I absolutely love the ambience here and frequent this location to get some studying in while drinking a brewski! I love that it's dog friendly and am so happy I get to bring my pup every time I come. All the bartenders are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We were on a road trip to Knoxville and couldn't check into our Airbnb yet at the time we got into town, so we needed a place to stop that was dog friendly. We stopped at Orange Hat Brewing because they let dogs inside and we had a great time! It is nice inside, with plenty of seating, and they also have a really cute outdoor seating area. The servers were friendly and helped me decide what to order. The beer was good, and their merch was really cute too!

While cruising around the Hardin Valley area, my hubby and I stumbled across this find. What a cool vibe this place has. We immediately walked up to the bar area and told the wait staff it was our first time. He WELCOMED us and immediately started to explain their selections and offered samples of anything that interested us. Fair selection of brews. I chose LIVE at Ryman, hubby chose "865 Pilsner" something a little lighter. We ordered a tasty burger and pork nachos from their food truck "The COLLAB", both prepared to our liking. We sat back and enjoyed our meals and the surroundings. It was nice to see families and they're pets out enjoying a great sunny day before the cooler months arrive.

One of the greatest breweries I've ever been to! The beer and hard kombucha is lovely, I adore the options and I simply love the atmosphere. You can bring your dog and have fun with the family. The bar tender is always lovely and informative, great service all around! If you're in town you HAVE to come here.

Happy Feet approved. Schnitz & Gillges. Love the aroma of the Marzen!

Thank you Orange Hat Brewing for another fun @SBRET event. Cheers!! We all had a great time meeting some possible furever families.

    Rippy loves it here.

Their beer is excellent. Great environment. Beertenders are great. They have a fantastic permanent food truck that is great taqueria style. Oh , one more thing, dogs allowed.

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife for some afternoon drinks. We happened to be in Knoxville for the day and I was trying to find a place that was open before 3 or 4 PM whenever Orange Hat Brewing came up on Yelp and so we headed on over. Its located in an unassuming strip mall but is quite large inside. The ceiling is a couple of stories up and it has an industrial feel to it with the exposed ductwork and long hanging Edison bulbs. The bar is in the front whenever you walk in and their brewing area is in the back. Beyond that they had plenty of seating at picnic tables, high top tables, regular tables and even some couches too. There were a bunch of games to play including a large connect 4 and a bunch of board games but due to covid 19, we didn't play any. Finally there was a nice outdoor seating area complete with string lights but Tropical Storm Beta conspired against us sitting there. On this day, as I often do at new breweries, I decided to go for a flight. At Orange Hat Brewing Company that consists of 4 beers of your choosing and I went with the Easy Lies IPA, live @ the RYEman, The real Slim shandy and finally the Manifest West West Coast IPA. I started out with the RYEMan and thought it tasted quite good with some caramel notes on first sip and after a few more I started to get more of the rye. For my second taster, I went with the real slim shandy which was bright and lemony and everything I would expect out of a shandy. Up third was the Easy Lies IPA which was hoppy from start to finish and may actually have been too hoppy for my tastes, especially on the finish. Last but certainly not least was the Manifest West which was a bright and citrusy IPA. The hops are there but the citrus makes sure that they aren't overwhelming and provides for a nice tasting beer. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Orange Hat Brewing Company has a nice space and their beers are good too.

