Been a customer for over 25 years... apart from having a limited number of branches, it's awesome...

Solid 4.5-5 stars. I've been with this credit union for over 25 years. In that time I've only had two small errors. They were very attentive and apologetic. One we were able to reverse quickly, and the other didn't work out to our benefit, but we understood what happened. We like them so much that my husband went ahead and opened a personal account with them and we also started our business account with them. They know us when we walk in the door, we can call and talk to them at any time, and we've spoken to the branch managers. That holds true for the Guadalupe office in Mesa/Tempe, and also for the offices in Tucson near Randolph. they have people that work out of several offices that assist customers, it's like having a free fiduciary on your side helping you plan for the future. Not one time has anybody ever been rude to myself or my husband. I'm sorry to hear that other people have negative experiences at OneAZ, and personally I find it surprising. When I see people have negative experiences (where my experience was exceptional) I'll go back and check their yelp reviews, and when I find a pattern I can sometimes figure out what's occurring. read more

I've been with this bank for around five years and I tell you what it's steadily gone downhill. They're not open on the weekend so if there's any kind of fraud or immediate attention, you need good luck. They're only open from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday the bank should be open to assist customers not there Normal 9 to 5. It should be open from 8am till 6:30pm every day if you're not gonna be open on the weekends give a chance for people to get off work and then get to the bank. I had a major issue with canceling an auto pay on a car loan even though I canceled it three weeks in advance, it still was trying to pull the funds. They charged me all kinds of fees. Needless to say it was on the weekend and nobody was there to help. They have limited amount of locations doesn't seem like they're gonna open more locations anywhere in the valley. If you haven't noticed the valley, is expanding like crazy but the bank doesn't seem to keep up. I wouldn't recommend this bank. I would choose a credit union that's open on the weekends and can assist anytime. read more

Initially went to OneAZ FCU about a HELOC which was the easiest mortgage I've ever done! We now have both checking and savings there as well and their staff are very friendly, helpful, and literally know every client who enters the building. I highly recommend OneAZ!! read more

users beware. this banks atm always has problems shutting down during transactions. you will loose time over filing disputes to even get your own money back. this bank has to be the worst in arizona credit union or not. read more

This credit union sucks! We have an RV loan through them and the only way to pay them is to go into a branch. They don't have any agreements with other credit unions, I on-line payment methods no over the phone method. No I have a late payment from them that is showing on my credit bureau, the only one I have out of 35 plus creditors and I can't get them to help me. If you call to talk to someone you wait a minimum of 30-40 minutes only to get someone that can't do crap! read more

I have been banking with OneAz Credit Union since I was in high school. The most recent issue is with my auto loan, I did it online which was a huge mistake. They do not have the communication skills with online and in office loans. They did not keep in contact with me and I was talking to three different representatives for my car loan. I finally got my car and the whole experience stressed me out. Second I had fraud on my account. I talked to the fraud department and he told me to go in a get a new card because, they had cancelled my other one. I was waiting for two weeks and still did not receive my money back! So I called their credit card department and the customer service representative said that she would send me and email so I can sign it and get my money back because, THE GUY NEVER FILED THE REPORT. So I waited and I didn't receive any email for two days. I decided to finally go into a branch, I was helped and given a paper to sign. Because they had my name wrong in my email address. Unfortunately it does not end there. I only got 3 out of the 4 fraudulent transactions back into my account. So I went in and talked to Sonia, whom told me to call card services in which I inform her that I will not do that because I just want this to be over and I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. Sonia helped me but she did seem snarky about it. Another instance is I went to the ATM on a Saturday , and the ATM freaked out. Taking half my money and giving me half back, there is no money that I tried to deposit in my account. And then it printed a receipt saying to contact my financial institutions but hey THERE IS NO BODY ON THE WEEKENDS TO HELP. So now I have to wait until Monday to get my money. I am not impressed and they really need to step it up. read more

This credit union used to be great when it was arizona state credit union. However a name change and moving of locations they have lost their customer service. Jerry Pacheco the branch manager was not sympathetic or understanding of our situation and refused to refund even partially the two years of fees for "servicing an inactive account". Not sure what service they were providing for two years without notifying us, but we had a substantial amount of money literally "sitting" there that the bank felt entitled to after we had moved to an area without a OneAZ Credit Union nearby. We closed the account to avoid additional fees but so disappointed in the way that Jerry handled this. There are hundreds of banks in town and dozens of credit unions. Pick anyone else. read more

I wish I had read these reviews before completing a loan application with these people. By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I've dealt with many mortgage companies over the years and the unprofessionalism of Brian Schmidt was completely unacceptable. I have really enjoyed going to this branch for the last year now. The entire staff and especially Sonia has been amazing and has been able to accommodate my needs every time I go in. Great customer service! Every time I call they are very helpful and gage answered my questions and took care of me quickly!

Horrible horrible horrible service and products. We were convinced by one if there team members to use them for our auto loan. We decided to go with them because of the great rate with the credit union. Long story short we never received a statement in the mail for our bill. We then got a late notice and many phone calls stating that we never paid our bill. However we didn't have any account to payable to. Come to find out the member that signed us up was no longer with the company and we now were screwed due to the late charges that occurred. After working with the branch manager for three months she was not able to remove or help us move forward with our credit score that was now ruined because of this credit union. They told me they only had online services. The story changed every time and everyone had a different answer. Very disappointed and will be moving our auto loans back to our professional bank. read more
