Too slow for a food truck. Took 20 mins for an individual pizza ($10.50). They don't put very much of the toppings at all. Crust was great but ask for extra sauce cause it's lacking. From what I could taste it was good. I dunno I may try them again and ask for extra sauce and toppings. read more

Delicious. The gentleman serving and taking orders, Dustin, was the most friendly, kind, and funny waiter I've ever had. The pizza isn't too soggy, and it's not crunchy either. Full of flavor, and the options don't leave you know having a clue what to order, as I've found that some pizza restaurants give way too many options. This little truck is just right! read more

Visited the Troyer's Mountain View Country Market and Bear Tracks Coffee for their Monthly Food Truck Rally today. I just had to try the Angry Pig pizza from Opie's Pizza Wagon after reading reviews on social media. There's nothing better than a wood burning brick oven when it comes to cooking pizza. The bbq Angry Pig pizza was phenomenal! The crust is bubbly and chewy, covered with just the right amount of cheese and pulled pork that is so tender with a delicious sticky & sweet bbq sauce that's perfectly seasoned. Just when you think it can't get any better, you get a bite of the banana peppers which give it a sweet & tangy *POP* of flavor explosion on the palette. Hands down, one of THE best pizzas I've ever had. I can't wait to try them again, the apple butter pizza is next on my list. Try them, you won't be disappointed! read more

You order and can sit at one of the tables inside or outside. The owner, Roberto, was so nice. He gave us a couple samples to try. The ceviche was really delicious. We also had a barbacoa plate and a fish taco plate. They make a variety of hot sauces, all from scratch and very fresh. Everything we had was delicious. The menu is simpler - a limited palette. We had the fish tacos, several little tacos autenticos, and fresh guacamole. Perfect. Everything delicious and quickly served. Roberto and his helper were quiet, funny, and gracious. It's December. The sitting room is heated by wood stove - very nicely. The sauces were homemade and fresh. We went home with eight tamales to serve story with wine and appetizers before Christmas dinner. Weaverville is lucky. Do you like the cooking of Gladys or Roberto?
