So we really wanted to feel clean when we moved our things in. Theses guys were recommended to us by our realtor and they did not disappoint. We had to cancel last minute the first time we scheduled due to some very frustrating circumstances but they had no issue with it and were understanding. When we scheduled the second time they remembered us and were able to come out right before the holidays. They cleaned every carpet in the home and got into some pretty odd crevices the house has. They didn't miss a single piece of carpet. And we can breath easier knowing they cleaned our home. The one downside was I kept getting emails moving our appointment time which was a little frustrating but when I express to them I didn't want them to do that they listened and stopped. Paul came to our new rental on very short notice (same week), he arrived early, and he was very efficient in his work. In under an hour, Paul pulled a pound of cat hair from our carpets and lightened the color of the carpets by at least three shades from dark brown to tan by pulling up years with of dirt. The carpets made the entire house smell bad, and he eliminated the odor. The carpets are 10 years old, and now they feel fresh and clean. He pretreated there carpets and made sure to get in the corners where there was cat hair. I am so grateful to him for his efforts and the time he took to help us. I wish I had taken a before and after photo because we were shocked by the results.

Michael charges hourly for his service and that's helpful because you can tell him to go over a room again or tell him that the room is good enough. He got stains out that we thought were permanent. He explained how carpet cleaning works, how his equipment works vs the other guys, and even gave us a writeup about how to spot clean the carpet ourselves in the future with vinegar etc. If you only want to do a cheap clean of the surface, choose someone else. If you want to pay a little more for the best carpet cleaner out there, call Michael. Our carpets are literally softer and more cushy now that Michael removed all the dirt and old soap residue from the carpets.
