I was…read moreable to see Dr. Langton and he was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving all my concerns. I would definitely return to see Dr. Langton. I also want to shout out the front desk staff. They have been super nice and helpful. Original: Office staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Robert Feldman. Although I felt he did a good job with the exam, the entire second half of my appointment felt extremely rushed. I specifically came here because I have had issues with my glasses prescription. When I asked if we could discuss my glasses, after he said we were done, he seemed very annoyed. He did take a look however, but his annoyance continued and he made me feel very rushed and unwelcome to ask questions. This is extremely upsetting considering I looked at many reviews and had this place recommended based on a community Facebook page. I am leaving with questions and concerns that were not addressed and will now need to come back because he already was gone immediately after my appointment ended.

Anywhere else I've ever gone they take the extra 10 minutes to see if they have samples in stock and if they do then they just do the fitment of the contact lens the same day. I asked one of the ladies at the front desk and they said he would have checked if they had in stock.. but I told them I don't think he wanted to even check... it turns out they did have the samples in stock so they let me take the samples but he needed to look at my eyes again with the contacts before he could give the prescription.. so they said they would ask if he could take a few minutes to do the "fitting" and he said no now I need to go back tomorrow for a 15 minute check so he can look at my eyes.. (when I was there anyway but didn't want to see if they had my prescription in stock) when he originally told me he'd call me back for the fitment when the trials came in in 7 days... he didn't even want to try.. and wants you to come back for 3 appts total before the prescription is issued. Stay away, lesson learned for us.

Even after we were finally acknowledged and told to sit, she helped yet another person who arrived later. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were told they couldn't fix the glasses because we didn't buy them there unless we get a new prescription with them. I've had minor fixes done at other eyeglass places for a fee, so I wasn't expecting anything free, just help in an urgent situation. I told her I wanted the cheaper frames shown on their website and she said they didn't have any of those frames in the store. When I accused them of bait and switch, she went and got her manager, who came out with a key and unlocked a cabinet with the cheaper frames shown online, right after the saleslady said they didn't carry those frames in the store. I chose one of the cheaper frames. Then she purposely screwed up the order so when the glasses came in, they were clear glass, not tinted as sunglasses. She said the lab made the mistake, but then she proceeded to ask me what color tint I wanted and how dark, which she didn't ask me when I originally order them. The order wasn't sent in with the tint information and I believe she did it on purpose. I had to wait another week for the glasses to be remade. She was curt and dismissive. I hope nothing goes wrong with the glasses because I don't want to have to go back there.

They explained to us that that was the thinnest they could make them due to the prescription and the frame type----then why the hell did they assure in that they'd be thin during the ordering process??? - oh yeah, to charge us for it.
