am with Vista Medical Group for more than three years. Dr. Adeshara is my Primary Care Physician from day one. She is a knowledgeable and caring MD. Dr. Adeshara always has been one step ahead of me in finding out about my health and current condition. She asks the right questions and makes sound referrals when and if needed without any hesitations. Dr. Adeshara is one of the few doctors you will find who spends enough time with you and sincerely listens to you. I always felt that Dr. Adeshara has my best interest. I just had my routine checkup last week and I was very happy with my visit. Nurse, Saudi was also respectful and competent. The clinic is was very clean and had Covid-19 guidelines in place. I have referred Dr. Adeshara to my friends and family in the past and I will continue to refer Dr. Adeshara and Vista Medical to my friends and family. read more

Very unprofessional staff. They'll make you wait forever just to tell you they are unwilling to properly assist you. There was also several other patients in the lobby who were similarly dissatisfied. Dr. Azar has been my primary care physician for 3 years. He is one of the most thorough professional, knowledgeable kind and caring. He takes time with you to really understand your medical history and gives a detailed follow up analysis for any bloodwork or tests you get. I toke my mom to see PA Maggie Carpio for the second time today and after the visit I have to write a review of how great a physician she is. She is one of the most attentive, caring and patience physician I came across. She toke the time to explain my mom health situation and care for her like a family member. She answer a lot of questions and explain it more in simplistic terms when wordings got complicated instead of rushing our time of stay at the office. She made sure we left with a ease of mind with any health questions we had before releasing my mom from the office. Went to vista urgent care I hang a small cut It was around 530 pm when I first got there The girl at the counter she asked stupid questions and said it would be $250 dollars Up front for them to see me which I agreed Then the other girl that was chewing gum the size of a golf ball said were closing at 8 it's better for you to go to the emergency room . I am very disappointed in this Dr.s office. I have been coming here for years and should have stopped as soon as I started. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I understand how hard it is to switch to digital. First of all, my husband went for a follow-up and they had completely lost his file and said he had never been there before. He even had tests done that they had ordered(and now lost). Secondly, I have to agree with the other reviews about wait times. I also understand there is a flu season that does require time with every individual, BUT to have to wait in a room without any acknowledgement for over an hour is completely irresponsible and bad business. Which is not fair to the the very respectable Dr.s. Thirdly, if you need an authorization MAKE SURE YOU CALL and remind them to put it in. This has been an ongoing issue throughout the years. Which brings me to my final, personal complaint; My husband went to the hospital for the severity of pain in his abdomen. They diagnosed him with ulcers and said he would need an to see a gastroenterologist. So we made an appt. with the Dr. in order to get an authorization. After 1 week of waiting for an approval I called the office and they had forgotten. Sooooo, to make a long story short, after calling time after time after time, for the same thing, we are still waiting and it has been 4 weeks of pain and misery. My husband even called and pleaded with them that he is a human being and in SEVERE pain to please help him. 1 star charging for copy of medical records and not telling me initally the cost of copying medical records when I requested it(during the time I was shown my records during follow up visit). I got a floating bill approximately 1 month later through email. After experiencing that, I looked up online if this was legal. The law allows it for reasonable amount, but $25 for 4 pages is absurd and unreasonable. I recommend anyone not to request it unless you're willing to pay for it. read more

I had my reservations to change my PCP to this location, but upon my 1st appointment I met with Maggie and she was AMAZING! I would recommend this location for it's convenient location and service. Front office needs to be retrained. Since they think they can make a decision if you can be seen or not. Very rude. Urgent care doctor was terrible. Injured my hand was sent to xray. Took 3 weeks to get results after calling many times all the while my hand is broke, they finally respond with my wrist is fine, ask them why they didnt xray the hand, where it was completely black, they said the doctor felt it was the wrist. Ask to get another xray they said I would need to get another appointment in order to get xrays. Since you have to list a star, the one star is being generous. read more

The front receptionist was extremely dismissive when I went in to seek help. She tried to tell me my problem was not urgent enough for their clinic. When I insisted on being seen (they were not busy, maybe 3 people in the waiting room) she rolled her eyes and acted offended that I asked her to do her job. The PA was nice enough but could not seem to find my problem and when I insisted again she gave me a referral and tried to work with me. The receptionist is doing a disservice to what seems to be reasonably decent medical care. read more

This place is terrible! Every time I find a good PA there that I like, they end up leaving. The office does not inform you until you get there. Mind you, I am a cash paying patient and drive far to see my PA. They are rude, the wait is long and they cannot seem to keep their employees. This goes for both Corona and Chino locations! I've had it and will be finding a new doctor! In response to the reply received from my review....The PA that saw me (Anne) did not provide me with care whatsoever! I just got off the phone with Jasmine at Vista Medical Group and as usual she was sweet as could be. I think all the girls in the office are extremely kind and they do whatever they can 2 help you feel better and they do it as quickly as they possibly can. And Yolanda is a wonderful nurse and she's been there a while whenever I get a shot from her I never feel a thing and I mean that. People need to lighten up when it comes to a job like they have it's not easy I'll bet not many of you could do it for an hour let alone a day so why don't you pipe down and cut these girls break maybe with a change of attitude your whole life might end up being a little more relaxed but that's just my opinion I don't like to see anybody talking crap about these girls they don't deserve it they have a hard job and they do it right. read more

Was charged $100 for my visit only to find out one of the services i needed wasn't even covered here. Even after i told them i had work at 12 they still took their time to see me. I could not get in to see my regular family doctor so I was forced to visit the Vista Medical Group to try and get a prescription. The standard of care at this place is hellishly low. Dr. Naser Azar "diagnosed" my problem before entering the room. He would not hear any additional symptoms because he said, "you need to speak to your regular doctor about that." Well, maybe so but I am paying YOU Dr. Azar for this visit so I will ask any question I want. So I preceded to ask my questions anyway and he walked out of the room while I was speaking IN MID-SENTENCE! I had to ask the nurse for some clarification and I heard Dr. Azar in the hallway condescending to her because she had the nerve to follow-up on my question and he continued to say that I needed to visit my regular doctor. Dr. Azar owns the Vista Medical Group so any time you visit you pay for his Mercedes. This has nothing to do with my care, but I thought I would add it just for spite. Dr. Azar's breath smells so bad I almost puked all over him because he insisted on shoving his face almost into my cheek while he spoke, breathing his dank stinky breath all over me. Terrible service here, been waiting almost 3 hours just to get a simple urine test and results. They claim to be busy but I saw some nurses just standing around in the back office talking to the office staff. The last doctor I went to (at a different place) was an older man who dismissed everything I said, my new doctor Dr. Mujeeb was wonderful and the complete opposite. She sat down with me as we went over my history. She listened to all concerns I had and made me feel like I was actually being heard, not just glossed over. If you want quality care at a price you are better off at Kaiser. At least they won't waste your time and make you wait 40 minutes AFTER your appt time to even get into a room. They lack communication and everything. I don't know why they are still in practice. I HIGHLY advise not having your medical care here. They will even tell you your labs are normal and unless you choose to check yourself that's when you find out they are abnormal. What kind of health service is this. Do NOT go here! read more

I was sent there for a cat bite and the staff was nice, I don't have a bad thing to say about the staff but the doctor gave me the wrong medication for my cat bite ( cephalexin) and I had to go to the Emergency the next day and received (augmentin) and they informed me I shouldn't go back. Once again another employee was biten and they gave her Amoxicillin which is the incorrect drug again and now she is going to emergency to get augmentin. Like I said the staff was nice but they give the wrong medication upon diagnosis. I need to make sure Im being treated with the correct treatment read more
