I chose this salon for a special event and paid extra for builder gel because it's supposed to be durable and long-lasting. Unfortunately, my nails chipped the very next day, which was extremely disappointing. When I returned to have the issue addressed, I was met with little accountability and no apology. Builder gel should not be chipping after one day, especially considering the price charged. I expected better quality and better customer service when bringing a legitimate concern to their attention. I am disappointed with the overall experience.

This is my second review! I got my nails done last week and they sadly broke so i came back today to see if they could fix it. They didnt make me feel bad or anything just got straight to the solution. Tracey ended up helping me out and she did an AMAZING job! She made me feel comfortable and super happy with my nails!

I made an appointment for my mom, sister, and me to get pedicures (and a manicure for myself). The nail techs -- Van, Michelle, Emily, and Holly -- were absolutely wonderful! However, the cashier experience was very disappointing. It was my family's first time here, and I was told over the phone that new customers receive 20% off. When paying, the cashier (a younger girl) insisted we redo everything into separate transactions and kept changing how the discount was applied. The checkout process was confusing, frustrating, and took far longer than it should have. Also, please note, it isn't 20% your entire bill for new customers, but only one service- the one that is priced higher. Took like 30 min to check out! Loved the nail techs, but sadly the front desk experience left a bad impression.

It's been a while since I came to this salon again. The nail salon is super spacious and clean. It gives off elegance vibes. You definitely feel pampered just sitting there. The prices are pretty high compared to other nearby salons, but they offer a lot of services and it depends what you're looking for. I prefer going elsewhere for my pedicure services, but for acrylic nails and custom designs I like to go here they do a great job and can literally do anything you show them a picture of. Customer service is excellent they're super nice and professional every time I've been here. Jojo was my nail tech and she did amazing, was super sweet and very upfront with the pricing and kept asking if the size was what I wanted which was perfect because I like them a little short.

I was able to get an appointment easily. I just called and was good to go! The parking here is terrible. Tony parking lot that is shared with The Stater Brother's and a few other businesses. They need more parking. I had to drive around circling for a while before I found a spot. I got the Dip powder nails on my hands and the Deluxe pedicure with gel polish on my feet. Tim did my hands. For my hands, I wanted black. They don't have black dip powder. Okay, that sucks. I also wanted a design. They couldn't do a design with dip powder and said they would need gel on top. Not what I wanted. I asked for an almond shape and was told my nails were too short for that. Alright, I guess. It was weird. I felt like everything I asked for they couldn't do lol I ended up going with solid red dip powder and no design. They came out fine. Just not what I wanted to be honest. They gave me a Godoy pedicure. I liked my lady. She was very nice. I think her name was Sen. she did such a great job. Was very friendly and did what I asked. 10/10 for Sen. They offered complimentary water. That was nice. Salon is clean.

I have been with my Nail Tech, Tracy, for 9 years. She is the absolute best there is; kind, and incredibly skilled and talented. She made the move to Herbal Nails & Spa in Orange... so I'm moving right along with her! As for the salon: great experience, I really enjoyed the check-in service, was offered a beverage and pricing was very transparent. I'm here for Tracy, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Salon. Came here with my friend today for some spa time ended up getting two pedicures, we had Van and Melissa take care of us, they are very attentive and you can tell they care about the guests and customers! This place is so nice and clean I 10/10 recommend! I'll definitely be becoming a regular here!

I disappointed so much with all service I got. I called and checked with them about the estimated price beforehand so that I can get my request right away on time. First, they did not give you the exact price with your overall design while on call. All they said was only we don't know, you can come to the salon and check it. For my circumstance, it was more than 20minutes for one-way, so that was the reason I wanted to check beforehand. After the appointment, they made me wait like 20 minutes without any description. Then, they checked the design and said they can do exactly the same what I brought. That was the point I decided to do it. But, after starting my service, they do not have the mold or charm like that, so they CANNOT do that ,,, If they couldn't do it, I would've gone. Even they asked me to change my original design ,,, it was after they cut my nails, so I could not even say I won't do it. And also before the service, I double-checked with price that there's 20% off discount for first-time customer from the TOTAL price. However, after all service, the cashier said it only applies on the 1-item service discount... that means it is totally different from what she said at first... even if you do the card, you have to pay EXTRA 2 dollars for transaction fee ,,, which is not she mentioned at first. From the start to the end of the service, I was so upset, fully frustrated, and am NEVER going to this nail salon, I'm so sorry. Especially, the cashier was the one who was trying to make my pay more and more with little service. I hope this would help other customers. Please don't pay your precious money and time for this terrible service. Thank you.

