I've been coming here for years and it's super convenient since I work in the building next door. Many of their customers are people who work nearby. If you're stopping by just for the cafe, the parking structure is a bit farther and the cafe is tucked into the corner of the building. For quick pickups, there's a loading zone around the building. I've parked there before, and I've seen delivery drivers do the same without issues. The menu changes seasonally and they're very thoughtful with ingredients. I've always dreamed of having a coffee shop within walking distance to my house. I live in the apartments across the street and this spot is so great for those mid-morning or early afternoon pick me ups. The staff here are so friendly, too. They always check in to make sure my drink is how I want it (e.g., asking if I have enough ice, etc.). It's never crowded when I stop by either which is nice. There are a few tables inside to sit but there's also lots of outdoor tables and benches nearby due to it being located in the corporate plaza. Their grand opening was yesterday, 2/27/17. The decor inside is pretty cute without being too much. The staff was really friendly and worked quickly. Hopefully, they'll stay that way. You can check out the menu on the website. They accept all major credit cards, so no worries there. It's a little small or cozy with chairs and benches, so it can probably only fit like 10 people comfortably. It's definitely convenient to go downstairs and grab a quick drink/food. So, onto their food and drinks. (Feedback from co-workers.) Their breakfast burrito was okay for $7. It was about the same size as the Chick-fil-A breakfast burrito. It had your standard scrambled eggs, steamed potato chunks, bacon, mozzarella cheese and bell peppers/green onion wrapped in a flour tortilla and roasted tomato salsa on the side. To be honest, it tasted like something you could make at home without any seasonings. Nothing mind-blowing. Gets the job done kind of burrito. It was definitely healthy and not bad at all, but for $7, I could go to Nate's Korner down the street and get a gigantic breakfast burrito that would ruin your health but is a lot more filling and delicious with fried hash browns and more meat inside, or any other Mexican joint. From my co-workers though, the egg white wrap and breakfast panini were decent. The teas and lattes were okay, nothing too crazy. However, the lattes weren't exactly lattes. It was more like mixing warm milk with tea instead steaming the milk with the tea and making the foam at the top. But hey, if you need a hot drink, you got it. Overall, a nice and cute place when you don't want to walk far, but you're definitely paying for the convenience. They also need a sign or something! No branding or anything that lets you know it's a cafe from the outside. But they're still new and still learning, so I gave them some slack. read more

The people working here are nice and friendly. They're welcoming when I come in and even remember my name. It's a nice space to go on lunch break when you want to grab a pretty healthy lunch without needing to drive anywhere (for those of us working in the office buildings there). It's also great if you're running behind and need to grab some breakfast or a coffee! Food quality is pretty standard for a cafe. It tastes good and is consistent. I appreciate they offer different breads for sandwiches and also salads. read more

Came for lunch at this place for the 1st time and it has a pretty decent selections menu. The place is located in the area of offices, next to the hotel. Looking from the interior of the restaurant, high ceiling, with bar in the middle, I thought it was part of the hotel but it's not. My lunch is always simple and I ordered the signature Dandelion Salad with extra chicken. It was really good. Heard from my friends their sandwiches are also nice and delicious. Next time, I definitely will try them. They also have good coffee, excellent aroma, and pretty strong. Looking from the menu, looks like they are offering catering services. I always got the chicken curry sandwich here when I was too busy to bring my lunch to work. Tbh, i don't want to give bad review for just some occasions, but its happened 3-4 times out of prob 10 times my orders. I sympathized for the first few times since i understood they might have been busy during lunch time. But today is the worst I've got so far. Seriously, the food is very inconsistent, the regular sandwich i used to have was a lot more chicken, curry sauce and raisins in the salad, it was fresh and good display I swear....but this time, 1 scoop of chicken i guess, i couldn't tell if there's any curry sauce, raisins stuck together. The photo, I separated chicken and lettuce but the sandwich was already in a bad display. I don't want to spend $10 for this stuff... Overall: Customer service is good. Cashiers are friendly. Art is the most wonderful human being! He brightens up my day every time I go there! He really goes above and beyond. His personalized service and care to ensure I am perfectly content with my order means the world to me. I wish everyone in the service industry is like him. Coffee and food is delicious as well. I am usually salivating when I see other breakfast orders while I'm ordering. My favorite is their chiliquiles on Fridays! I am so glad this place is available just walking distance from work. This place almost KILLED me! I ordered the Asian chicken Salad, I read all the ingredients, and was looking forward to a delicious salad. Instead, I practically wound up in the hospital. We called dandelion, to find out WHAT ingredients were in the salad, and never received a phone call back. I am deathly allergic to peanuts, peanut butter & peanut oil. None of those ingredients were disclosed on the menu. But what I had, was a peanut allergy. I will NEVER go to this restaurant again. read more

If you like to spend an insane amount of money then this is the place to go. My manager brought me a croissant with cheese and the total was about $10 and it wasn't that great. If I could I would give it no stars. I guess all you have to do is call it conscious and that allows you to charge that much. Very disappointing experience!! I have ordered Grubhub many times from this place and never is it right!! Dandelion has a flaw in their system.. my advice staple the bag closed so the driver doesn't take my food! After waiting 30 minutes to receive my order I was shorted a burrito. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty on 6/8/18 @ 9:40am and kindly told her my burrito was not with my order. Her exact words were "Well I packed your burrito." Now, I spend my money here and for her to suggest I'm lying was not acceptable. I called Grubhub to call the driver back to go pick up the rest of my food and the driver could not be reached. *Maybe because he was busy eating my burrito.* I really suggest you guys staple the bags closed to reinsure my order won't get touched. 1 For sanitary reasons 2 for a better customer service experience 3 TO MAKE SURE NO DRIVER GETS AWAY WITH MY FOOD THAT I PAID FOR. It's a lose lose your company has to remake the food or refund my order, and u get an upset customer. Just get it together.
