I rarely write reviews. This has to be my 5th review in my lifetime but when I do, its because I've received FANTASTIC service. Here is my story on how I got my AWESOME Beautyrest Black Desiree Luxury Firm Mattress from Brian Lee.... Me and my gf were looking into upgrading from a Queen to a King size mattress. After doing a lot of researching, we decided to go visit random mattress stores all around OC to check out their Beautyrest Black inventory and lay on some mattress since we needed to know exactly what firmness we needed for side sleepers, firm for the back to keep the spine straight and aligned while having enough softness on the pressure points of my shoulders and hips. We found our ideal firmness is Medium or Luxury Firm. This past Sat, we were at the OC Mattress location in Los Alamitos that my brother-in-law had referred us to. We arrived there at 6pm which we had checked on our phone that it was open til 7pm, and unfortunately for the rep that was suppose to be there, WAS NOT THERE! I'm guessing they left early, which is unfortunate for that sales manager at the Los Alamitos location because there 3 customers including myself at the front door at 6pm wondering why no one was there. We even drove to another mattress store with those other customers we befriended at the front door. I decided to contact the Los Alamitos store's general number but instead, it directed me to Brian Lee's Corona Del Mar store whom Brian Lee had answered. I then told him my situation of being at the Los Alamitos store and no one was there, telling him the front door was locked but the hours indicated on the window 10am - 7pm as we arrived at 6pm with 2 other customers at the front door. Never have we've met Brian Lee, he was willing to find out if someone was there and asked if he could check and contact me back in 5 mins. I said sure. 5 mins later, Brian tells me there was no one there and won't be returning and he did apologize. I thought that was AWESOME of him to go out of his way for someone else's mistake. He even asked me if I knew what I was looking for, so I sent him some photos of the Beautyrest Black Desiree Mattress I had found online and I sent him the price. He even vouched that it was a great deal/price and assured me it was a legit mattress website. He said if he had the mattress, he'd definitely be able to hook me up but said he didn't have one. That was pretty awesome of him! Today, Monday morning 9/30/2019, I get a text from Brian Lee saying he was able to find my mattress. Not only did he find the mattress I was looking for, he was able to work with me at the price we found fair and saved me over $1100 with FREE SHIPPING!! Not curbside shipping...I mean FREE SHIPPING to your room! The delivery guys were VERY pleasant and polite. They even helped me remove the plastic wrap, gave me and my girl 10 mins to inspect the mattress, even helped hold it up on its side so we can inspect the bottom, move my old Beautyrest Black Queen mattress to my daughters room (which is now her bed) and even helped move my futon into the living room. They were AWESOME!! This is the crazy part...we still haven't met Brian Lee in person. Only talked with him over the phone and text. But seeing how he went out of his way for us on a technicality since we knew what mattress we wanted (Beautyrest Black Desire Luxury Firm King), we still felt comfortable purchasing our mattress from him. He sent me photos and information about other Beautyrest Black models but in the end....he was still able to find the mattress we had our hearts set on without us evening knowing he was looking into it. That, my friend, makes a FANTASTIC sales person. I'm a regional manager myself and I've done wireless sales for over 8 years so I know a good sales manager when I see one.
