There are plenty of tables inside, as well as outdoor seating, which makes it a nice place to grab a sandwich and sit for a while. The food was good, and of course, Laspadas is known for their sandwiches. One thing I really love is how they tuck everything together when making the sandwich. It helps keep all the ingredients inside so nothing falls out when you're eating it. Honestly, I think that's such a great feature that you don't see at many other sub shops. Overall, it was nice to see the new location and enjoy one of their famous sandwiches.

I thought I'd give this place a try. I ran from my car through the rain and tugged on the door....locked. The door hours say open at 11! So much for the lit "open" sign. They have outdoor metal tables and chairs under an awning. I sat at an outdoor table for ten minutes. I looked through the storefront window at a couple employees prepping and I read the wall menu. A guy unlocked the place at 11. I let a young family and several other guys go ahead of me. Guy at the slicing wheel waited on me. I ordered a small Mama Lastrada turkey & salami on wheat. There's about a half dozen employees behind the counter dealing with the assembly line of customers and sandwiches. Guy at the slicing wheel tells me one of the other guys will work on my sandwich. Okay. However, I can't move down the line because there's customers still lined up ahead of me waiting for their food. Slicing wheel guy looks up at me a minute later and asks what he can get for me. I look back at him waiting for him to recognize me from a minute ago when he already had sliced my order. No recognition! I repeated my order to him. Now he remembers me! He again refers me to one of his junior sandwich prep guys. I overheard him telling a busy junior guy, "This is just a small Mama on wheat" or something like that. Still, I can't go down the line because there's guy ahead of me had placed an order for 3 sandwiches. I swear to you that the slicing wheel guy asks me for a THIRD time for my order! By this time, I felt like I was in a Monty Python sketch. I repeated my order. Again, he refers me to a third junior associate (Manny, Moe, and Jack)? Finally, a young associate asked me for toppings. I had noticed two lettuce bins. One bin looked fine. The other looked a little brown. I decided to skip the lettuce rather than ask him to pick from the left hand bin and embarrass them. I also saw a black speck in the onion bin. It probably was nothing but I decided to skip onions just to be safe. I chose tomatoes, Swiss cheese, pickles and sweet peppers. The debit card reader asks if I want to tip. I skipped that. Price was reasonable. Hoagie was okay. The roll was soggy. Philly hoagie shops pride themselves on their rolls. I understand this is Florida, not Philly. I can appreciate this place is popular and busy. However, being asked for my order 3 times by the same experienced worker there left me feeling less than special as a customer.

We were there on Easter Sunday and while there were people stopping in for their cesar salad wrap fix there were no long lines. We were in and out...and left very full (and we shared wraps). The entire family is a fan and insisted that VC's become part of our regular rotation when we visit my parents in Boca a few times a year. If you want the experience of waiting in line with all the TikTokers head to Vinny's in Regency. If you want the original Vinny's wrap without lines (for now) check out VC's!

I absolutely love this place. Fortunately for me it's within a mile from where I work, but they also deliver if you can't break away from the office. Their food is both delicious AND healthy. All meat is hormone-free, vegetarian fed. Tons of vegetarian options. Every single dish I've tried was amazing. It gets better - pricing is super reasonable! I could eat here every day for lunch and not feel guilty about it. The owner, Carlos, is one of the nicest people I've. He knows all of his customers personally, and I've never seen him not smiling. Everyone that works there is super friendly and accommodating. My favorite meal is the curry chicken salad wrap. Second favorite is the breakfast burrito (O.M.G.). I also tried one of their smoothies the other day... probably the best smoothie I've ever had. I could really go on and on about this place and the staff, but I'll spare you. First of all it smells like a greasy spoon in there - they need a ventilation system. If you want to smell like a diner, this is the place to go. I was greeted by three polite ladies that were working the counter and ordered the incredible coconut oatmeal. I waited 15 minutes while the owner filled other orders and when I asked how much longer (I had to get to work) the owner SCREAMED LIKE A CRAZY PERSON at me across the restaurant that I would have to wait my turn. The place was literally empty and there were three girls standing there doing nothing. It is not like they had to make the oatmeal from scratch as it was sitting on the stove and just needed to be spooned into the container. I will not patronize any establishment where the management is a bully rude male that would not let the ladies help me out. This guy is delusional if he thinks that consumers will put up with this kind of treatment. read more

This place is the absolute worst! Their idea of hashbrowns are frozen premade McDonald looking patties. The eggs are bland and overcooked. Don't ask for cheese on your eggs because you will end up with a sweaty slice of unmelted cheese that looks like it was sitting outside all day. Their customer service is lacking. The people there are rude and entitled. For the trash food you serve you should be a little nicer. All of their reviews are fake and come from their family. Boss yells at his emplyees and curses them out. Told a young lady the other day she is forbiden to use the bathroom. I watched the whole thing she did nothing wrong to upset the boss so much. He is very much of a hot head, came in on a couple ocassions and each time he was yelling at some one. Food is good tho. But employees are mistreated. He has even told off customers. Recommend not to come unless ur odering food to go or to be delivered. read more
