There are bikes and treadmills which have been broken for months and months. I am tired and cannot be alone in being so, of wondering if I'm going to be able to get a bike or a treadmill AT MY GYM, WHICH HAS MANY OF EACH. Also, when equipment breaks, put your little sign on it. (BTW-I guess you really don't know how many broken treadmills and other pieces of equipment you have-a flashing panel means "broken.") Twice in the last two weeks I have come extremely close to leaving because it looked like I wasn't going to get a treadmill. BTW-treadmills are constructed with various arm lengths and handle considerations so that users can do VARIOUS THINGS WITH SPECIFIC GOALS. You need to have some of each type working. It seems like you finally fixed the door on the cinema, after more than a year. Lastly, when members let you know about broken equipment, put a sign on it then, not two weeks later. Thanks. The first time we went into this Anytime Fitness we were so impressed! The guy helping us was…read morereally helpful and he gave us a tour of the gym. He made it clear what fees would apply if we had decided to sign up for the membership. There was no pressure to sign up, and then we left to decide between Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness as our new gym of choice. This Anytime Fitness location is really clean and smells great! This was another big factor in our decision when choosing a gym. The machines seemed like they were well kept and they had some really neat technology. There is a room on the side of the building that has an electronic "personal" trainer. There are also classes to choose from that you can do in the room with a projector and a screen. We went in to sign up for the membership and the owner was there. I believe his name was Mazi. At first he seemed nice but as we started asking questions he was really pushy and it seemed like everything that came out of his mouth was another fee that we would have to pay at the beginning of our membership. The application requires you to put you social security number on it and all of your credit card information for billing. While we were in the office the owner was taking pictures of documents to send to his wife to be entered into the computer system because she was working from home. We stepped outside of the office to talk about all of the fees because all said and done it would have been about $215 to sign up for the membership for the first month. We asked about cancellation fees if we needed to cancel for some reason and were never given a straight answer. It turns out the only way you can cancel is if you live more than 29 miles away from an Anytime Fitness! After talking about it we decided to go check out Planet Fitness and see what their fees were. He kept asking us what the problem was and why we didn't want to sign up for the membership, the main reason we didn't want to sign up for it at this point was because of him. As we were about to leave we asked if we could take the application with us since it had our social and credit card information on it and we were told no because we could only take it if we became members of the gym. He then proceeded to black everything out on the form and tear it up after about 3 minutes of us asking him to shred it if we couldn't take it with us, but only after saying, "Why are you guys so worried about it? Did something happen?" After we were trying to leave he literally chased us out into the parking lot trying to tell us that we could try out the gym for the day and then make our decision. The best decision we made today was NOT signing up with Anytime Fitness.

I took my first session yesterday at this location, which is fairly new according to the owner. The moment I stepped in, the staffs were full of high+good energy. Checking in was a breeze. The room was clean; the training video was straightforward to follow; and it felt more intimate/private, which was nice for me (working out in solitude, lol). The temperature was 123 F, but bearable. Keep in mind, customers won't actually see the "red light", but the infrared is still emitting wavelengths without the visibility of the light we're used to seeing. The owner was extremely informative and gave me a quick tour of the place. It has about 8 rooms (I think) with different types of workout sessions. In the back, there's an open gym for members with two restrooms. There's a shower inside the restroom. Members access the place thru a # pin/app in case staffs are not present. Ample parking in the lot. I'll definitely consider coming back to sweat out in other sessions.
