Total ripped me off....I had some duct work cleaned...very simple one level no bend duct. during the cleaning the tech asked if I want (some spray) to prevent mold or some crap....literally was a window cleaning bottle with probably bleach in it for all I know. $700 plus ...only after did i see other companies offering $150... I hired them after listening to their advertisement on my favorite radio station. they gave me a quote over the the phone for two couches ($180 each) a rug ($85) and one bedroom without moving any furniture for $45 When the technician came to the house said that the couches are going to be $370 each because they were not synthetic. I told him that was too much so he gave me $70 discount on each well, after he left, I checked the same tag on the couch that he looked at and it said polyester after calling him and complained he said because the pillows (not the cushions) had further in them they had to use different solutions anyway, I was not happy especially that the couch was damaged after they were done and still dirty( look at the pictures). he offered to come back and clean it again and give me $160 refund. I told them I don't want him back but I accept the discount and consider this matter solved so, few minutes later, a lady from the office called and said they stay behind the charge and no discount will be issued not only I will not use them again, I will not hire anyone who advertise on 740am read more

I initially called and spoke to JASON and explained my situation to him and he said it wouldn't be a problem and provided me a rate but once the driver arrived, everything went downhill and wanted to triple charge me and then HANNA seemed nice at first but then became very unhelpful. read more

Pros: Very friendly crew. Pricing was as quoted. Cons: Didn't bother to move even the lightest of items and left dirt/stains in those untouched areas. Used my water hose and left it laying in the yard/driveway. I've always used Oops for my carpet cleaning, but will go elsewhere in the future. The worker that was inside was compliant when I asked him to go over certain areas, but honestly, he should have seen for himself that those areas were not clean. The whole process felt very rushed. I know he did not touch under the beds (I found dust bunnies and bits of paper when I vacuumed), nor did he use any furniture risers to protect the furniture. Disappointed. read more

I too had used them in the past without issue but this time it was bait and switch. I had signed up for service on the website. I selected the 4 areas and 2 areas for urine treatment for $300. When he got there he told my wife that because the rooms were empty it would cost more. These are 3 regular size bedrooms and a game room that is a little larger than a regular room. He also told her the other 2 rooms really need the urine treatment as well, even though our dogs never went in those rooms. The new total was $1000!!! after much arguing, he said he could do it for $748. Since he was there and I needed this done ASAP, I gave in. No idea how he just made up some pricing. When i got the receipt, it shows 6 areas @ $60 for urine treatment. He said the prices online are not accurate and that they have to see a house?!?!? 3x the cost?? There seems to be a theme running g through reviews for Oops. And we fell for it, too. The upsell. We were quoted the Michael Berry special of 4 rooms for $130. Within minutes we were jacked up to $400 for urine spots. I totally understand a few extra dollars to "pre-treat", but $270 to run a pump spray over a carpeted area seems excessive. It took all of 10 minutes to treat these little puppy gifts. My lawn guy can treat an entire yard with a. Pump spray for under $100. The crew did a very good job. Removed all pet stains, but failed to remove a grease stain in my office from a paper shredder. Something about not being allowed to use certain chemicals to treat them. They suggested a trip to Lowe's to find a solvent that might work. I think Oops did a good job. But their pricing is deceptive. I doubt I'd use them again. I feel like we were fleeced. read more

This was such a disappointing experience. We have used this company for quite some time and suddenly there's this new bait and switch model. The funny part is I've never taken a moment to read the reviews and I now see it is a pattern. Sure enough. They came out to my home, and the price is inflated exponentially, and then, in addition to inflating the price due to all of the add-ons, they increase the charge, because the home was empty! Never in my God-given years have I ever heard of being charged more money for a home being empty as the typical increased charge is if you have furniture, and they must work around your furniture. Beware of this company and the price will be four times what you were initially quoted! I own an entire portfolio of homes and will never utilize this company again. Way too shady! read more

We didn't think much of it but then they circled back and stopped a little behind where I was parked... they didn't leave until I yelled asking what their problem was. Yesterday Ishmael came out and cleaned our carpets and they look so nice I wouldn't guess that they were a couple years old and also he went back over them with the vacuum a second time I put a fan on the carpet so they dry faster and by this morning the carpets were dry. I called them and the call went to voice mail. I stated my name and phone number two times on each call and asked them to call me back. I have never heard from them. With all the money they must spend on radio ads it would seem they would be interested in answering the phone or at least calling customers back. I wish I could give them no stars. read more

