I've wanted to try this place for a while and am so glad I finally did! I had the ono classic and it was so good. The homemade gluten free granola was the best I've ever had and the fruit was very fresh. The employees were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different kinds of bowls when we said we had never been there before. (They even gave us samples so we could taste the acai and pitaya.) the decor is very cool and there's even a big area in the back where you can sit. I'll be back! read more

Great spot! Staff was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They offered to answer any questions if I had any but let me read for myself. I had a digestion smoothie with kale & it tasted great. I could see them using all fresh fruit. The names for their drinks are fun, too! Will definitely go back to try a bowl. read more

Watched the guy making my smoothie wipe his nose multiple times, run his hands through his sweaty hair ... all while wearing no gloves or washing his hands and cutting my fruit and touching it with his bare hands. I was completely disgusted. Even the ones wearing gloves kept wiping their noses n making smoothies. Very unhygienic. I told them and they put their gloves on without washing his hands - no refund!!! The decor is really nice, beautiful upbeat vibrant colors. I purchased Pitaya bowl and wasn't exactly a big fan. The granola has a apple cinnamon taste in which I'm not a big fan of and it's extra hard. I don't care for the assembly of the bowl either it kinda takes something away from the experience of eating it for me. The quality isn't what I'm used to, there for I took away 2 stars for presentation and taste. Location and Decor are on point. read more

You may want to reconsider whether or not to sell Smoothies. They don't stack up to your least able competitor. More like "juice water."

The environment is amazing - impeccable decorating, great back lounge area - colorful and vibrant. The OG Acai Bowl was delicious and worthy of a $9 price tag. My only beef was the customer service - waited a while in line quite a while and then they forgot to bring out my acai bowl to the lounge area. I probably go to this place at least once a week. Their açaí bowls & smoothies always taste fresh and they offer a rewards punch card where the 10th smoothie or bowl is free! The service is fast and everyone smiles when you walk in. Theres also a cool space at the back where you can eat and play games or just hang out. The bowls are fairly priced but some of the smoothies cost just as much which doesn't seem fair, but then again it is Westfield. read more

love this place so much! it's so relaxing to sit in the back and eat your bowl and work/read the books they have. i always get the coco acai bowl, but my friend also loves the ono classic. the fruit is always really fresh, even when i go in the middle of the winter, and the staff is always extremely friendly! they even bring you your bowl if you sit in the back :) everything about this place is wonderful, totally recommend trying it out, especially if you love bowls and juices! read more

Good Acai bowls but the portions get smaller & smaller every time I go, not worth $10.

to start off worker was rude and even worse spent 12$ on a bowl so small it was a disappointment.

This place is an awesome addition to downtown Westfield. I tried a smoothie and it was freshly made and tasted great. The back room has a funky vibe and a common table that was a fun place to hang out. Will definitely be back! read more

Great food & great service I got the Rasnana bowl and it was amazing!! I substituted the macadamian nuts for blueberries! Loved it!

Very good acai bowls in Downtown Westfield. Good service. There is a wait sometimes, but it's definitely worth it.

The bowl was tasty but the service was terrible. I asked the cashier if they offered banana bowls- and a girl making the bowls interrupted and said, "yes but it's on the secret menu and it's gonna take a while." With such attitude. She then proceeded to get irritated when I asked what comes in the bowl (because it was not on the menu) the cashier and gentlemen working were very nice but that one brunette making the bowls ruined my first trip to Ono Bowls. Delicious strongly recommend the "Dated" smoothie it was delicious: Dates, Bananas and Maca and not too sweet. They also were super quick for a newly opened shop and the staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

I walked in and noticed the floors were very dirty, lots of hair, and dirt on them. I also noticed the owner after I placed my order never took off her clothes (middle aged woman) when handling the money then went right back to handling the food. I believe that's a health violation I will have to ask the Westfield health inspector tomorrow! The acai was very watery nothing compared to The Juice House which is located in Garwood right down the street located on north ave. Also I didn't enjoy how the employees were being treated it made me feel very uneasy when I was in there. I don't recommend this place there are a lot better choices such as Playa Bowls/ The Jucie House in Garwood. Lastly when I walked out the back door I noticed a pile of garbage with many flies around the area. I believe this place is very unsanitary inside and out! read more

I am all about cleanliness, exp. when I go to a place that serves food & everything from the floors the the couches had scuff on them- I recommend cleaning up a bit more. I did eat a smoothie and it was ok, maybe I would have enjoyed it more if the place was cleaner. read more
