Very expensive and small portion sizes. $20 for just 3 birria tacos (no chips or anything else included) is really pricey...

The location is good with easy access and parking. Inside was clean and welcoming. There was a good amount of seating, limited outside seating, and a bar as well. They had your normal selection of import beers, margaritas, and specialty drinks. We were seated immediately but it was a Tuesday night so later in the week may be busier. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. We started with guacamole because who doesn't love that and it was great. It was fresh, a very large serving of it, and I'm embarrassed to say the three of us pretty much finished it all. I decided to go with the smothered burrito (veggie option) with salsa verde and man was it big! Definitely could split between two so now I have lunch for tomorrow. The flavor was good, nothing was too overpowering and I'd for sure order it again if we return. My wife got the veggie enchiladas with mole sauce they were good without being too spicy. If you're in the mood for Mexican food in the area and you're hungry then this is the place you're looking for.

My faves are the quesabirria and my husband loves the enchiladas de mole with shrimp. Also worth mentioning, they make FRESH corn tortillas. Not every Mexican restaurant does this and that's what sets them apart. The drinks are creative and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

When my wife and I finally did, we were hooked. We have been going there now for about ten years. It truly is the best Mexican food. Tonight I had two chicken enchiladas with red Guahillo sauce, and topped with sour cream, diced green onions, and queso fresco. Wow. the flavors! It also came with rice (very flavorful) and black beans (amazing). A real fulfilling and generously filling meal for less than $15. My wife had a black bean burrito. It was huge. She loved it, but only ate half of it. For less than $10. I will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I wonder why some reviewers were not very happy. Perhaps their point of reference is Taco Bell, or some other Americanized Mexican style food. Viva Mexicali Rose!

No, but it is a decent burrito for its price of $11. It has great flavor in the ingredients are fresh. This is a place my wife and I go to often when we're looking for a quick bite to eat that's not too expensive. I have also tried their crunchy tacos, which are also very good but I will say they do not travel that well and are better to eat there. If you're looking for a no-frills Mexican spot that won't break the bank, this is the place for you.

It's not often you find Guatemalan and Salvadoran cuisine, but this spot is doing it authentically! Everything here is so delicious and made fresh. This is the first spot I've ever tried pupusas at, and I'm obsessed now! The family that runs this spot were so kind and clearly care so much about their restaurant. Surviving the pandemic and several location changes is just a testament to how fantastic the food and service are here. Breakfast is served all day, and they even have a mini golf course in the back! Such a nice family-friend spot!

Everything was homemade including the corn tortillas, and the shrimp was definitely fresh as well. I knew this place had potential based on other reviews, however it definitely exceeded our expectations. The pupusas were as good as we have had and much better than most of any we have had in the past. We had the Churrasco platter and the another platter that had steak, shrimp and chicken with rice (not instant), beans, fresh macaroni salad (fantastic) hot pepper and scallion and it was all exceptional. The owner's are also very friendly and down to earth. This is a place that has mini golf in the back which is great if you are looking for something additional to do, however the food is definitely the main reason to come here.
