I had an appointment today with Dr. Maggie. It was my first appointment and this place and the receptionist ladies were great. The check in process was quick and easy. I waited about 7 minutes after I checked in and was called to the back. The nurse man took my vitals and weight and put me in a room. While I waited I was nervous because I feel like some doctors don't take the time with their patience that they need to. They kind just check to see if you are breathing and prescribe you medication. Dr. Maggie wasn't like that. She came in and told me that she was going to take some notes and get some test ordered to see what's going on from head to toe. She asked me questions about my health history and etc. she told me my next appointment with her would be 45 minutes and I would get my results, pap and etc. Great thing about her is that she didn't rush, she didn't rush me if I had questions and she was very informative. I am happy that she is my primary doctor. First impressions is so important because it sets the tone. Thank you Dr. Maggie. I wish I could have gotten my follow up appointment sooner. read more

Superb service in this office starting with the girls at the front desk, Maria M. is very attentive to people that come in...when I came in she noticed that my eye was getting better from a few weeks ago...I love it when they know you, that means they care about you. Valerie gave me all the paperwork I was to take with me, she is very professional, explained to me what I had to do. I saved the best for last...Maggie Carpio P.A. is who everybody wants as a doctor, she gives you the time to answer all your questions, she recently helped me with an issue that I've had on my skin for years, she made me feel so comfortable to talk to her, she is someone you can trust and that's exactly what I did, I truly trusted her and my problem was fixed. I came to Vista Medical Group back in November and honestly it was a great decision. The staff has been very friendly, the wait time can be a little long sometimes but it's understandable since I know the doctors here really try to figure out what is wrong with their patients. I know this because Dr. Carpio has been nothing but helpful to me and my health concerns. She is the first doctor that has actually taken time to listen to me and try to get down to the bottom of my concerns. In doing so problems that I had for years are getting better and she also got me to lose weight by just showing concern about my health. When I went to see her again and I mentioned I had lost weight she got so happy, and that showed me how much she cares for her patients. I'm finally happy with the physician I have. I recently had to do a follow up hospital visit with my doctor due to a head injury. Raquel Sanchez answered the phone when I called in to make the appointment. She immediately contacted the supervisor and scheduled my appointment for the requested time to have my sutures removed. She was courteous, professional and efficient. M. Matyseck PA I saw during my visit was very thorough and efficient with her examination and removal of my stitches. I was impressed with her knowledge and concern for my welfare. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Stephanie and Amy went above and beyond to refer me to a neurologist for my head injury. The original appointment date was October 3 and they got it moved up to August 27th! This helped me to get going on all the tests I need done. Thanks so much! read more

Hello, I just want to share this due to Covid. I have been going to Vista medical group for 3 years. I see Dr. Azar which is the owner. There are at least 2 offices I have been to. Chino, and Eastvale. Everyone is so polite and helpful. With Covid they are still so accommodating. I love all the staff. Stephanie, and Blanca are the best. All the staff is wonderful. They have an urgent care also. They have many physicians there. I have been seeing Dr. Azar once a month for 3 years. He has given me more information than any physician I have ever been to. If you are looking for a new Physician I recommend them highly. Especially during this time. No virtual appointments all in person! read more

I was asked to get a TB test for my school district, I've never had one before so I had multiple questions to ask and wonderful Raquel Sanchez answered all my questions! She was very patient with me, very kind and super respectful which made my visit delightful usually front desk clerks can get easily annoyed when getting asked a lot of questions but she was very kind. She had a big smile on her face at all times and we had great conversation, she gave great service and made me feel like I've known her for years. I came in close towards closing on August 30th and everyone was extremely kind and helpful, going to extra mile to ensure I was looked after and saw. it was my first time visiting this location, and i had the best experience i could have asked for, i went there because its the nearest urgent care, my son had this stubborn longest DRY cough, i obviously was concerned and Maggie Carpio DEFINITELY cared, and gave me what i was hopping but not expecting. I recently left my job, which means I gave up my private healthcare insurance, and as a result, I am now on Medi-cal. Being on Medicaid also means that you have to look for physicians who actually care about their patients and will partner with you in making sure your health is up to par. I saw Maggie Carpio, PA-C today and she was attentive and very thorough!! I appreciate the time she spent with me today and look forward to working with her in getting me back up and healthy! My 93 year old grandma and I have been going to Vista Medical Group for about 8 years now and I couldn't be happier! We both see Maggie Carpio and I got to say she is truly amazing, one in a million!
