Cranberry, Walnut & Goat Cheese Salad (Subbed goat cheese for feta cheese!)

Leaving another review because I know I'm not the only one who thinks the best salads in Warwick goes to Opa.. me and my friends absolutely love the salads here. They're perfect sized portions, small and large salads for a reasonable price with fresh toppings. Whenever I crave a salad, I know exactly where I'm going. This comes with a balsamic vinaigrette that's super tangy, creamy and fresh. I totally recommend trying them out! My second favorite thing on the menu is the pistachio!

Stopped in for lunch yesterday for the first time and had such an amazing meal. Opa is a casual restaurant and the service is very friendly. I started with the chicken soup ($5) which was delicious. For the entree, I had their salmon platter ($22), served with a fresh Greek salad, lemon potatoes, and pita bread. It was a very generous portion and I left feeling very full! I'd definitely return for some yummy Greek food.

Small Greek spot in Warwick but big flavors. It's a local favorite for a reason and I finally got the chance to stop by and had a delicious meal. Food is made fresh, the flavors are tasty and good portions for the price. Service was also great. Only a few tables inside but I would highly recommend. The lamb gyro and spanakopita were yummy.

Small local Greek place in Warwick that we stumbled upon after apple picking. Few tables on the inside and some outdoor seating. We tried the classic gyro and leg of lamb platter with lemon potatoes. Gyro was classic with a good portion of meat. The leg of lamb was tender and not too gamey. The potatoes were nice and lemony. Service was quick. They don't service any alcohol, just soft drinks. Overall, a nice place for a comforting meal.

Finally found a place that was open before noon! Worked out well for me since I've been craving Mediterranean food lately We ordered the classic gyro platter with rice and it was filling enough I had to take home half of it. I found our server comical because he didn't seem like he wanted to be working there but still put in the minimal effort to deserve a great tip. For example I keep forgetting how to properly pronounce gyro so I asked him how it's pronounced, and his response was "I don't even know myself" I love that he kept it real and I chuckled internally. He also had the foresight to ask if we wanted to eat our rice with a spoon - how could he have known?? I don't know any other culture that uses spoon to eat rice but my own! And lastly, he owned up to his mistake when he accidentally threw out the gyro we packed to go so they made a fresh one for us to take home. Place is clean and family friendly. There is also parking available. Will come back again! And wouldn't have it any other way I love when people keep it real.

Today, I enjoyed delectable greek food at the Opa Grill! The parking area is not too big meaning there are maybe less than 30 spaces. However, a majority of cars usually go in and out frequently, so you'll manage to find a spot. There is outdoor seating with a few tables right outside their store front. Inside is a bit tight, but there are a few tables for some indoor seating as well. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. It has simple modern decorations of portraits of Greece/other memorabilia which contribute to the classic Summer Greece Vacation vibes. Ambience rate 8/10. My boyfriend and I ordered.... 1. Tzatziki Dip w/Pita Bread: The tzatziki was flavorful. Rate 8/10. 2. Opa Fries: This dish tasted really yummy and had a good amount of fries and gyro meat. Rating 9/10. 3. Falafel Appetizer: Their falafels tasted amazing, it was perfectly crispy and had a nice spicy kick to it. They give 5 pieces which is a fair amount since they kept me full. I subbed the Tahini/Tzatziki sauces for the Taramosalata/Greek Caviar dip (at no extra charge which was nice), and it was incredibly flavorful and definitely my favorite Greek dip. The falafels and dip are both rated a 10/10. 4. Ultimate Opa Burger: The burger was very tasty and extremely filling. I asked for it to be medium but they made it well done, which was a downside. I do wish they added more feta cheese because I felt that was lacking. Rate 8/10. The prices are very fair considering how impeccable the food tastes and the amount they give you. The staff were very friendly and the service went by relatively fast. Service rate 10/10. Overall, I would 100% recommend that everyone should try the Opa Grill if they're in/near the area. It is definitely my favorite Greek/Mediterranean restaurant so far!

This place is a hidden Greek gem, the service from the staff was amazing. The grilled octopus is highly recommended. I specially liked the way the octopus had been served. It was aesthetically pleasing.

The hummus was not far behind! And the pitas delicious, soft and fresh. My son is not much for trying new things, so he got a burger and fries. His plate was completely clean - he even tried the tzatziki and hummus appetizers which is a first for him. He said the fries tasted homemade and not frozen and he really liked them. My other son's quesadilla came with "jalapeño sauce"..... it was on the hot side, but good! I could only eat half of my platter, so I brought the rest home. The rice was simple, but good (cooked in chicken broth, and the chicken was delicious, and dipping it in the included tzatziki was an extra treat. Even included a stuffed grape leaf which I love! My husband loved his gyro! We are happy because we take 206 to go to the falls area when we feel like being outside, and aside from a couple of restaurants in Milford, and pizzerias, there's not much up there. This will definitely be our go to place. Next time I'll try to take pictures (I was hungry LOL). The owners seem nice, and it's a family run business, which we love. Don't be taken back by the simple decor and paper plates, this place is worth it. It's probably a little higher than other places in the area, but comparable to other Greek places that we have visited (in Morris or Bergen County).

I hadn't had mediterranean in a while and I'm not head over heels for the place near me so I wanted to try something new. This place seemed decent enough. I ordered a greek salad and hummus with pita. There were varying gyros, another greek salad with chicken, some platters including the falafel platter that GF orderd. My salad was wonderful. The ingredients were fresh and that dressing was lovely. It was a salad I actually enjoyed instead of regretting the entire time I glared at my coworkers who ordered real shit with envy. The hummus was also very creamy, authentic hummus with a slightly different taste than I am used to but head and shoulders above any store bought bullshit. Everyone else said good shit about their food. I tried one of GF's falafel from her platter and it was really good. My only complaint is for $24 or whatever it is, i would expect more than a few falafel balls and one side. Kinda a rip off. But everything tasted really, really good.
