The lady who owns the stand was super friendly. $5 for a single cookie (or $8 for two), so definitely not cheap. The cookie was huge though (ate it in two servings). It's pandemic time so Teddy V's isn't at the Sunday Mueller farmer's market right now, but you can still pick up individually wrapped cookies at Sa-Ten on Springdale. I ordered my Sa-Ten meal online and included one of the cookies. $6 for a cookie is high so I was a bit reluctant, but it's the weekend so I gave myself a pass. Ordered one with walnuts but was given one without. That's fine! First thing I noticed was the weight. These cookies got some CHUNK to them! I was genuinely curious how much they weigh so I waited til I got home to see what my kitchen scale would say. Yep, almost half a pound! Wow! Pushed on the top with my finger and it was firm with a little give. That was a good sign. Cut the cookie in half and just admired the layers of dough and chocolate. Followed the signs on the package to warm it up in the toaster oven. Mmmm chocolate chip cookie smell in my apartment, niiice! The cookie was melt in my mouth perfect, loaded with melty chocolate yet proportionately balanced with the dough.
