There's no phone number to contact the place. Online customer support is terrible. I received a notification stating that my packages was delivered and left at the front door. Due to the missing unit number on the package, I contacted my leasing office to check whether my package was delivered to the office instead, which wasn't the case. I called OnTrac and the personnel I spoke to on the phone stated that the package was actually not delivered according to their file and informed me that they would try to get in touch with their delivery driver to find out where my package is because although the package undeliverable, they also did not make an attempt to send it back to my vendor/shipper. I have been in contact with OnTrac for a week now and they are still unable to locate my package nor give me an update. read more

Stunningly inept, years of relentless incompetence. Ontrac must offer very low rates to its vendors, because no one would hire the company based on performance. This week Ontrac "attempted delivery" to my home three consecutive days before giving up and posting "delivery area not accessible." Huh? It's just a city, accessible to every other courier, and everyone who lives here, and everyone else in the world...except Ontrac. A few weeks earlier, after several days of delay, Ontrac claimed another parcel was "stuck" in their facility, but would be delivered promptly. After NINE additional days, they finally admitted they had lost the parcel. Falsified delivery and attempted delivery claims are the norm with Ontrac, and on the rare occasion when the company does deliver, its drivers toss parcels in the street, the driveway, the bushes, anywhere but the actual front door. Tell every vendor that uses Ontrac you will no longer purchase from them unless they change couriers. And mean it. This worked with Chewy.com, they understood and all subsequent deliveries have been handled (problem-free) by FedEx. With Walmart.com, it didn't, and so I cancelled our account, let them know why, and will never order from the site again. Thankfully, Amazon and Apple dumped Ontrac altogether years ago. Helpfully for Ontrac, there are many, many Yelp pages for the company, each one with hundreds or thousands of one-star reviews, but because they're divided by various local Ontrac facilities, the impact is muted. If Yelp combined all of Ontrac's reviews under a single company heading, as it should, we'd see a COLOSSAL quantity of bad experiences, perhaps the worst-reviewed company in the world. I have called and emailed numerous times wondering what is causing the delay and have had no luck getting a response. If I could give less than one star I would. Over the past week, I had two expensive packages being delivered by OnTrac. Both were not delivered to me even though I got a delivery notification. Luckily the first was delivered to a neighbor and I received that. The second, however, I have yet to see. I received a delivery notification for a time that I was at home but I didn't get a knock on the door and there was nothing outside of my door. I contacted the company that I made a purchase from and they were able to remove OnTrac from delivering any of my future purchases. Every single time, the package is left nowhere near my front door. Instead, the driver throws it right where everyone who is walking by can see it, by my driveway. Also, the packages arrive 2 days late. I had problems with Ontrac (late deliveries, packages being thrown, etc) when I lived in the South Bay, and the Ontrac problems followed me to the East Bay. ON TRAC, should be called " OFF TRAC", we have never received any of packages that are shipped via ON TRAC. Packages have been left at a gate where anyone could take it, they have been left at the in correct address and completely lost. Even calling ON TRAC and providing them exact delivery instructions. They still haven't been able to deliver our packages. So now if a supplier or company ships via ON TRAC we request it to shipped with another delivery service. Every other delivery service is able to deliver our packages. We have been at the same address for over 40 years. Its not rocket science! This company hires now drivers as independent contractors, same as uber and the likes, assume they hire the worst and resentful with life ones, one of my pkgs disappeared from mail room after these guys came to drop another pkg, they left the one from walmart and took the one from AMZ, pkg was beaten, a hair gel container was broken inside it. They didn't wear any badge, neither the car they drove, thieves! No one was even near my front door within a two hour window of the time recorded. Since then it has shown scanned at the Benecia facility for the last seven days with an updated delivery date each day after. I called OnTrac who opened an investigation and would call me back with an update. Three days later I called back because no one called me and was told they could not find my package. Bought tires via a tire website. The tires shipped via another carrier, interstate in 24 hours. 35 miles from my house, and 16 days late, OnTrac ignored me accept to read their website to me. I stopped payment on the tires and like a miracle, they appeared, at my neighbors house, thrown over the gate, in the dirt, when the gate code was printed on the labels. Who ever is running the office at the OnTrac in Benicia on park road needs to be fired yesterday! I went to the door, it was locked. Looked inside there was a girl sitting a desk right next to it, didn't look up when I knocked, there was also another girl sitting right next to her on her phone, didn't look up. So I'm thinking...hmm maybe they didn't see me or hear me knock. Knock again, girl on her cell phone looks up and with a finger up mouths "HOLD ON!" Then looks back down at her phone. The worst shipping company on the planet. i have had multiple packages say they are out for deleverage's or in transit and they never come. They hire thieves and then don't take responsibility for the theft. I just ordered things from American eagle and the package that was shipped through USPS came 2 days later the packages shipped from Ontrac still haven't arrived a week later. 1 package said that they never got it that they made a shipping label but they Haven't received the package. Second one says it's been in Transit and delayed for over a week. Absolutely ridiculous. Sorry excuse for a shipping company. Contacted customer support and they did nothing said to contact American eagle. So AE replaced the things and sent it thru fedex. read more
