In home visit Amanda told me you need to come to our showroom and pick fabric and everything else. I went to the showroom on January 14, 2026 and selected everything needed for the drapery. Amanda said she would email the final estimate within a couple of days. After 21 days with no response, I had to follow up myself. Her response was that they were "very busy with high volume" and that she would send the estimate within a couple of hours. That explanation didn't add up. If they were that busy, why the estimate could suddenly be produced immediately after I followed up? If you were that busy how could you call me right after you got my follow up text message!!!!! This experience was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Between the poor communication, long delays, and excessive pricing, I lost all trust in this company. I decided not to move forward and do not recommend Fashion Interior to anyone.

I found Gordon here on Yelp. I contacted him and Instead of sending some pictures I asked if I could FaceTime him so that he could provide a quote and a repair time estimate, which he was able to provide and said he could swing by to remove the piece that needed to be repaired or replaced, and to get the pin that needed to be replaced as well. It did take a while, but unfortunately it was because there was an emergency family event that had taken place. Despite that happening, Gordon came as he promised and did a fantastic job. I would use him again and highly recommend his work. He's a terrific guy and the two negative reviews are a result of a family medical situation that was out of his control. His rates are also reasonable given the quality of our shutters. He was able to match the paint and the actual piece that he replaced perfectly.
