I don't know if this place is new or just hasnt been reviewed but it's great. I've come here a few times to grab coffee and a bagel and I love it. It has a decent amount of seating, as much as you would expect a starbucks to have, maybe more. There is a tv playing news and weather in the morning. Coffee they usually have is 100% Columbian Brew. They sell bottled drinks like powerade, some juices, and some energy drinks. On the right walking up to the register they have a little deli. Havent had that yet but it looks good. They have Boar's Head products and you can watch them cut it right there. Above the deli meats they have some pastries/donuts and by the register are the bagels. These are not Dunkin Donuts or gas station bagels. You can actually watch them make the bagels in the back. And they are huge and they are good. I've had Plain and wheat. This morning I had cheddar with cream cheese. Never had it before. A manhunt to find my mind continues, for it was blown. M-F they are open until 1500 and weekends they close at 1430. read more

This location in Middletown has a small parking lot but it always seems packed when we pass by, so we finally tried it out for breakfast today. I ordered an egg and cheese on an everything bagel - very fresh and very tasty! Coffee is hot and fresh. My husband got the SOBO - sausage egg and cheese and home fries all on a sesame seed bagel. He said it was similarly delicious and fresh. The bagels themselves really stand out, you can tell they were made fresh recently. So good! We weren't there long as service was pretty quick (and for a Monday they were busier than we'd have expected!) but in glancing over the menus hanging it looks like they offer a pretty extensive selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, I observed a deli counter and there's a couple of stocked beverage coolers besides the coffee bar. Place is very clean, too. We'll definitely be back, maybe for lunch someday soon. read more

This was my first time here, and I thought it was going to be great! The place looked great, and the menu was certainly appetizing. We were greeted by one of the employees, who was very polite and cheerful. He was soon delegated to sweeping the floor, while what appeared to be the manager, stood at the counter to take our order. When I asked if the bagels were good .. the employee answered, while sweeping the floor, yes! The manager said .. we sell a lot of them. The sandwiches were good, but the macaroni salad that came with them was better. The attitude of the manager seemed to really ruin much of it for us. Several people came in and were informed that the grill had already been shut down for the day .. this was about 2:30pm, and they lost those customers. Other groups came in and waited to order, but left when they were not attended to. This seems like it has great potential. If the employee who was sweeping the floor were greeting people, there would definitely have been a better 'feel' to the place. I hope they make some changes, as it would be great to have a place like this to frequent. read more

My friend and I walked in, greeted promptly. Prices seemed fine, nothing stood out. I specifically asked what kind of lox they had. I should've known better when the reply was 'What do you mean?' I asked if they had regular or nova, I was told regular. I got home, took a bite and tasted no salt. I had put salt on it! If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't lie. Also, had no onions or tomatoes on the sandwich, when I ordered a item on the menu. Don't have any intention of returning, definitely a letdown. read more

This is my favorite breakfast stop. I'm in there 5 days a week on my way to work. They make me feel like a celebrity walking in the store. "AMY'S HERE!" They yell. I love it. Lol. I don't even have to tell them my order, they start to make it as soon as they see me. Amazing customer service. I've only been to the Newburgh location but so far the bagels are hit-and-miss. I don't know what salt ever did to these people, but they seem to hate it. The Everything bagels have no salt, and are bland. The salt bagels often have the residue where salt used to be, but it's all shaken off by the time you get it. I think they just truck these over from Middletown because they're always a little stale too. Yes, that bagel in the picture below tasted just as bad as it looks. Kick it up a notch, guys. read more

I have gone into the store and had delivery service from this company and I cannot praise them high enough. The service was impeccable. When I ordered delivery I wanted to put the tip on my card but did not mention this when I placed the order (I forgot) and I had no cash, the person who delivered said, "Oh Jeez, dont even worry about it"...I felt like a heal but I thought it said something about the staff and business. Waited my turn, I politely greeted the Hispanic middle-aged counterwoman saying "Good morning", received no reply just a motionless dejected look, placed order, paid for order and I said "Thank you" to which there was zero no reply whatsoever so I said "You're welcome." With so many other places nearby to purchase bagels, breakfast, lunch, etc., one would think the store help would have received instructions from the management to be pleasant. Went to the new Goshen location and ordered tuna on rye and 2 plain bagel - after 20 mins I got my order - the place was empty. Got home and found that they gave me 3 sandwiches and no plain bagels. Went back for my plain bagels because that was the reason I went there in the first place. Not too happy with my first experience there OCB insisted that I keep the additional sandwiches, which I didn't care to. I got a free bagel though. read more

Ordered a sandwich and brought it home only to discover that one of the salami slices was brown and the rest were brown around the edges and starting to spoil. First time there had cream cheese and lox on a bagel and it came with very little cheese and barely any lox. Management gets defensive when you point these things out instead of being apologetic. Great place for a sandwich and coffee. I stopped in on a Friday and there was a considerable amount of people which is nice to see. I had a bagel and coffee, the bagel was a good size fresh and soft. The coffee was good as well, maybe not quite Lavazza(just what I am use to from Italy) but definitely much better than DD or Sbucks. It's a very nice place with high ceilings more of a NYC feel and bunch of tables to sit at. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great LOCAL spot I will be back again next time in in the area. read more

About the one in Newburgh. EVERY TIME I go in to get something to eat either before or after school the cook is ALWAYS STARING me down. I feel incredibly uncomfortable especially since it's happened every single time (4 or 5) I've been there! Back to Downtown Bagels where they actually greet the customers & give them what they ask for. The owner took my card & half assed flopped it down on the counter.
