I was referred to Lush by a friend and went online to set up my first appointment. I was able to set up an appointment and secured the spot by giving my CC info via the website. I was sent a confirmation of my appointment, thereafter. I showed up to my appointment a few days later and much to my surprise, no one was there. I wanted a few minutes, assuming they were running late. After several minutes, I sent a message to the number given on the website stating I was there, sent a screenshot of my confirmation, and never heard a response. I then called and left a message on their VM. I waited 20 minutes and then sent another message saying that I was leaving. I understand that sometimes things happen so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few days to see if I heard back from them. Never heard back from the business. No call, text, email. Nothing. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
