After 3 months of waiting for my contact lense prescription, they told me that they could've reorder contacts when I initially asked them to and told me no but they could get me the contact prescription so that I can order. Now they tell me that I cannot use that prescription because its been over a year but when I requested them it wasn't. Acknowledged they screwed me over and all they said was "sorry it happens". Do not give your money to these people. Over $2,000 spent on them and this is how they reward your loyalty. Couldn't even offer to waive the exam fee to resolve this, they rather lose a 3+ year loyal customer...
