5/5 star experience here. We've been thinking about buying a new mattress for months but have been overwhelmed by the options and trying to find what would best for us. We visited a few mattress stores but didn't like the service we received and the information we were given. Vince helped us right when we walked in the door. He got us situated with our ideal mattress types and gave us the full line ups for what would suit us best. He never once tried to upsell us on a better or more expensive mattress, unlike our experiences elsewhere. You could tell he was invested in finding the best fit for us and where we are at in life right now- whatever that looked that! And that's what really made our experience special. We ended up getting the Helix Midnight Luxe and we are SO happy with our choice. We also got two new pillows and a mattress cover, which is not something we were originally looking to do- but Vince did such a great job, and with the Presidents' Day sale it made sense to get the high quality extras and package them on. If you are in the market for a new mattress, we HIGHLY recommend Vince. The best. Chris Miller, the manager, was very well versed with what I was looking for and gave me seven examples, explaining the differences and noting sale items. Chris was super knowledgeable and I ended up buying a $1700 mattress that was on sale for $1500 and it was as easy as you can imagine. Why am I reviewing sit and sleep you might ask, well, I'm mainly reviewing the store manager, Chris. I came pretty early close to opening to quickly try out some mattresses that I had identified online that I was interested in and Chris was in the store and was very welcoming. He didn't try to sell me something knowing I was in a rush and he didn't try to show me every single mattress inside the store like other sales people usually do. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and understanding that I knew what I wanted to try out and that was it.. He did recommend a different mattress that was very close to what I wanted and I appreciated that because I did not hear of that brand before. read more

John Heft was yet another incredible asset to the sit and sleep team. I had the pleasure of connecting with him via phone. A mix up of an old number was placed on file ( my fault for giving that not working number) for my new temperpedic bed delivery, and I missed the delivery guys due to the contact info being invalid. Huge Yikes but turned into a quick recovery thanks to John! Wait for it.. As I realized I made a huge mistake I encountered John who was extremely helpful and rushed on the phone to coordinate the delivery and updating my new number. He treated me like family. As if it was his own bed not being delivered on time and fought tooth and nail to make things smooth sailing after my huge mistake. Talk about customer service He did it all for me and went above and beyond. From spending time on the phone solo with customer service, to the delivery team outreach to get it next day rushed. Huge applaud to this gentleman without you I would of had to book a hotel instead I can say I am going to have the best nights sleep tonight in my new bed. Great selection of mattresses, prices seemed lower compared to other stores and service was not aggressive but ready to help when questions came up. They have a tester bed that gives you results on the type of firmness that works best with your body, this was very helpful and my wife and I need different firmness's, so a king made up with two extra long twin mattress turned out to be the best solution. Delivery includes take away of old mattress and set up the new. read more

Came here for an emergency mattress need. I got super lucky and they had a floor model I could get right away. I measured the mattress and with my girl math I figured it would fit in my Bronco. Chis was super willing to feed into my delusions and helped me try to get it in. Hahahaha long story short. I did get it roped to the top but Chris was so much fun to order a mattress from! When we walked in, Chris Miller was helping other customers, so we tried out mattresses. When Chris came over he was friendly, knowledgeable and showed us, after we were tested on the mattress computer, what mattress would work for both for us. He was very patient and gave us as much time as we needed to pick out a mattress. We had bought an adjustable bed in October and they give you a 120 days to try it out. Since we gave it a good 3 months to get worn in, we just were uncomfortable the whole time and decided that we couldn't keep it. Chris was very understanding and really wanted us to find a good mattress that worked for both of us. after his suggestions we finally found a mattress that was perfect. I didn't know what to expect, but I had an excellent experience at Sit and Sleep. Came to test mattresses and was very impressed by the vast selection in their stores. Bought a Kingsdown from this location last year. They have a good selection of styles. Prices range from $2K-$8K. My husband and I were impressed by the customer service. Justin took the time to calculate the bed firmness we needed....and looked up the mattress materials and fabrics used because I was hesitant to buy anything with fiberglass. The store honored the lower price listed on Amazon saving us $600. Glad we purchased a firmer bed as it has soften over the last 12 months. Will buy from here again. read more

I needed a replacement, as the one I chose was not firm enough. From the time I entered the store Julie greeted me very warmly and asked what I was looking for. She showed me several mattress's and explained the difference's . I never felt rushed or pushed. I had just left a large furniture store frustrated as the employee that helped me seemed to have no knowledge of the product, low viewing stock and no try or exchange policy plus it would take three weeks to deliver. When Julie told me I could have it delivered the next day I was thrilled. I bought a bed a couple of years ago. Turns out that's where to customer service ends. Stopped by the store to pick up the other mattress pad I was promised (3 in 10 years) The salesman acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I vividly remember him telling me about it AND even called the store the day it was delivered because I thought they would have come with the bed. He told me THAT DAY I could stop in the store any time to pick it up. So disappointed....maybe used as a sales tactic? Was also supposed to be an upgraded, full coverage mattress pad. I have been a Sit n' Sleep customer for many years. This was the first time at the Newport Beach Store. We needed a new mattress and we had exceptional service from from both Chris Miller and John Heft. They are both friendly, professional and sensed they really wanted to help us find a great mattress. We made multiple visits to the store and tried out many of the brands and different bed technologies. Chris and John are very well versed on the brands, how they're made and the properties of the materials they're made of. Had tons of questions as we explored our options.
