Came here around 6:00PM on week night for my mom to be seen. Waited 15ish minutes before being taken back to a room. Once in the room the doctor came immediately. He has excellent bedside manners. I rushed here today after bandage covering stitches on my face came off. I didn't know what to do (dry it ointment). I waited all the doctor flirted with the lady next-door and would not come out of the room. They were talking about everything under the sun. I waited her father grandmother, homeless people... I finally went out and said please. Can you tell him if someone else was waiting and there were others too. They told me to go back in the room or they would not treat me. I waited & waited. When he finally came out, he told me to put ointment on it and threw Band-Aid at me. Now I'm in the emergency room with an infection. I should've kept it dry. Run somewhere else. Anywhere else it's terrible!! This has to be the more poorly managed urgent care in the county. Went in for a simple flu. Got an RX. It was sent to the wrong pharmacy (my mistake sending it to a closed pharmacy). When I figured it out I called them to correct it (call 1) I was told they did so I checked and no it was not. Called back (call 2) clarified and they said it was sent. I waited 30 min and checked. It was not sent. Called back (call 3) they assured me it was sent again and I confirmed the pharmacy. Waited and checked and it was not sent. Called back (call 4) and they told me that the other girl sent it to the old pharmacy on accident but it was fixed for real now. I checked and nope it was not. I called back again (call 5) with the pharmacy people begging them to call it in under the direction of the pharmacy, they refused and said they would call me back. This was a 2 hour ordeal and I write this sitting in the pharmacy parking lot still no RX still no resolution. Avoid this place as if it was the plague. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars unfortunately 1 is the lowest I could put. I came for my partner who had to get a wart removal treatment and unfortunately this was the only location that had his insurance in network. Customer service was a 0/10 PA's Bedside manner an absolute -10/10 The "Medical Assistants" if that's what you can even call them, because I don't believe any of them were trained at all, couldn't even take blood pressure correctly or dress the wound afterward. The PA that was treating the warts started off fine, although my partner had another injury on his hand, we showed the physician as that was what the front desk person said we could do even though it couldn't be treated at the same time because they required us to make another appointment for that and we complied. There was no misunderstanding on that part. We showed the physician and she looked at it and said that we could not get it treated and that was fine, we had no problem with that. None of the scalpels or gauze that were used for the procedure remained sterile, the iodine was all over the place and wasn't even going to be cleaned off until I asked. The medical assistant then came in to dress the wound which she then applied the antiseptic with her FINGER not even a q-tip or anything, never changed even her gloves after touching everything. She put on a patch band aid over it which fell off immediately and wasn't enough to even cover the wound. I requested different bandaids and reapplied them myself so that everything remained clean. The medical assistant OFFERED to cover the other wound my partner came in with, we did NOT ask her to do that as the PA told us that we couldn't get it "treated". So we understood and complied. However she did offer so we agreed. The PA came in once again at the end of the appointment to tell the medical assistant that it was "taking too long" which it was because the band aids would not stay on, and it seemed like she had no idea what to do. The PA then started blaming us saying that she instructed the medical assistant to not dress the other wound, she started speaking in a very condescending and belittling tone to make it seem like it was our fault, even though we did not ask and the dressing was offered to us. She kept saying "I specifically told you not to get it treated" and was trying to put the blame on us when it wasn't even "treatment" in any way all she did was put gauze over it. She told us to leave, such a horrible bedside manner it made me and my partner so uncomfortable and I asked why we were getting punished over this when we did not even request the MA to even do anything, she then said that she was just telling us "sternly" and that we disobeyed her direct orders or whatever. This is my first yelp review, and I have so much more to say, all in all never go to this clinic, it is very unprofessional, if things get messed up the PA will blame you, no one is held accountable there, there is absolutely no training done for the medical assistants or at least that's what it seems. Me and my partner left so uncomfortably, I had to redress every wound afterward and immediately started writing this review. If you want a good experience at an urgent care, do not go here. read more

Had a wonderful experience at this Urgent Care. First off, they were open on a Saturday! The receptionist was pleasant, the iPad process was less than ideal. Update back again and they still have these horrific air fresheners plugged in. We are very allergic to these and suffer greatly every time we come in. Medical professionals should not have scented air freshener plugins or were perfumes and colognes. Very unhealthy and insensitive to ill patients. Been here less than 10 minutes my eyes are running, nose dripping and ears itching uncontrollably from these damn air fresheners in every room. Having to wait outside we are now having severe reactions and will have to wash our clothing and hair when we get home. read more

I've visited this location for my kid's urgent care issues at least five times within last couple of years and they are always doing their best. Seriously, last time we walked in we were admitted within minutes and out within minutes as well. Special thank you to Dr. Matthew, my kids are not scared of doctors thanks to you. We've moved from Irvine to Costa Mesa, but I am still willing to drive for such quality medical service. They are friendly on the phone and nice when you visit too. DO NOT GO HERE. Its been twice now that i go in and the Doctor makes you feel dumb. First doctor was a woman who looked like she didnt want to be there, said my daughter was fine and that she had no UTI. Yet she got worse so we went to marquee urgent care and the doctor was so different. She was gentle. She was nice. She explained everything to me and she gave me a couple options. I suggest you do not go here especially if you have kids. Also today i just went for two things and when i was waiting i overheard the doctor saying to the front desk ladies that he was tired and only got 4 hours of sleep . And when he was consulting me it just felt like he wanted me to get out of there as fast as possible and he just told me the most basic answer and when I asked questions it's almost like he got annoyed so i suggest finding somewhere else before you go to this Urgent Care. it seems like all the doctors here don't care or they just wanna go home or they're tired . read more

Came in today due to dizziness and before she would even listen to my chronic health issues she was trying to push meds that I have had bad reactions to down my throat! She didn't even give her name so I could report her! After not taking her meds she got upset and asked me why I was even there and why I didn't go to the ER! I do not know what they have and do not have at an urgent care I have only been to one in a diff city who gave very good service! I basically went for blood pressure check, labs, and whatever else can be recommended and was not helped.
