Decided to have a little solo middle of the week take out brunch, and tried orange Paris cafe!! And man was it delicious! Can't imagine what it would be trying it siting down in the restaurant. I went with the sugar lemon crepe! Moist texture not mushy not to dense just right. You can smell the fresh lemon immediately, this is when my eyes become bigger then my stomach.. I also ordered the croque monsiuer (added bacon). Amazing flavor the cheese melted perfectly, as you can see I couldn't wait to take a bite (sorry lol) but definitely will be finishing it later, thank goodness for air fryers these days! read more

Jambon brie sandwich, couldn't taste the brie because half of the sandwich was butter. 3 slices of prosciutto? Possibly one. Their restroom, go across to the Arco station, cleaner. My coworker and I walked past Orange Paris Cafe yesterday while en route to another restaurant and we were STRUCK by the delicious aromas wafting from the Orange Paris Cafe! We saw that one of our doctors were inside the cafe as we walked past (serendipity!) and we stepped inside to grab a menu! We chose to order ahead and pick up for today's lunch :) the gentleman who helped us (I believe it was the owner!) was sooo friendly and had our food wrapped up nicely and right on time when we arrived. I ordered the Homemade Jamon Brie Baguette and it was delicious! The bread was warm and gently crisp and the flavor was divine! My friend enjoyed the French Dip and she loved hers as well! The interior is I'm afraid to say also not cute - plastic faded checkered tablecloth, chairs that give dental office vibes , menus handwritten /scribbled on a whiteboard high up , order counter cluttered and visually unappealing This is a wonderful place for food - I hope the owner invests a little bit in just ambience and perhaps looks for a nicer location with a lot more foot traffic- he is such a nice person and obviously a wonderful chef and baker who also seems to be French himself too - he deserves all the success - I hope he stays in business so we can visit his cafe more often - we love small non-chain eateries read more

I've ordered multiple times in the months since my initial review. The quality over the past months has been incredibly (and consistently) great! The baguette sandwiches (particularly the jambon brie) continue to be delicious and rival (or surpass) many of the baguette sandwiches I've had on Rue Cler in Paris. The bread is perfectly baked and is soft but with that distinct crunch to it. The jambon and brie are delicious and the french beurre (butter) is incredible. And all elements of the sandwich have been perfect every time I've ordered it. The chocolate croissants are also delicious. Sometimes they're a little too soft and not as flakey as I would prefer, but the flavor is perfect. I tried the apple pie today and the apples were sliced so thinly that they almost had the consistency of a crepe, and the flavor was incredible. I'm just very happy and appreciate the owner taking the time and care to ensure the quality and consistency of the food. There really is nowhere else in orange county that gives me the same taste of Paris. My only wish for the future would be more seasonal special sandwiches and other dishes. There was a vegan carrot dish that my wife tried at a restaurant named "Hébé" in Paris that she describes as the best thing she tasted in France. Artichokes, carrots, even croque monsieur or onion soup in winter (even though our California winters are warm). I would love to try this chef's take on anything experimental or anything else to bring the flavors of France to OC. Actually my other wish would be a location with a better view and outdoor cafe seating where I could enjoy an espresso and a sandwich in the beautiful weather. Wishes aside, I have been really impressed since my last review and I'm so appreciative of the owner and his staff for ensuring that I will continue to enjoy this delicious taste of Paris at home. We randomly found this place and what an absolutely amazing find! The staff (owner) is so absolutely friendly and likable. He took our delicious breakfast experience to the next notch! My husband had an omelette and I had the BLTT. Both were fantastic. The cheezy ciabatta bread is to die for. The garlic aioli is beyond delicious. I literally want to try everything on the menu u. What an incredible find!!! I mean really... since moving to Newport from Capo Beach, we've been hard pressed to find an eatery that's not over-priced, over-rated, or over-stuffed. The quality of food is only equaled by the friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and welcoming, like they'd been waiting for us to arrive. The Orange Paris Cafe is our new go-to cafe. My only hope is that they do not become so successful that they forget themselves and decide to invest less in their ingredients and invest more in their social media accounts. Have you ever had food so good it brought a tear to your eye? Orange Paris just did that. The Homemade Baguette Brie was so yummy and perfectly yet simply crafted. The Suzette crepe is ridiculously delicious. RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS. (deserved a repeat)! The croissant was so flakey, delicate, and outstanding. The macaroon was the best I've ever had. The food is the star here. This quaint little cafe is hidden away. What it misses in fancy decor is more than made up for by the quality of the food. Ww had the jambon and butte r sandwich. Delicious with a perfect baguette both crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Then the omellete with turkey and proscuttio. Tasty and with great herbs. Side of french fries shoestring style just right. Finally the beef parisian sandwich on ciabatta. Also flavorful with excellent bread. We have ordered the turkey cheddar croissants from them multiple times (when I say multiple times, I'm seriously talking over 20x) and we are never disappointed. Always delicious and always consistent. The chocolate croissant is absolutely to die for and was still hot when we received it at home! If I could give 20 stars I would. Best homemade breakfast, drinks, espresso con panna ever and most kind generous staff. Family owned makes everything better. They are very eager to hear feedback and allowed us to sample a few things in the works. My husband ordered an off-menu omelet with Brie and prosciutto and it was the best omelet I've had. Made thin like a crepe, delicious. Ask for the King Louie! I tried their fresh lemonade spritzer which is typical in Guatemala also, so it was such a treat. And maybe better! Do you want a crap this is the place I had a crêpe Suzette today and turkey and for age crepe au herbs de provence. The problem is good food can't be done fast and artist hast to do it right and he has great food at a great price and I tipped them 20% quality food that tastes fabulous! I would give ten stars if I could. This is the place! I consider myself a croissant connoisseur. So when I saw this place was opening across from my business I was excited. Not to be disappointed the chocolate croissant was so fresh and delicious I had to try more. I had the BLTT and holy crap it was amazing. I've since had just about everything on the menu. My kids ask me to stop here almost everyday for the macaroons. Last week we hosted a event at our business so of course I reached out to the owner Cryll to see if they would be able to cater for about forty people. The owner was incredibly helpful and was genuinely excited to put a spread together for our people. We had ten different kinds of sandwiches(all delicious) and of course mini chocolate croissants and macaroons. The team loved it! I will be back and I'm sure a few new customers were earned. All that being said I think what makes this place so special is the owner. He's always smiling ear to ear and you can tell how much he loves what he's doing.
