This cafe has been on my bucket list to try out for years now, and boy I'm glad I finally did! This coffee house sure has character and much more welcoming than the hipster joints that keep popping up these days charging $6 for a latte! My boyfriend and I ordered two lattes with the cutest names, Lucious Lips (Strawberry Vanilla) and Shelly Ellie (Toffee Peanut Butter) .... and two medium sized coffee drinks came to only $5.50! Service was friendly and prompt, the line kept moving and you can tell the locals love this place! Seating out front on the patio or inside in two rooms. We also purchased some strawberry flavored coffee beans to grind up our own coffee at home (coffee is only $12 a pound!) This place is really lovely. It has a very homey feel to it and is also very clean. It doesn't have the modern, bright atmosphere that a lot of cookie cutter coffee shops have now, it's very calm, with lower lighting and smells pleasantly of coffee (thanks both to their beverages and their huge wall of coffee beans). We both ordered frozen chai drinks. They were standard but on the spicy side of chai, I would order it again. This place feels like somewhere that one would sit down for a day and study or work comfortably, or a place that would just become a regular spot without putting much though to it. They have a lot of cute branded mugs, local honey, and coffee, as well as other items for purchase. Seating was well spaced out so no one felt crowded from one table to the next. The counter can sometimes get a bit jammed, with the line extending out the front door, but the baristas are friendly and know what they're doing. It usually goes quickly. I love this place. I have never been even slightly disappointed and have tried several different beverages. On the rare occasion I've gotten a sweet, it has been fresh and delicious. I was there with my friend once who wanted to add the flavor shot I ordered to her coffee, but she didn't have any cash so the barista paid for it! Unbelievable. Thanks to stupid weather we ended up at Lewiston instead of Corning... we decided to get some breakfast, walking around town and lunch. This place look interesting in the website so we decided to check it out for breakfast. It's an interesting place to say the least. A very limited menu and a vegetarian menu. So we ended up getting California sandwich (I forgot the full name). It has tofu and shaved carrots and mixed greens. It was really good! I admit I don't think I'll like it. But both my bf and I really like it. Why only 3 stars? Well we had issues with the drinks. The tea super blah. I ordered orange tea with honey, it doesn't even anywhere near orange nor tea. It taste like water and honey. He got red eye coffee also not impressed. We would go back again just for food if we are in the area. Cute local coffee shop nestled off the Main Street in Lewiston. The baristas are kind and the coffee good. They have an incredible outdoor patio, and indoor seating as well. The entryway is a wee bit tight, but other than that a good time. I tried the brewed coffee and the special tiramisu latte. Both were great in terms of quality and flavor. The servers are always welcoming, very clean establishment, service is fast & you won't walk out unsatisfied. Stopped by here for the first time after hiking Devils Hole and needing a cold drink. I got the black and white latte and a chocolate PB cookie and it was all amazing. The shop is cozy with not only the great coffee menu but a huge selection of tea in the room adjacent. The always have a stack of freshly baked cookies and I highly recommend snagging one, they're moist and baked to perfection. Sooo cute. Came here late day and found easy parking, great choices, nice help. They have a large variety of different types of coffee beans available, and then a few options each day to purchase by the cup. There are also many teas and other drinks to choose from. I did not try any of the sweet items, but they did look great. They have a book lending case here too. Pick one up, drop one off. Varied selection as a result. Very nice. The indoor tables are comfortable, relaxed environment. I arrived 15 min before closing (not on purpose), but they did not mention it when I sat down, there was no "being rushed" or anything like that. Very nice of them. I did not realize they were closing until I left, (2 min before closing) when they were bringing in the chairs from the outside patio. If I find myself back in Lewiston, and I may, I'll be back here. I liked the atmosphere and would buy a coffee just to sit if I had some time to kill. read more

We were really excited to try this place after reading great reviews on yelp. I had called the place to check if they were open since it was labour day however I was not informed that they were not serving food. Much to the contrary what the reviews said about their staff being friendly I thought they were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. Actually I sensed a bit racism from their entire staff. They have tons of fun latte flavors (I recently got the seasonal vanilla caramel bourbon latte - delicious though a little sweet), and they make a great cold brew. Milk options include whole/2%/skim/almond - supposedly soy isn't very shelf stable, and they sadly said nothing about oat milk (my fav). They've also got lots of cookies and scones which are tempting, though I've yet to try them. I am a big coffee drinker and this place is the spot. We came in on Sunday at 2:50pm, placed our coffee orders in, and a big peanut butter cookie, then were told they close at 3pm and we'd have to leave. We were extremely disappointed. Mind u we were there off season (Dec 9,2018) to be exact. We took a seat at a table in this charming sitting area within the shop, took a couple of sips and they announced that they were closing and started to sweep the floor. I tried their roastmaster blend and it was a beautiful smooth blend, made with medium and dark roasted Columbian beans. Two people worked behind the counter fast and efficiently. I had read on Yelp that they had vegan cookies, so I had to check it out. I took a snickerdoodle and I can say in all honestly it was the best vegan cookie, if not one of the best cookies, I've ever had in my life! It was the perfect size, the cookie was soft, fresh, and tasted out of this world. I wanted to take some to go! While Lewiston is out of my way, I go to ArtPark for concerts every now and then.