It's difficult these days to find a service that does and delivers exactly as promised. I was quoted $25,000 by a/c companies to solve my dust problem .. luckily I heard Oops's ad on the radio .. they came and quoted less than 10% .. a month later when it was convenient for me, they came and cleaned all vents. Oops Steam cleaning came out & cleaned 2 rooms & a hallway. The technicians were very nice & professional. I was working so my husband took care of paying them. I would have asked for the guys to redo it. Long story short, I had to get my Hoover out and redo the entire thing. Due to COVID we put off getting the carpets done but they were not terrible. It's just my husband and me. The picture below is what came up from the hallway. I called to talk to the manager (Karen Alert) and was told he'd call me back. He didn't. They cleaned 3 carpets and ruined one of them. A 9x12 rug in my Master Bedroom had the ends torn off and the rug has all kinds of waves in it and is not laying flat to the floor. The manager was suppose to get in touch with us after his guys came over and took pictures but so far no word. Need to know if they have insurance to replace the one they damaged. read more

I heard of oops through the 950 and decided to use them after a couple friends told me how good they are. They showed up early within their time window and called a half hour prior to let me know they were on their way. When I discussed the carpet cleaning, the woman on the phone let me know that they charge extra to clean pet stains, to a maximum of $60 per room for 4+ stains. I was not prepared for the fact the they seemed to consider every couple inches of a stain a stain. I was expecting to pay the $130 plus another $120 for 2 rooms of pet stains. The bill came out about 50% higher. At least they told me before they started the work. They also informed me that they would not clean a room where they found pet stains without the pet stain treatment. I have to say that the middle of the rooms looked brand new when they finished, however, you could see the dirt around the edges (I was in a hurry when they finished, so I did not look thoroughly to tell them. The carpet dried quickly and mostly looks good. it also does not feel like it has any soapy film on it. Finally, it seems that they got most (if not all) of the dog hair and dog smell out of the place. I would have given them 4 stars except for the sticker shock. read more

My ex moved out of my house recently, taking her cat with her. So I needed to steam clean the carpet in the bedroom where we kept the cat. Based on the Yelp review, I contacted Oops. To clean the one bedroom, it was $40 (plus $20 to "seal" the carpet). They have a minimum of $110 to come out, so I also had them clean two rugs to meet the minimum. I was given a window of 10-2, and the guy showed up around 10:30. He was very prompt, and the cleaning was quick and well done. The entire cleaning took a little over 20 minutes. Carpet and rugs are clean, so no complaints. I would definitely use them again. read more

Arturo came out this morning and after evaluating my rug and the stains he was very upfront and said that some of the stains on the rug would probably not improve very much since they were set in and the rug is light colored. He then offered to clean a small area so I could see if it might lighten up the stains before I committed to the cost of doing the whole rug. When it was clear that the stains we not going to come out we agreed that probably best not to clean the whole rug. So he graciously did not charge me anything for his time and now I can use the cost of steam cleaning to put towards a new rug !! He also gave me some tips on how to spot clean a rug for future stains and advice on rug colors etc that can hide more stains. We are family with teenagers and pets so that was very helpful advice. I had them out to our home to clean the carpets and clean the air ducts. The carpets were great however after 3 months after we are now seeing mold coming out of our vents, where there was none prior to them cleaning them. I have called and texts through the website and asked for a call back and have not received anything, except a call saying, initiated by me, that they have tried several times to call and have left messages, which I have not received. It is very frustrating after spending over $1700 to not even recieve the courtesy of a return call. Once they get your money it is over, no more contact... would not recommend them at all. I found this place through Yelp so I figured it was only fair to leave my experience. My wife called and scheduled the cleaning. She said the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. When the 2 guys came to clean our house they called 30 minutes before like they said and they were right in the middle of the 4 hour time frame they gave us. The guys seemed like they had somewhere better to be. They weren't very friendly and treated us like every question we asked was a stupid questions. It made me uncomfortable to let some unfriendly strangers have free roam of my house for 2 hours. They told us they couldn't move any furniture for us at all even though the lady on the phone said they could move small pieces for free and large pieces for 10$ each. We were willing to pay the money to have them move the couch and have them clean under it, but they said they couldn't because it had metal legs. They said they can only clean around furniture. That was the main thing that bothered me. They said they had to charge me for an extra 20$ to clean some pet stains, but to the best of my knowledge I don't know if they did anything special to those spots. The cleaning was top notch. It was dry very quickly and they got up almost every stain that had been there since I bought the house. I have used all the store bought carpet stain removers and they couldn't get the stains out at all. The carpets look almost brand new. read more

