Two item dinner combo with lemon chicken, Szechuan beef, fried rice, and egg roll
    Brian B.

Continuing on to find a go to Chinese restaurant that I can frequent led me to this place. This place is a couple of miles from my home, so that is a plus. I was excited that they offered a two item dinner combo. I called the restaurant to put my order in. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and promised my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I went with lemon chicken and Szechuan beef. The meal includes fried rice and an egg roll. I arrived at the restaurant in a few minutes, and my order was waiting for me. I was greeted by a friendly employee, and quickly paid. I didn't dine in this time but the restaurant was clean and spacious. I like the decor as well. The fried rice was unique and slightly different than what I had in the past. I tried the lemon chicken first. It was a generous size and was crispy and light. It paired well with the lemon sauce. The Szechuan beef was just okay. I wish it had been spicer. Lastly, the egg roll was great. I will definitely be coming back here again soon to try their other entrees.

Always a solid place to get a good Asian food meal. It's local, friendly, and tasty.

Great service, ample seating, ample parking. We really enjoyed the food, very tasty! Our server was helpful and had a good sense of humor.

Always great service and very clean. I ordered the lunch special sweet and sour chicken with fried rice that comes with egg drop soup and an egg roll. The soup was rich and delicious and the fried noodles were fresh and crispy. You can tell they hand make the sweet and sour chicken. It was crispy and juicy and delicious. My only complaint is there are no veggies that come with sweet and sour chicken. I wish they would at least include bell peppers.

We decided to try this place and sadly I regret doing so. Reading the reviews I was very excited because I haven't had 'Chinese' food in a while and this place has a huge following behind it... my family and I ended up getting sick. We each had a chicken meal and we each had beef so we aren't sure what exactly made us sick. I did find some pieces of beef in mine that were undercooked (still pink) but I'm used to medium/ medium rare steaks so I didn't think much of it but it could have been that. Flavor was just "meh". The lemon sauce for the lemon chicken just tasted like chemical, no real lemon which was a bummer. The sauce on the beef just tasted like brown gravy, not Mongolian beef. I've also never had fried rice like this. I'm not sure, maybe this place just wasn't up to my taste but I wouldn't come back here.

Noodles were not great. Very watery and lacking flavor. Disappointing. Oddly enough the veggies did have some flavor in them

I was craving Chinese food and had heard good things about Oolong from neighbors. So my husband and I decided to try this place out. Service was great. Our server started out a little serious but as our meal progressed and she checked on us she got more friendly and by the time we were done she was joking with us and laughing. The food was not bad and after reading other reviews that the lomein was flavorless, was pleasantly surprised to find that they in fact had a decent amount of flavor. I just wish that it had a bit more chicken than it did. The husband liked the fried rice and overall it was a good experience. Definitely plan to go back and try some other dishes.

The place is called oolong which is a type of tea. That was very good and then the food arrived. I got kung po chicken which actually had no chicken meat it was a plate of chicken skin chunks fried a bit to look like chicken meat. That's really pathetic. Avoid this place and eat real food somewhere else. Unless you like having a nice glass of tea in a nice room. Plus they couldn't rush you out of this place fast enough.

I've been here many times, always clean, with a consistent taste. a dollar more than most plates, but the taste guarantee is worth it.

Pro tip- you can hang outside and check out the koi fish in the pond to kill some time Sat down and drinks came out fast ordered dim sum which came out in the cute steam baskets first. Shrimp Shumai and pork bao buns were so good. My kids asked for seconds We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken, spicy eggplant/tofu, shrimp& broccoli and the combination fried rice. Everything was perfectly seasoned with the exception of the sweet and sour chicken. It was very bland. Next time I want to order the orange peel chicken instead. Looked good and now we know! I don't think it's truly authentic Chinese food, but an in between little diner with great and attentive service, reasonable prices and a lot on their menu. We got egg drop soup (delicious), one stir fried seafood dish (shrimp and scallop- so good!), shrimp fried rice (great), the General Tso's beef (my husband loved this!), chicken lo mein. Ming's at La Cantera... WOW…read more We ordered the smoked pork belly buns, teriyaki crispy chicken, and lemon crispy chicken, and I have to say, we were incredibly impressed. Let's start with the chicken... because THIS is where they got it right. No heavy, overpowering sauces drowning everything. You could actually taste the chicken, the quality, the seasoning, the texture. The crunch? Absolutely on point. The lemon chicken was light, fresh, and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet or artificial like you sometimes get. Same with the teriyaki, flavorful without being too much. And the sides? Don't skip them. The steamed rice was perfectly done, the broccoli tasted fresh (not soggy ), and that coleslaw... HELLO. So good. And those smoked pork belly buns? Soft, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Overall: Clean flavors, great texture, and everything felt intentional, not overdone. Definitely coming back.
