Aside from significant damage to our finished basement flooring and a wall that had to be knocked down, we were scrambling to get our water heater tank replaced. 1800 Heaters was recommended by Home Depot. They were able to come immediately with a new tank and a quote was given over the phone. We were given a window of 11-3pm. Felix came to our house at 12pm and went right to work. First thing I noticed was how young he was, like my son's age. I'm like, does he know what's he's doing? I was surprised that it would be just him doing the entire job. Let me tell you, you will be in excellent, competent hands if you get FELIX!!! He was friendly, personable and professional with an upbeat attitude. He did a beautiful job installing our new water tank. There were no hiccups given how tight the space was. We also never had a contractor reduce the actual price given. Felix said one of the gas pipe did not need to be replaced. We got a couple of hundreds knocked off. Thank you for being so honest with us. I had to throw out a carpet, remove the linoleum flooring and clean up the black mold that was under the flooring.