Schulz Brau had the whole ambience down, a beer hall that transports you to Germany. A wide inviting hall with share tables or more private tables if you don't want to be too social. You order your drinks at the bar and then order your food from the kitchen area outside. Their menu consists of German classics and also different pizzas for the less adventurous. My family got a variety of things. We got the bratwurst for our 9 year old with a side of seasoned fries. The curry wurst fries and the wiener style schnitzel with spatzle and German cucumber salad. We also had to get a pretzel because why not? The food took a little bit to come out which was understandable. In the meantime my husband and I each got a beer. The beers were fantastic. When we got our food it all was really good and came out fresh and hot. The curry wurst fries were great. The curry wasn't spicy it was more creamy with great subtle flavor on top of the crispy fries and the charred brats. The weiner style schnitzel, surprised me with how much I liked it. The light breading on the pork was nice and crispy and the lingonberry jam and lemon slice added a nice refreshing touch. The spatzle was good with the cheese sauce over it. For me the cucumber salad was the only thing I had that wasn't super good. The cucumber was fresh and the dressing on it light but it wasn't my favorite. I loved their pretzel with the cheese dip that was a mixture of Brie and cream cheese with some spices. Everything just really came out well made and tasted good. We definitely want to come back and try more things. It seems like a great place to come catch up with friends and hang with your family. It is a little loud but that is to be expected with the open hall style. Overall it was a really fun time and worth coming to check out their beer and food.

Our pup travels everywhere with us, so finding these spots is important to us. It was very spacious too - so we weren't on top of other guests. They have an extensive menu and the same with the beer list. There is something for everyone, from hoppy IPAs to fruity sours. Not sure which beer you may like - get a sample. Or try a flight! For lunch, we got the deviled eggs to start - something that is a go-to for us. They were solid and enjoyable. For the main, we opted for the Abridged burger and the Chicken club. Both were solid as well. Fries were crispy, but a bit over-salted, and I enjoy some salt. So made a note for next time to "go light". Service was good too. Overall - really only a tiny detail to 'complain' about, but easily taken care of next time. We will be back for sure - I want to try their pizza!

Nice job, but you get a lemondrop pretty much the same no matter where you go. Beer is very good here. I did not have one I did not enjoy. We got there around 11:30 and there was plenty of seating and also claw machines that our son instantly gravitated towards. My husband had really wanted to try this place because he had heard from some work friends that it was one of the best if not the best place for Bbq in Knoxville. I have to admit after tasting it, it is definitely up there. It was very good. We got a few things among us to try. First off we're the pit monster rolls, egg rolls stuffed with pork and brisket and served with cheese sauce. They were so good. Vegetarian's nightmare, but delicious. The meat was tender the grill part was crispy and the cheese was gooey and melty deliciousness. We also got the smoked brisket Big Dipper, think french dip but so much better with the brisket. It came with a side so I got the fried okra which were hot and good flavor. We also got the two meat plate with pulled pork and brisket with fried and potato salad. My husband really liked it and inhaled most of it before he remember we're were going to share the two entrees to try more things. Our 9 year old got the burger which he really liked. We also did cider flight which the ciders were really good they had great flavors. Overall, it's a really fun place to come and check out. The food is really good and the ciders are tasty. Not bad for families, but I would bring them earlier in the day and then have a date night or a chill night with friends here in the evening. It's worth checking out.

There's parking out front and plenty on the streets nearby. I was in Knoxville with some friends and we decided to check out Last Days of Autumn Brewing - the storefront is a bit sketchy but don't let that fool you - the taproom is larger than it appears from the street. You walk through to reach the bar towards the back of the room. We decided on some flights to sample what was being offered. I had: * Young Nathan Jr Bitter - Session/Ordinary 4.9% ABV - Malty roasty body, well balanced sweet malt to hoppy finish note of chocolate. Fairly easy drinking. 3.8/5 * 94 Accord Pale Ale - American 4.5% ABV - Citrus notes with a somewhat bitter hoppy finish, great lacing. 3.5/5 * Oracle 25 (Galena) Pale Ale - American 5.5% ABV - Very easy drinks lager, light body with rice? I'd imagine it would be great with food as it's very neutral. 3/5 * Six Gun Sound Porter - English 4.5% ABV - Fruity medium body bitter, citrus and herbal notes with a hard stop finish. Well balanced, not much sweet malt to speak of. 3.5/5 Overall I felt like the beer was competently made but very directed towards the neighbors, that from the look of the place, were frequent visitors. Also the general ABV of what I sampled I felt were produced as accompaniment to the food being offered (the night I visited was apparently a seafood night).