Arturo & Miguel came to my home this morning to clean my sofa. I had a spot that I was most concerned with, and told them that if it didn't clean up I was likely going to get rid of the couch and get a new one. They offered to spot test it to see if the stain would come out, so if it didn't I wouldn't need to pay to clean the whole thing. I asked about a service call fee and they didn't even charge a fee to come out. They were very polite, professional, and PROMPT (love this). I would highly recommend OOPS Steam and their staff with any of your steam cleaning needs. This is the 3rd time we have used this company. The first two times they did a great job and we were very happy. I was not at home this time and my husband was here. They obviously only cleaned the middle of the rooms. The corners and the edges of the room near the baseboards was not cleaned. They did not clean under the chair or couch. My husband did not watch them the whole time like I did. We had to vacuum after they left and I had to get down on the floor and clean in the corners and near the baseboards. I am very unhappy. I think we wasted our money this time. Maybe it was the person they sent out but I won't use them again. read more

Oops Steam Cleaning cleaned my ceramic tile floor today and did a wonderful job. The quote I was given was around $600 after a 20% discount. They were right on time and called ahead just like they said they would. Guys were polite and professional. Measured and quoted $600 as well. Guys worked very efficiently. We had Oops! Steam come out to give us an estimate to clean our tile floors. Let me get the good things out of the way first - they called to say they would be at our home in about 20 minutes. They did arrive in that time frame. Now for the bad things. Young man never knocked, just tried to enter our home. When I asked him for a business card he did not have any. Measured the area to be cleaned by "stepping" it off - no tape measure ( their numbers were about 100 sq ft more than other companies that used a tape). Next we asked about moving furniture since we were also going to have our floors sealed. They charge $5.00/piece. That would have added another $100 to our total. read more

I decided to get a quote for 2 large area rugs. A bit of negotiation was done. And we settled on a price. Let me say Cody & David are great guys. I had just had my porch painted & asked them to protect it. I neglected to mention this when making the appointment. But they had a tarp! I showed them the carpet of light grey with brown stains everywhere. I've had 2 other professional cleaners out. They did nothing. The stains remained. Oops gave no guarantee but thought they could get them lighter. Amazingly, there are no stains anywhere now. Carpet looks brand new. I am soooooo pleased. I will always call Oops first. I read all the negative reviews and can only think they got the "bad" ones. I got great ones! I agree they are more expensive than others. But worth every penny!!!! Reminder: if you have house bound pets, have a plan to keep them safe. My cat had to go into my office. She was not happy. But you have to have the door open when cleaning. My baby would have been out & exploring like a rocket given the chance. And Cody & David got down & petted & scratch Her Majesty. She took it as her due. I had been hearing Opps Steam Cleanings ad for a long time on the radio and liked the idea that its one price and they dont hike it up once they arrive. Well dont believe that...we called them to do the three room special and of coarse...once they get there its a completely different story. No...we dont have any animals that stained the carpet...in fact there were no stains at all. We just wanted to do some spring cleaning and have the carpets fresh. I had a noon appointment and the guys called before they came out to let me know they were on their way. They were on time for my appointment and were professional and polite. After looking at the work I wanted done, the final price came to $226.00 pre-tax. The pricing was calculated as 6 rooms at $40.00 a room, 10 linear feet of hallway at $1.00 a foot and a $30.00 discount for their "4 area special". After agreeing to $244.65 (after tax), they began by spraying the carpet with a pre-cleaning solution. They then worked from the upstairs to the downstairs and finished relatively quick. I did not expect my carpet to look like brand new, but it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I didn't give five stars simply based on price. I thought they were a little high.
