What I don't like and what would cause me to never rent inside of a community such as this in the future is the 'Homeowner's Association'. The entrance gates and call panel have been broken on more than one occasion and no one can be contacted after hours as the only contact does not even have a voicemail setup. And, don't ever lose a pool key or gate reader as it will cost $100 or more to replace.

There was even a pillow under the stairs for weeks where a homeless man had been living she had no idea of until I brought it up. Work orders took forever. She didn't live there and was part time. In a smoke free community she did nothing about kids smoking weed because "she hasn't seen them do it". There were always cigarette buds and empty bottles by the front gate. The worst was, she had a third company powering washing that ruined my patio furniture. I was never told or aware they'd be on my 2nd story patio right outside my window while I was sleeping in my room. I brought this to her attention and she said that she could reimburse me like 200 dollars. She never did that. A few days later I got a letter on a Friday right before she left for the weekend from her saying that I was unable to renew my lease / notice to vacate within 60 days. I had never so much as had an argument with a neighbor in four years. In fact I'd usually look after their apts or pets when they were gone. I was medically not able to move at the time due to things that occurred in and out of the military and had to worry about being displaced. Her reason for kicking me out was, "well you seemed unhappy here". I sat on things for weeks before ever bringing things to her attention. I have the audio in public of her admitting frankly, and a few conversations, that she did it because she thought I was giving her a hard time. When I did move out months later I gave her my forwarding address and was told I didn't have to pay anything on the way out, the unit was ok and that legally because of how long I'd lived there and how often they have to replace certain things I was good. Mv parents had to pay out of pocket on the final walk through and then she sent a bill in my name for 80 something dollars to collections affecting my credit. When I called she said that she tried to contact me. She never did. No missed call, no voicemail, no letter in the mail. During my stay there she would say to multiple people that she tried contacting them, that she sent a voicemail but she never did. This isn't the early 2000's where calls and voicemails just get lost. At times she was petty and spiteful. She was never kind and had distant business like rapport with the people living there. If she is still working there I wouldn't recommend living there. She doesn't have your best interests in mind. There also multiple people that left the community after years, like me, because of her. I am generally kind, never post reviews, and understand that every job has easy and challenging parts but this was more than anything should have to deal with.

We still love living at Millennium and it truly is a beautiful place with excellent staff. I feel…read morelike I need to update my review based on some things that have impacted our opinion in a negative way. First, and probably most importantly, we were shocked to get a notice of a rent increase mid-lease. We understand that this is legal and outlined in our lease agreement. However, it's the principle of it. Our lease is up 4 months after this increase, meaning we will face 2 increases within that 6 month period. This doesn't sit well with us or make us feel valued as residents who have always paid on time. The pool etiquette of other residents has been frustrating, with people bringing 20+ guests including children who splash us, people who leave trash in the area, or general disrespectful behavior. Obviously this is something management can't always control, but when we have one guest over and are taking up one small corner of a large pool and a family of 15 comes in and crowds us, gets drunk, and has their kids screaming in our space, it's not the most enjoyable experience lol. People still leave dog poop despite management doing an excellent job at providing stocked pet stations, which is frustrating but again not a reflection of management. Overall our apartment is gorgeous, we love the tech in our place, and it's an excellent location. We still love it here and have been beyond pleased with the kindness and care of the staff, especially Damion & Lindsay.

The office staff is amazing . They are people that really care for their tenants specially Patty who always goes above and beyond for the tenants. She has always been welcoming and helpful with any needs that we might have. She has very good people skills and makes you feel like family. She always greets us with a huge smile. It wouldn't be wise to loose any of them as they are always there for us. I wouldn't think of a better place to live in the heart of Palm desert. I always reccomend it to people looking for an affordable place to live where it's peaceful and well kept. The tennis courts are not available at the moment. This place has pools , jacuzzis and a play ground for our kids , basket ball and volley ball area. It's an amazing place to live.

Nice neighbors and the friendliest residents, close to Walmart and the Palm Desert mall, One quail has Parks with play areas and slides for children, tennis courts, basketball court, pools & jacuzzis, and laundry rooms. 10/10 would recommend
