Awesome spot! My husband and I had our first date here so we love to stop in atleast 1x a year. We love the burgers, pasta and fried mozzarella. Everything is usually pretty good - solid local spot!!! Guys very busy so go early!

This is a solid place for a burger! They were very flexible and allowed me to swap a vegetarian burger patty with any of the traditional burgers they had on the menu. I appreciated that aspect! I ended up getting the "raging Cajun" with a veggie patty and it was nice! The only reason to not have it be a 5 star was the fact that it took very long for the food to arrive. The waitress offered us free salad/ bread due to the wait, but as she was offering it our food came out. Other folks around us did get the complimentary salad/ bread. The restaurant is pretty crowded, which is surprising for a summer night. Overall would recommend!

This place was great. Fancier seating environment but also a bar vibe section as well. Clean restaurant and waiters dress nice. A bit confusing what vibe this place is because it has both bar food and vibe but also a fancy menu and vibe. Pricing reflects the pricier side but that is typical for the area. Burgers looked really good and classic. Penne alla vodka was super yummy. Food takes a bit to come out but at least that means they may be making it fresh. Solid spot just a conflicting vibe on what kind of restaurant it wants to be.

Great spot and location in Hoboken for brunch, lunch, or dinner. I've been coming here consistently over the last 8 years and have never had an item on the menu that has disappointed. The identity is a little mixed - they have Irish food, American, and Italian mixed into one. That being said, I've tried their pasta dishes, burgers, sandwiches, and multiple brunch items and have liked all of them. The bar in the front can be a little tight, so if you plan on coming for a game or space there, get there early to secure a spot. The back room has a nice vibe to it and all the staff members are great. There is an outside seating area across from the park where you can watch the world go by as well. Just went there again today for brunch with the family and had another good experience.

This is actually the original Stout NYC flagship, open since 2005, three stories with a 75-foot main bar, 150-plus bottled beers, 25 on draft, and something like 65 Irish whiskies if that's more your speed, plus a dart alley and pool rooms tucked into the back for a private event. Came here before a major event to get some drinks going and it delivered. Fast and friendly service, wide open space, good location, just two blocks from MSG and Penn Station, which makes it an obvious staging point before a game or a show. Nothing revolutionary, just a solid, reliable sports bar that does exactly what it's supposed to do before you head into the Garden.

Others had various stouts - ok one had a cider but we won't judge him. Smash burgers were very good, tasty sweet potato fries and loved the pickle fries. The traditional burger apparently had some bun issues. Also had calamari that was good. Best of all they played Rush live concert videos across all the screens and got the crowd in the mood. Tons of screens here so should be great during sporting events. Spacious restaurant, nice clean washrooms. Service was excellent Prices fair. Highly recommended as a pre concert location and look forward to coming back in the future when I'm not in a Rush.

The staff really stood out as they were friendly, attentive and added to the energy. At one point, the screens in front of us showed only football, so we asked if they can change the channel. One of the employees joked around saying they can't change it. But when we were about to flip a lid, he said just kidding. It was a funny moment that made the experience feel very personal. Drinks (the beers), were reasonably priced, which is always a plus in a sports bar. The food was standard bar food. Nothing memorable. Overall, this place is a great spot to watch the Knicks game.

It was however to loud where you can barely hear/understand the waiters or the ppl in your party that youre talking to. Cool vibes but the food fell short. I ordered the soul loving and the only thing good was the yams, the mac n cheese was okay. I didnt like the collard greens. The chicken look like it was Bam Bams bat from the flintstones aka steroid chicken; it was so friggin big & lacked seasoning/flavor. I also ordered the yum yum shrimp w the sauce on the side in case it was to spicy. I ate a few shrimp w/o the sauce & it was not good imo. I left more than 1/2 my food on my plate. Both my friends had the rasta pasta - 1 w shrimp 1 w chicken. My friend w the chicken picked her chicken out stating it tasted funny & the pasta was better w/o it. She also got fish tacos which she did not like them either. The drinks were good. We only had the montana, margarita & rum punch. I'd return mainly for the music & drinks. The waitress asked if we wanted to go bags & I said no immediately & my face said it all. She was like you didnt like it. Im like nah its a no for me. She brought me a drink since i wasnt happy. As I sat waiting for the waiter to come and take the order, I couldn't help but think about the tv show and the similarities from the show. The service was ok but the food was better. I enjoyed an amazing pulled pork sandwich with slaw on top. The BBQ sauce from the pulled pork was perfect. I had a side of fries and a few bears. My friend had a burger that he reports was good as well. Unfortunately, the waiter in the end botched the bill and made us late for our show. I was not pleased with that outcome but I did enjoy the food and music. From what I can tell, it seems like a happening place. I believe there may be a lounge upstairs but I'd have to return to confirm that. That said, I will be back and I recommend that you give them a try.
