Dr. Brandon, very intelligent, great sense of humor. He must have eyes behind his head, he oversees the entire team and doesn't miss a beat. He takes the time to listen and tweak your routine when necessary. Last but not least, if you need Accupunture, Carlos really made a difference in my recovery. Carlos goes above and beyond and listens to other problems you might be having. He adjusts his care for you, which helps tremendously. Manager, Ana Maria has put together a wonderful team. I told him I didn't want ketamine and he asked why and I told him and he told me that's what he uses and I still told him no. As he argued with me he continued to tell me he had used it thousands of times. Then he told me he would use a small dose and walked away. I told my doctor (Dr.Eric Chang) I didn't want ketamine. He said just tell anesthesia. I did. When the nurse brought me back to the procedure room I repeated myself with everyone in the room that I didn't want ketamine and Dr. Germanovich said are you trying to tell me how to do my job? I said I just don't want ketamine. Then he said cancel the case. He was arrogant and quite pompous. Yes, I don't want him. My case was cancelled. I went all day without anything to eat or drink. It was about 145 pm when I was let go. I took off a day of work and my ride also inconvenienced. Now I have to reschedule and do ot all over again. I've been an OR nurse for over 43 years. The facilities I've worked at don't even stock ketamine so if he can't do sedation without ketamine then he needs to stay a pain doctor and don't try to pull off being an anesthesiologist.

As a result, I have no cartilage between my leg and foot and severe arthritis. I have lived with pain the entire time. Whenever I asked a practitioner for something for the pain, they either suggested ibuprofen or said they don't prescribe opioids. Hmm, I wonder if that's a liability thing? Rosemary engaged in dialogue with me about my pain. Describe what your pain is like--dull, throbbing, shooting? When did I feel it? What brought it on? What made it worse, etc. After these conversations she explained her diagnosis and therapeutic plan. She started me on a milder pain medication regimen and, when I didn't get relief, either increased dosage or changed medication. What I appreciate, among many aspects of her practice, is her belief that no one should live in pain. Her level of care and respect are exemplary. I wish all primary care practitioners shared her beliefs.

Dr. Patel recommended a PRP Injection which is the plasma injection. I visited twice and both times the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and kind! They walked me through the process and what to expect. During my injection process Dr. Patel guided me through the entire process from start to finish and her assistant helped with the distraction and pain. Overall it is a 10/10 experience and the injection was not as bad as people make it seem. They describe it has a bee sting but i would say a slight needle tap. She rushed into the room, spoke to me for about 3 minutes in a robotic, scripted way, and then immediately passed me off to an MA again. She feels lazy and completely checked out. I left feeling like just another number on a checklist. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone, even though her team is lovely.
