They'll even offer to clean your own glasses. Once you have your purchase, they'll help adjust the nose bridge and/or the ear area to help fit on your face better. This store is definitely on the more expensive side but you're paying for the quality and service.

I've found they've made a real effort to help me figure out what best suits my needs (transitions, lens type, etc), rather than what might make them the most profit-- which is sadly pretty rare nowadays. Doctors Tran and Palacios, along with Cindy, are SUPER! They are all knowledgeable and friendly. Twelve years ago I had lasik surgery, but unfortunately my vision has since then deteriorated. Dr. Palacios performed my initial eye exam and did so in an unhurried manner. Since I wanted contact lenses, which are more difficult to fit correctly after lasik surgery (the corneas are reshaped and become thinner), he explained various options in great detail. I felt very comfortable making the final decision. When the lenses came, I was given another exam and was told that my vision might change a bit due to the corneas adjusting to the lenses. I was assured that there would be no problem in ordering other lenses and getting more exams until my vision was perfect. My eyes did adjust somewhat and another lens needed to be ordered, Dr. Tran performed the third, and last, exam. She is a wealth of information and I learned a lot that day. Now I have 20-20 vision :) To all at Optical Solution....THANK YOU VERY MUCH! read more

I came in hoping to switch from glasses to multifocal contacts for more flexibility in daily life…read more I was fitted with Acuvue Oasys Max 1-Day Multifocals, but unfortunately, the lenses haven't worked well for me. Indoors or in low lighting, my vision is sharp and comfortable. But the moment I step outside into bright daylight, everything goes noticeably blurry -- to the point where I question whether wearing them is even worth it. After doing some research and testing things on my own, I suspect the issue has to do with how my pupils respond to light. In bright conditions, they constrict, and that seems to interfere with how the multifocal zones line up. It's frustrating that this wasn't explained or factored into the fitting process. To make things worse, my mild astigmatism wasn't accounted for. Between that and the blurry daytime vision, these lenses just don't deliver what I was hoping for. I already purchased a three-month supply, so now I'm stuck trying to manage until I can reorder. The doctor repeatedly said, "Multifocals are a compromise," which in hindsight felt like code for "we don't really expect these to work well in all situations." I wish that trade-off had been made clearer upfront. The office itself was professional and clean, and the staff were courteous -- but the fitting didn't feel personalized, and that really matters when it comes to something as sensitive and specific as vision. I'd recommend asking a lot of questions and making sure your unique needs are being considered before committing to a full supply.

I was helped by Amy who is so knowledgeable about eye wear and helped me pick frames that fit my face and that can hold my strong prescription. She's very patient and not pushy at all. They do not accept insurance but their prices are not too bad at all so definitely come check this place out and see what you can find!

Today they changed my scratched up lenses in my Oliver People's sunglasses. I bought them here at least a decade ago!
