I've had CRPS, osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs both cervical and lumbar and chronic migraines. In short, I'm a hot mess. I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I highly recommend them.

Although they are a very busy practice, they are still very thorough and efficient, while still listening to the needs and input from the patient. From my experience as a nurse myself, I know this is not always the case. They are very open minded to a wide variety of treatment options. I greatly appreciate that! After my initial consult with Dr. Ryklin it was determined that I would try trigger point injections for my upper back pain and a more involved lumbar injection procedure for my lower back (that required an MRI that was done for $300. at Simon Med). The staff and Dr. took great care to find affordable imaging for the MRI since my insurance had lapsed. I appreciate that they do their best to keep costs down so they are affordable, even without insurance. After the procedures the staff is very attentive and helpful in monitoring and making sure the patient recovers safely and is taken to their vehicle to the patient's driver. From the Dr.'s to the Nurse Practitioners, nurses, med techs and assistants and front desk staff, they are top notch! As far as my pain relief, they have given me my life back! I've been able to participate in family events, take care of my home and myself, play with my Grandchildren, among many other activities I thought I would never do again. I just completed my second set of injections. I would say my pain relief lasted approximately 4 months, which is about the time I was told it could last. I was also told that it can vary and it could have been weeks, but I'm very grateful to have this great pain relief last so long, from a treatment that is in the $100's, not $1,000's. Well worth it for a few hundred dollars, even if it's 4 times a year! Coming to this clinic has been a game changer for me. I'm so glad I've found them after thinking I had tried every treatment and medication available! I have referred a friend there for her ankle pain and I would definitely recommend them to anyone suffering from chronic pain! Thank you Dr. Ryklin and the entire staff!

Oxycodone 9.5 years and I would take them for 3 weeks then off a week and going back on them after the week off I realized I was in more pain after taking it dumb and I finally told him I wanted off of them we set a date and I have been off them over 3 years and in those over 3 years I started to hate and despise opioids. I am in less pain off of them and we started doing epidural injections with my trigger points and I am also on soboxone for pain not addiction to opioids and if I didn't like the soboxone and I wanted to back to Oxycodone then we would of went back to Oxycodone but since I went off it I have told him how much I hate it and it caused over 10,000 in dental because the sweet tooth it caused and dry mouth. No dental issues with Suboxone but I do a lot to keep it that way. When I was taking Oxycodone he would switch me to Vicodin to help with becoming immune to it but it didn't do anything and reason why is because it didn't make me feel like my aoxy did and absolutely I told him that so a pain doc you can say that to is wicked good. Only thing I will leave out is my doctor ors name because he's in high demand because he's good at what he does and his memory is insane which shows he pays attention and listens. Technology has come a long way and so many incredible treatment options that work other than opioids and mentally being off of them I am less fussy because my body craved it caused more pain. It's like feeding the beast. A lot of incredible providers and if you are lucky to get my doctor first visit you will know who he is. It's not really a big deal but was surprising to me. When I got to the office all of the information I gave them over the phone was wrong. My address was wrong despite me spelling out my street name. I told them that I had a surgery in the past, a discectomy at the L4-L5 level. When I got to my appointment they had written down that I had a vasectomy. It was funny at first and I just assumed the girl heard me wrong on the phone. Then I started to get a little worried that an employee of a pain management facility, where they do spinal injections, thought that "vasectomy at the L4-L5 level," is a sentence that makes sense. Dr. Sraow is hands down the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He spent the majority of the appointment staring at his computer, talking about his sports betting habit and Netflix. I was the one who had to keep refocusing the conversation on my spinal problems, which was the only reason I was there. I don't care about your parlay bro, I care about my health. I wouldn't trust this guy to clean my toilets let alone stick a needle in my spine.