Called around 12pm on a Sunday and got an appointment at 2pm no problem! It was my first time here, the inside was more spacious and cleaner than most places I've been to. I got the works for my pedicure since it's been over a year since my last one. Scrubbed, massaged, steamed, and massaged some more with some extra treatments in between. Safe to say my feet and calves are feeling (and looking) great right now. Thank you to Ivy for doing all of that for me! Absolutely loved our visit here. We got the number 2 and number 10. We added on paraffin and callous removal as well. Took my mom here for her birthday and she had a fabulous time. This place (manager Katie) now keeps blowing up my friend I had taken with me, I was the unsatisfied customer here, not her. I was the one who paid the ridiculous amount of $400 for French tips, not her and I was the only Hispanic put in the damn corner all alone until my friend asked to be seated near me. If you are looking for a great mani pedi, Mindy at Herbal Spa is your girl! Shop is bright, and very clean. They sterilize tools with each client. As a Healthcare worker, I appreciate this greatly. Price is average for area. Treat yourself to a relaxing time. Great service, and they speak English so being able to communicate is easy. Highly recommend!!! Wonderful service and wonderful pedicure and nails. ivy does amazing pedicures! And my go to for nails is Johly! Only down fall to the visit is that the 25% off for first time customers is not applied to the total amount of services but only applied to one service. Example my total would've 195 with the 20% should've done about 160. Due to the fact that it cannot be applied to both services my total came out to 176. read more

Super friendly staff! I was in the other day and they worked on my gel pedi and mani at same time. Foot massage was really relaxing & believe I had it with Maria - she was sweet! First time coming here today the customer service was good! Very nice people and place but once I got to pay they tried charging me 140 for French tip toes and small French tip nails! Never have I ever paid more than 110 for nails and I've gotten longer kinda disappointed won't be going back again. Also didn't like how the girl at the front grabbed my phone & automatically followed their instagram page didn't even ask. read more

What a fun and fabulous find - I loved absolutely everything about this salon! From the crisp marble and clean facility to the cooking channel and "songs you know by heart" playlist - it was a relaxing and rewarding experience. Most importantly, I cannot say enough about my technicians - VAN and NATHAN! Van was an absolute gem, pampering me with mimosas and the best pedicure and foot massage of my life! Nathan is nothing short of an artist, introducing me to gel X and the most perfect french manicure (which he free styled by hand). They were both a joy and delight to talk with, and I would highly recommend the combination of this dynamic duo! I appreciated being helped by Jennifer, who made the check in and out process very easy. She even waived the 3% credit card fee for the first time and let me know about it in case I preferred to pay with cash to avoid the fee in the future. She also honored the yelp discount (20% off as a first time customers, so I was able to treat myself to a little more pampering than usual. Herbal Nails & Spa is a hidden gem and I'm looking forward to more amazing experiences! P.S. I must also share that they offer the convenience of online booking - I made a same day appointment and they easily accommodated me. Decided to last minute get my toes done before the 4th holiday and found Herbal Nails here on Yelp. I'm so glad I came in! They were so attentive, excellent customer service, and the hostess came and checked in on me frequently; offering me a drink a few times. They kept asking how my service was and I really appreciated their level of care. It's beautiful in there as they just remodeled. Chair was comfy and it's super clean. I set up my appointment online and picked off of their services menu. My total should have been $100.00. When I went to pay I told the gal that I was a new client, I should receive 20% off. I should have paid $80.00. No! My bill was $120.00 and I was told that NEW CLIENTS only get 20% off MONDAY - THURSDAY! It does not say this on their website.....Then the front desk girl handed me a $5.00off coupon on my next visit. This is not OK with me! I took care of my girl but after this situation, I will not be back!!! Do your research and get your price up front before they even touch you! read more

