Updating my review. I ordered a front plate bracket for my Audi A7 on January 1st, 2024. It arrived today, on March 20th 2024. While I can now confidently say (like everyone else) the product is a good one, and better than all the Wish and Amazon level garbage you will find online, you need to be willing to wait months with no communication. They seem to only answer emails on Saturdays, and you will need to chase them for literally any update. It is fairly obvious to anyone who has worked on cars or with parts suppliers before that they have nothing in stock. Though obviously their website says they have everything in stock. So you will wait for your order to be ordered through send-cut-send, shipped to them in Washington, and then be sent to you months later. I ordered a plate mount from US Millworks, then I read these reviews in horror. I would say first of all, it's a good piece of metalworking, a very high quality piece. Second, in some respects they have got their client service stuff in order a bit more. I didn't hear anything for a few days, so I sent them an email, a lady at the store responded in no more than a day, telling me they were waiting on some parts for the quick release unit, so i could wait another few weeks, get a unit without quick release, and a $40 refund, or take a used quick release one in good shape and a $30 refund. I took the non quick release, and had a refund to paypal a day or two later overall it took 35 days from order to receipt as opposed to the estimate on the website of 14 days shipped to Canada. I guess it would be faster if I lived in the US but i don't know how much. I just installed it on my car, and I'm pretty happy so far. At least now I dont have a license plate stuck on my dashboard anymore! I'd say give them a chance if you're not in a huge rush. read more

A week had gone by and was given a notification a shipping label had been created. This is normal according to their phone number in which you can ONLY LISTEN TO A VOICEMAIL WITH GENERAL INFORMATION. YOU WILL NEVER SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON FOR ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS. Another week went still no updates to the tracking info. Within this time frame I had called at this point 2 times to inquire left voicemails, NEVER TO GET A COURTESY CALL BACK! This lead me to go look at the companies Yelp reviews to find several reviews just like mine. This company and these people are absolute dog shit! After the license plate had been marked delivered TO MAILBOX by carrier although I never received I decided to contact PayPal for a dispute ticket. Fast forward to today I get a call from PayPal stating I owe money on this case as US MILL WORKS has proof it was delivered to mailbox. In the end I got shafted for this fucking plate and never received my product. In the end this piece of shit company and these piece of shit people couldn't even pick up the phone as a courtesy. 2 stars because I ended up getting my money back but I had to jump through hoops to get it. I bought a kit - the hardware itself is sublime. However plans changed and I decided to return it, so I shipped it back the same day I received it. It was received by them within 30 days of delivery (adhering to their return policies) but I never got my money back. Multiple emails, phone calls, nothing - luckily since I paid with PayPal I asked them to step in. Only then did they refund my money, but not until the second to last day possible for them to do so. Then after ordering I received no confirmation or e-mail, it was crickets for weeks till I decided to send out an email.. Unfortunately, I can also confirm this company's customer service is non-existent. My item came almost two weeks after purchase. Their website says you will receive the item within 7 business days after purchase using priority shipping. There was absolutely no response from the seller regarding a shipment status on the item I ordered, so I had to assume I was being ripped off. I had to escalate this with PayPal who I used to make payment Only after escalating this with PayPal and PayPal reaching out to the seller, did the seller finally ship this item. If the seller had only taken a few minutes out of their schedule to confirm shipment status or at least an update, I could have given a stellar review. This item once received is super high quality and precision machined. It installed flawlessly once I figured out how to install it properly after watching the video online. Looks like a good product and I purchased. Got a receipt from PayPal with no order number, just a receipt number. Then I got an email with a USPS tracking number which indicated only the shipping label was created and that USPS was waiting to receive the package. A week later, after multiple emails to US Millworks with no response my tracking number still indicates USPS is waiting to receive package. AND btw, don't try to call. They don't list a phone number on the website but you can find one on google. Prob is they don't answer the phone it is just a pre-recorded message that hangs up after you listen. The installation is quick and easy! However, beware, the issue is with removing the whole kit. I'm still trying to figure out how to remove the bolt. Have used pliers and socket wrench to unscrew the bolt and even lubricated with wd40, but doesn't come off!! Currently looking for an auto shop to remove. read more
