The service was not good and not accommodating. I have been there twice and they don't like to give out tables marked reserved that aren't going to be taken by customers. Had a party of 12 same issue plus the drinks they served were coming out half full, very obviously trying to shave the liquor down. Food is OK but not great read more

Appetizers (Guacamole and Ahi tuna nachos) were underwhelming. One small scoop of guacamole for $10 is ridiculous. Tuna on the nachos did not taste or smell fresh. Drinks and entrees were better and portions were more reasonable. In fact, the steak burrito was so big I could only manage to eat about half of it. Made a nice lunch the next day though. We went there with a party of eight. The front desk host refused to seat us because one from our party was running 5 minutes late. Our table was ready. I mentioned to the hosts that we would get drinks and apps at the table. He said no that we would have to get our drinks from the bar. Bar was completely full. All seven of us basically stood next to our empty table until the one missing person arrived. It was absurd to not seat us when our table was clearly available. If you're going out with a big group pick another restaurant in Motown to avoid the headache of their inflexible seating policy. Any other restaurant on south street will seat you if the majority of your party is there. read more

I've been here twice since it opened. Once at the bar and the next time I was seated in the dining area. Both times the service was great and the food/ drinks were very good as well. I don't think it's "authentic" Mexican food, but really enjoyable place to visit for a night. Good vibes. Nice addition to town and we will definitely be back! With this place on the scene I can't imagine other similar Mexican places in Morristown (Macho Nacho not included but I'm talking about the one next door and the one by the train...) stay open! read more

Gorgeous food, fun drinks and excellent service. We had a trio of Guacamole and the Queso Flameado and my cheese-hating hubby even ate it. It's takes Juan to know Juan - fabulous! Same for the Carolina BBQ tacos. Everything we tried was great. Only exception were the Churros - needs their own frying oil. Otherwise, best meal I've had in ages. read more

Visited here for the first time last week. It happened to be taco Tuesday. We were not aware of the special they have. Apparently if you pay cash for your entire bill, you get 50% off most of the tacos on the menu. Cash? I hardly ever carry cash, so that was out. TBH the only tacos I would have ordered were the shrimp tacos and I was warned by the waiter that they were super spicy. My husband had been here once before and had the shrimp tacos and he even said he could barely finish them. He loves spicy food. Would love to try them sometime if they could bring down the heat. I ended up getting the shrimp plancha and really enjoyed it. The guac was also very good. Would definitely recommend and return. read more

Excellent. Great food, huge portions, excellent beer selection, and very reasonably priced. In particular, the Puebla Cemita sandwich and the Ribeye burrito are awesome. Yummy guacamole and tacos. We had the two types of pork tacos and both were delicious. I had a virgin margarita on the rocks and it was excellent--would have been awesome with tequila but I was driving. The calamari app was very good--very spicy sauce with it. The service was great-- the waiter was friendly and checked in to pour water for us throughout the meal. Decor is cute but it was a super noisy place. I could hardly hear the conversation. Not sure if there is anything they could do about that. I would come back for a lunch because it might be quieter or maybe get takeout from here. read more

I'm usually not one to leave reviews but I'm very annoyed at this establishment. First I went on Sunday 10/30. Yelp and google both say that they close at 4pm. I got there at 3:25 to have an early dinner with a friend and the host informed me that the kitchen was closed because the chef had to leave ... is there only one chef? I traveled 30 minutes to be told that just the bar is opened. Why would I want just drinks at 3:30pm.. very annoyed. If you close at 3 update your hours. Finally Went last night 11/2 .. the same host was there and didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in as she was too busy texting. Sat at the bar and bartenders were too busy talking amongst each other. I don't think I will be returning any time soon. Service needs to be better and hours need to be communicated better for the clientele. read more

We've had drinks at orale before and they were great hence my previous review. Just had dinner there and kind of underwhelming. I'd say everything was okay until we ordered tres leches. For someone who's a huge fan of tres leches, this was very disappointing. The cake was reallllyyy dry which is unlike a tres leches since it should be soaked in milk but this wasn't at all. I didn't get that condensed milk flavor at all. If you a Latin food place and your tres leches is so bad, that's game over. Octopus was okay, shrimp tacos were great, halibut tacos were okay. Overall, food portions are large but the corn tortillas did not taste fresh and were kind of dry. read more

I like the concept of a new fun Mexican restaurant in Morristown but the menu isn't that interesting and the staff is just not nice. The manager is overwhelmed and nasty and the host just as unpleasant. The servers are confused and 3 out of our 4 meals were messed up. read more

I came here on a Wednesday night and was excited just because of the look of the restaurant. It's so colorful and inviting inside, and I appreciate the attention to detail when it came to interior design! As for food and service, everything was fantastic. We had a reservation and were seated immediately, and our waiter was very inviting and happy to offer recommendations and help explain the menu. He was very attentive, coming back often to check on everything and refill our water. Our appetizer was brought out immediately and the side of guacamole was brought out almost 2 minutes after we ordered it. We got the duck confit nachos which were full of toppings and big enough for four people to share (at least) even though it was two of us. We ordered their ribeye burrito, which was huge (definitely worth the money) and full of flavor. We couldn't talk about anything else except the food because it was that good. For dessert we got the strawberry tres leches and it was wonderful. Definitely coming back with more people! read more
