They were kind friendly explained the flavors. The people in line was super nice. They make all their own ice cream. The girl told me that she said if you'd like to go outback, she said behind the building and you can meet the cows and provide the milk for your ice cream. I thought that was very nice. You were able to get a single scoop is 395 or a double scoop of one or two flavors is 495 so we got a two scoop of ice cream in a cup for 495 it was simple enough for the both of us to scoops were really nice not not small and not super big average but they were delicious. There were 4 types, including sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies with M&Ms and white chocolate macadamia cookies. Enjoyed all of the cookies that I tried here. I did find it interesting that they were mailed from Massachusetts, given this is a franchise with locations in many cities, including in Seattle. They do sell products beyond bubble tea, such as other drinks, ice cream and sorbet, and including milk tea or your tapioca bubbles' replacement or removal for a variety of substitutes. I found just the right amount of ice. It was never powdery, shaggy, or curdled. In an era where even simple errors occur to frustrating amounts, or large problems arise surprisingly, the quality of my tea here was great.
