Overall my items were safe, kept dry and scent free. No security issues which is important for me. The location of this storage facility is unique as it's located on a hill near a bus stop, so loading from a wheeled cart into your car can be a challenge if you park in the hill spots. The movers had no problems though with their hand trucks, so it's not a huge deal but worth mentioning. There are a few level spots you can park in to avoid this. I would definitely store here again knowing that all is safe and and secure here and Bobby really made it a pleasant friendly experience!

This happened on a Saturday morning just five days before Thanksgiving, and based on the damage, I honestly thought I'd be without a car for the entire holiday. Desperately, I reached out to Paul, my trusted store manager at Firestone Covington, and he suggested I contact Bratch Auto Body in Kent. It was already around 10 AM, and Google Maps showed they were closed on Saturdays. I called anyway, expecting to leave a message - but someone answered and told me to bring the car in right away. From that moment on, everything was outstanding. The store manager inspected my car, gave me a clear estimate, and an expected completion date. I was shocked (in the best way) when he said it would be ready by Tuesday. The price was also very reasonable, much lower than I had expected. Since I needed a rental car, I planned to walk to Avis in the rain, about 20 minutes away. But the young lady at the front desk stopped me and said she would ask her boss to help. A minute later, the store manager personally drove me to the rental location. The kindness truly meant a lot to me, especially because of the unusual events I had to go through that day. On Tuesday at 2 PM, I picked up my car, fully repaired. The manager carefully walked me through what was found and fixed, showing photos from each stage of the repair. The work was done professionally and thoroughly. They even washed, waxed, and detailed the interior. My 15-year-old car came back looking almost brand new. Today is Thanksgiving, and thanks to Bratch Auto, my car is back safely in my garage. They are not only professional and affordable - they genuinely care about their customers and understand the stress they are under. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everybody involved with the repair process. We were kept informed every step of the way, no surprises. They fit and finish of the repair was invisible. I know how hard it is to do a quality job as I have repaired and painted many vehicles over the years and I can tell you that making a paint repair disappear is very high quality work. Not only where they more affordable than a few other salvage yards Viktoriya took the time to locate a company that would ship to Alaska and one item was fragile, not only did they send it, but it was packed extremely well and arrived with no damage at all. Don't worry though, it does look like they let you rent the tools for a reasonable price if you didn't bring your own. Upon entering the establishment, you will need to tell the staff what type of vehicle you're looking for and they will tell you where it can be found. How cool is that? You will then proceed to checking in, in their old school bind with your name, signature and date. Anyways I found what I was looking for and then some! So I was pretty satisfied with the price, service, and what I got. I would totally recommend this place.

Service here has always been pretty kind the few times that I've needed help, and they've always been super responsive if I need help getting payment links reset or changed. Parking lot here is a little on the small side but I've never been here when it's been crazy busy. They also have dollies to use which is always helpful for getting things to and from my car! Will definitely continue to give them my storage business as a result of years of positive experiences! It's a little farther than I would like, but it's easily accessible when I'm on my way up to Seattle anyways, so I make it work.

For the first several years, things were fine -- mostly because of Nicole, the former manager who actually cared and knew what she was doing. I also had 24-hour access, which was essential for me because I store expensive tools I use for work. I got this unit specifically because of that 24/7 access. But once Nicole left, everything went downhill -- fast. Suddenly my on-time payments weren't being recognized, and I started getting flooded with emails and calls claiming I hadn't paid. Totally false. Then came the spotty access. Sometimes I'd get off work and be locked out of my unit for no reason (code wouldn't work). For someone who depends on secure, reliable access -- this was a nightmare. I had always paid at the end of the pay cycle -- and Nicole never had an issue with that. But after years of doing things the same way, I decided to adjust my payment date to avoid the drama. I even paid extra to cover the shift in date. What happened? I showed up, and my unit was locked. To top it off, the new guy working there had a major attitude problem. Didn't explain anything, didn't apologize -- just walked over, unlocked my unit in silence, and walked away like I was the problem. For the last 2.5 years, it's been pure chaos. Constant employee turnover, staff who don't know what they're doing, and a total lack of customer service. It's like they're running a revolving door operation over there. I've since moved to a much better storage facility -- indoors, cleaner, more professional, and half the price. I should have left years ago. Until Storage One at Benson gets its act together and starts hiring competent, respectful staff, do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. If you value peace of mind, reliability, and decent customer service, this is NOT the place for you.