First time stopping by yesterday. Service was decent. Had a full set manicure done by Jenny and a pedicure by Van. I had mentioned I wanted a gel full set and got talked to 3 times trying to get upsold on gel x or the another option (I don't recall the name) I denied and was continuously asked why not. The manicure turned out decent- but nothing I'd recommend. I mentioned a few times these were the nails for my wedding and I felt they could've paid a little more attention to detail- there are fibers from The brush on one of the nails. I'm not one to go back and make them redo it. At the end of the day it won't show up in pictures. But still not what you want to see when you're paying on the higher end of manicures. The pedicurist wore large rings which rubbed against my foot while she "massaged" my legs and feet. I mentioned it multiple times but was shrugged off. At the end of the service I was told to do a yelp review and the manager stood behind me while I typed. Thankfully that didn't post because it wasn't the truth. Maybe they're still working out kinks since they're fairly new but I will not be coming back. read more

This is probably the worst pedicure I've had in a while. I'm so tired of these new salons that spend most of your pedicure time trying to sell you on extra services. She shows me the price list but doesn't even offer me the regular pedicure. Then it's why don't you want gel nail polish? Do you want a scrub? And it's fine maybe some do some don't, buthen if you don't pay for a scrub, she barely scrubbed my feet at all so that means I did need to pay for a scrub and it's not included in the basic pedicure, next she massaged my feet while being on the phone the whole time. Then on to why don't I want a manicure. Getting a mani/pedi is supposed to be relaxing. Not a constant sales pitch. read more

Came here for mani/pedi with my husband while in Anaheim. We had Ivy, Laura, and Judy do the services for us. They were great! Very friendly and did a great job. The place is big and clean. Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Before I left, I signed up for their busy bee membership so I can make sure to keep up with my skincare goals. Thank you, Lemon and Honey Day Spa, your staff was amazing!

My mom and I both got full‑face threading, but the girls who worked on us clearly didn't know what they were doing. I even told her that I didn't feel the hairs being pulled out while she was threading, but she ignored my concerns, same with my mom. When we got home, the hair on my face was still there. It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows.

I needed to do something for self-care…read more I was told if I could wait 10 minutes as they were short staff that day, and I went over to another shop to get a waffle snack to wait. Meanwhile. Service here was really great. I decided to do gel since the person who does acrylic was not there, because he was at his sons grad. I felt very welcomed. The girl, who did my nails was very easy to talk to. I told her last minute. I wanted a French tip. She was pretty honest and said she didn't have time for it, but that she could do an ombre for me. I haven't done an Ombre in a while, and it looks amazing. The nails are still holding on very steady . My only regret is that I didn't get to do my pedicure with them as well, because everyone else's feet looked great . Since they were short staffed, I was supposed to go back the next day after work to get my pedicure. However, I had to come home for other reasons. But if I'm ever in the area, I will definitely come here again.

Saw online that eyebrow wax was $12. Came in and Van was friendly and professional. I said just clean it up and she said OK. I was in there 4-5 minutes. She worked fast and I appreciated that; tipped $5 and said I would be back because I was happy with the service. The cashier said $15, I said your price says $12. She said, "Because we shape more. Depends on the person." As I handed her the money I said, "I don't like that, I'm not happy." She said, "Thank you, have a nice day." This is a complete SCAM! Unfortunately, I did not take a picture immediately before the wax, but I included three pictures of what my eyebrows normally look like. The other two are after. My eyebrows are absolutely not bushy, hairy, or in need of special effort. In 20 years of getting my eyebrows waxed, there has not been a technician that has said, "Woah, look at those eyebrows, this is going to require a lot of work!" And as such, have never been charged extra. They have lost a customer for the price of $3. I never argue with employees and don't want to go back and forth in the store. I paid and left. I make a decision on the totality of the service. read more

The space is pleasing to the eye, clean, and open. You have tons of options to pick from, whether it's nail or lash services, so there's a little bit of everything for everyone. Stay away from this place! Hidden charges. My daughter got a full acrylic set and the nail tech did a good job. When finished, she gave my daughter a ticket and said it would be 85 dollars. We were using their 15 percent happy hour discount. We went to the register and they over charged her. She ended up paying 97 dollars after being given a quote of 85 and a 15 percent off of 85. When we questioned it, their answer was that she added extras and by extras they meant that she asked for med to long nails and almond shape. They need their prices posted. If you go there pay attention to the charges. According to them they can charge between 5 to 20 dollars for longer nails. So, if you pay for a full set it doesn't mean anything. read more
