this is greedy on the owners end and clearly lack of consideration of your customers. read more

Love coming here! I tried the chirashi bowl recently, was very good, my recommendation would be a better quality tuna, and add some fish eggs and a piece of tomago, kani and squid. take away the escolar or some of it. just to add a bit more variety. Salmon and hamachi were very fresh and delicious! The service needs some help too when dining in. Overall this is one of new favorite restaurants! read more

New place, and not all it was hyped to be. Our table started with the spring rolls and calamari. The spring rolls were sub-par , definitely a mushy and frozen vibe to it, expected an inside crunch that was not there. The calamari was absolutely awful. They are similar to onion rings. Very very processed, high in the seafood taste and just overall left me not excited for the rest of the meal, and my sense didn't not steer me incorrectly. I can't complain too too to to 2 much on the sush. Our table shared 3 rolls. A simple California for the picky eater which was mostly avocado for filling and not enough crab, cucumber, or the added cream cheese. The special roll was okay , but just boarding okay , nothing more , nothing less. We created our own tuna roll, and the tuna was pretty alright ! Surprisingly fresh which saved my humanity for the other reviews. Finally, we ordered entrees for the table. Plenty of food to get a good grasp on the overall taste of the restaurant. We got a hibachi chicken and pad Thai for the table. You can't really mess up hibachi , but I give it a 4/10. Poor chicken taste, overpowering on the poorly sliced onions. The fried rice was pretty fire tho. Wish I stuck to just the dang fried rice smh. Finally , the pad Thai was offered spice levels. 1-5 we ordered a 4 because of the warnings , and it came out as sweet as could be. We heard of the no spice option , and it felt as though that is what we received. The most off-putting aspect about this restaurant was the penny pinching , I mean up-charges for brown rice , soy paper and everything which can become pretty hefty for someone with allergies or dietary restrictions. We ordered extra sauces to help with some of the flavorless dishes , and although we were made aware of the 1.50 for 2 oz of extra sauces, it was insane to pay the same amount of money for 8 oz of sauces which is the same price as one of our sushi rolls. Our server was good, nothing to write home about. I personally feel as the manager/owner or whoever who talks to the guests at the bar about tits was the icing on the cake !!! We had a catering order from here for about 20 people. I called and confirmed the order over the phone and Eddie was very helpful. I'm a very patient person and had no issue with placing the order and working through what I assume is a new system. The food was great, and I have no issue with that at all. However, the thing I take issue with was on the day of pickup, our order was not even started until we arrived to pick up at our scheduled pickup time. I called to confirm the order was ready for pickup about 30 minutes prior to pickup time and mentioned someone else would be picking up because I wasn't going to make it on time. The woman on the phone hesitated and said she didn't see the order and that she'd check and call me back. When my parents got there to pick up the order, it hadn't even been started and no one seemed to know anything about the order. They did begin the order which was for full trays of food and a 12 roll sushi platter. So it would be a while. When they finished the trays my parents asked about the sushi and the response was "what sushi?" Almost two hours after our original pickup time my parents brought the food home only to realize that the restaurant had forgotten the rice. My parents had to drive back to get the tray of rice and bring it home. There was also an entire roll of sushi missing but I was still charged for the full tray. Overall, I'm not happy with the service and/or organization of the catering service. However, I could not leave a completely negative review because of my pleasant initial contact, and the quality of the food. We probably won't use them for catering again at least until we see a change in organization with the service. read more

Great sushi and this place serves better hot sake then anywhere else. The flavor and portion of sake they give you is well worth the price. Berni is a great server, she is very attentive and knowledgeable with the menu. The music they had playing when I went is not old lame music either.
