    Great service folks, but sales department relies on old school hack sales techniques. The customers deserve better. The cars deserve better.

I'm a longtime customer over 30 yrs never had any issues from employees before. His district manager Rafael hasnt returned my calls. The district manager George said he apologizes and would leave a notification for Rafael to contact me. I have been contacted and feel neglected. George said I should hear from Rafael in 24 hrs and now it's 48 hrs. Is scandalous and rude behavior the norm in 2026 because I can go elsewhere.

The clock on my dash was not matching the clock on the radio screen but would eventually sync up after the engine was on for a minute or two. When I would attempt to remote start my car, the alarm would go off instead of turning on the engine (weird stuff). When I tried to turn the engine on manually, it barely turned over. After work, I was able to drive to Nissan to hopefully get a quick look or diagnostic run on my car and was told the first available appointment was 7 days later. Next morning, my car alarm went off again when attempting to remote start my car. I eventually made it to my car to find out my battery died. Let's fast forward to me getting to AutoZone, because that is why we are all here. I was greeted immediately by a guy behind the counter. I explained the issue, and he connected me with CODY to test my car battery and get my baby all fixed up. Cody was extremely professional, explained everything he was going to do before he did it, provided me with different price options, and changed out my battery. He was quick & efficient, and I greatly appreciated the help. I offered him a tip which he would not accept. Instead we exchanged a little conversation, and I made sure to get his name. In conclusion, Nissan dropped the ball and Autozone saved the day. So FIVE STARS! And thank you, Cody.

No B.S., just a straight deal, Danial (Danny) even picked me up at the NJ transit station, with a nice hot cup of DD for me too. I was coming from far away. Even the "closer", the finance guy, was pleasant. You know, that guy who offers you the extra warranty and stuff. I think they knew I was not going for any of that, so it was quick and painless. Full tank, car spotless. I am surprised at some of the other reviews (although some seem like they were a little whack). There is nothing not to like here. Obviously I can't speak for the service, as I just got it, and won't be back. Too far away. But many of the employees are then 10 or 20 years. That tells you something.

I traded in a vehicle that was worth more than the vehicle I purchased from Performance. Performance owed ME money on the transaction. I signed the title of my vehicle over to Performance as part of the transaction. Performance took my vehicle. I was promised the check for the difference between the two vehicles within 3-4 days. After a couple of weeks, when I did not receive the check, I called the salesman, "Phil" inquiring about it. He falsely told me that the check was "cut" and that he would send me a tracking number. He never did and never responded to my follow up inquiries. Performance never paid me what was owed to me. Then, after reviewing my contract carefully, I realized that Performance charged me $399 for anti-theft window etching that I never received. Fast forward 6 weeks later, I have filed a law-suit against Performance. It is pathetic that a client has to sue Performance to simply get it to pay what is undisputably owed to the client.
