My friend had the Tacoma's Best Grilled Cheese, which was made with mozzarella and provolone -- two of the least flavorful cheeses you could pick for a grilled cheese. It did not live up to its name. We got our bartender's recommendation on drinks: the El Diablo mule & Paper Dragon. They were light and tasty, and not terribly dissimilar. I was disappointed my mule wasn't served in a mule mug.
