I am so happy with this shop. Diego is professional, honest and easy to communicate with. I had some dents on my car that would have been expensive to fix elsewhere. He was able to fix them with a deal that was more than reasonable and the car panel looks brand new now! He had to keep the car for an extra day and I was nervous because I needed to drive a distance to work. To make up for me he offered a free headlight restoration- which I wanted to get anyway! Overall, I was very happy with my Orange County Collision Center experience. They let me drop off my car at night when they were closed. Though my bumper repair was relatively straightforward, they did a good job. The job was completed when they said it would be. The price was very competitive and they didn't try to upsell me. I recently got into a minor car accident and have been very hesitant about going to a collision repair shop since I'll be paying out of pocket. Diego, the owner, was great. I mentioned since I was missing my emblem that's the only thing I wanted replace. I didn't care about the damage grille nor the sensor at the moment. He suggested I bought the emblem and he would put it on for me for free. I was surprised but gladly accepted his offer. This has to be the smoothes and most cost effective repair I did on my car. They work by appointments which I respect so I don't have to wait. I went in to restore my headlight, which was yellow and scratched up, I know this isn't a major job but as soon as I got there they started working on my car and finished it before the promised time. I am generally skeptical about the working with new Auto Body Shop when ever I needed the services. But, I think I finally found one! Since then, I had Services done twice + one for my parent w/Diego. I have just too much good things to Say about them. I found an offer on amazon for headlight restoration, and they did an excellent job. The things that they could improve on, though, are having a correct phone number to reach them, and contacting a customer back within a timely manner. Also, their bathroom, with it's misspelled sign on it, could use a deep cleaning. The man at the desk also didn't introduce himself. All in all, a good job. :) read more

Highly recommended this place! Someone rear ended my 6 month old car and didn't leave a note. The damage was very minimal yet when I went to shops to get quotes for repair it ranged from $650-$1,500. I happened to stumble across this yelp page and saw the $249 bumper repair deal. I thought it was too good to be true so I called to see what it covered. Diego answered the phone and said it sounds like it could be repaired with the bumper special, but I could send him a few pictures just to be sure. After seeing the pictures he said that it would qualify for the $249 bumper repair deal and that I was free to drop my car off any Monday-Thursday. Got into a small fender bender and did not want to go through insurance so I found this on yelp. I reached out and right away got a response and free quote through text. My rear bumper needed repairing and not replacing ($249 for it). I got a previous quote for almost $700. So I chose this spot! In addition To the bumper, I had paint scratches from a hit & run on the door and they buffed it off at no cost. Very helpful and friendly. The owner and his team did an amazing and clean job plus they have affordable prices. Highly recommend for your collision needs! Dropped off my Honda Pilot for repairs after getting a few estimates on it. Found this place via flyer that we happened to get our hands on and we are so glad we did! Diego made this experience stress free which is so nice after dealing with a few shady body shop places. Had to get the rear panel and bumper replaced, dropped it off last week and picked it up today and was pleased to see the excellent job they did, especially with the paint job. This place detailed my car (which saved me more money bc I was in need of one), hooked me up with a great rental car and got my car fixed! I do NOT recommend at all! Horrible service, took months to complete service that was supposedly only going to last the most 3 weeks. I had to keep coming back to the shop because his employees kept making mistakes on my car. Not professional work, not to be trusted. I always had to double check the work. He never kept my up to date with my car, and when I called he would not return my calls! What kind of customer service is this? My car left the shop with a lot more scratches than it came with. Yes it might be cheap, but you get exactly what you pay for. read more

Once again Diego at Orange County Collision has superseded my expectations. I brought my 2007 Honda Accord in because my wife got a newer SUV and I took her older car. It was beat up with a bunch of dings/dents and a big hole in the bumper. It was in the shop for a few days and I didn't want to bug my brother too much for rides so I rented a car for a few days. The rental was really convenient and not expensive at all. The repairs all look great. Living in Orange County I was a bit embarrassed driving my car around all beat up, now it shines like new. I let Diego know how much money I had to work with and he gave me a few options of what I could do. Some spots were just filled in with a paint marker of some sort and others were fixed and painted. Rather than replace the front bumper, they removed it, fixed and painted it, and then put it back on. The back bumper had a big hole in it so they replaced it with an aftermarket bumper that fits great. Anytime I see some damage on a car I want to tell them about Diego and his shop because most people think that the repair is going to be crazy expensive and they just can't afford it. Diego has brought the price and service to a perfect equilibrium where you can make your car look great without having to shell out a bunch of cash. I contacted Diego (the owner) at Orange County Collision and he and I talked a bit about what I wanted...his shop to paint and install a different bumper that I had purchased for the front of my 370Z Sportster (convertible). He ran into numerous issues with the bumper (waves and weakness in certain sections) that extended the time it took them. But, in the end, Diego's staff worked diligently to fix the issues and get the job done. When I saw the car after the work was done, I was EXTREMELY happy with how it turned out. The fit and finish and the paint job were FANTASTIC. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Diego said I would be happy with his work and he is definitely a man of his word. I am going to post several pictures to show the bumper before and the new bumper after installation. All I can say is "Thank you" for your craftsmanship and attention to detail. read more

Diego and Vincent were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make a happy client. My car had rear panel & bumper dent and scratches, and they repaired it as good as new along with additional front bumper work that I added on. They had a bumper special at the time and it was worth it!!! I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else and I did look at a few places in the area. I was also able to use a great yelp deal to save even more!! They did free touch up work around the whole car, and even buffed out a surface scratch mark on a mini-van that my wife brought in when I picked up my car. I was in a hurry for another appointment when I went to pick up my car and called in before arriving, and he understood my situation and had everything ready for me for a quick pickup! They worked well with my insurance and Hertz rental also came to the center to secure a rental car for me. I plan to get any future work done here, and recommend them highly!! I started with a Groupon to get my headlights restored. They looked like new when they were done. Then they did a flawless job on my Camby.
