Even after we were finally acknowledged and told to sit, she helped yet another person who arrived later. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were told they couldn't fix the glasses because we didn't buy them there unless we get a new prescription with them. I've had minor fixes done at other eyeglass places for a fee, so I wasn't expecting anything free, just help in an urgent situation. Unfortunately, the lack of customer priority and unwillingness to assist means I won't be returning nor recommend this location.
