These apartments suck almost everybody that lives. Here is related to someone in the office. Which…read morethey get special treatments what I mean by that is they acted entitled and bosses thinking they bully other residents just because they were related to someone in the managing office. They are always so late to open up the laundry room. I would wait a whole hour just to get laundry done. They opened from 9am to 10pm. I don't doubt that all the positive comments are from their relatives. They do a fast half a** job on work orders, and within a couple of days, it's broken again. It takes several times to get a work order in. Because I always say the first time it didn't go through.Nor the second time. The apartments never do anything about residents, who do not pick up after their animals. You're constantly stepping or seen animal poop everywhere around the complex. As well as smelling it everywhere. Also, no matter how many times they fume gate, the apartments are constantly infested with cockroaches. It also takes a while to get ahold of someone in the office by phone. There are 2 managers, and there is someone in the front that answers phone. If someone that works for the apartment sees, my comment, they're gonna try to say, oh, we try to fix everything this or that, but they're talking out of their butts. They also charge fifty dollars for a button to open up the gates to the apartments.Their cameras don't work. They also make excuses why they cannot get things done around the apartment.

What can I say about MiraBella that has not already been said a hundred times before me. "This is…read morea Great Place To Live." Danielle and Gabriela are really professional and attentive to your needs. The complex is beautifully landscaped. Clean pools and spas. A gym. A sauna. A dog park. Each unit is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and most units have their own laundry. The complex is diverse from small family units to the retired individual. The maintenance team is knowledgeable, nice and can fix most issues. The day I moved into MiraBella, my AC unit went down. They had a new one put in immediately. The best part about MiraBella is they really love pets. The complex is perfect for walking your fur friends. But you better hurry up because these units get rented fast!

After living here for 9 months there were definitely pros and cons, unfortunately the cons…read moreoutweighed the pros in the end. The first 6 months were pleasant, respectful neighbors, quiet hours were upheld, and the apartment felt like home. Sadly, the last 3 months were the complete opposite. New tenants upstairs did not respect quiet hours and this consisted of loud music, banging on the floor which sounded like furniture being dropped/moved, and constant loud footsteps which I sometimes thought were in my apartment, happened throughout the day primarily after 10pm until about 1am. I communicated this to the front office several times via email and phone calls from February until my move out week in April and this was never really addressed. I sent videos of my living room with my television on and the overpowering sounds of footsteps yet I was told that "the building floors creek". I was told they were being written up a couple of times which is none of my business and violates the other tenants privacy. Apart from that, I reported a swastika imprinted in the sidewalk near the front gate and saw it until the day I moved out. (See picture) After February, this place felt far from something I'd call home and was happy to move out. I know that other tenants are able to live there peacefully, unfortunately that was not the case for me.

Five stars for Breah, and zero stars for Junior, who does maintenance…read more The Good: Breah was wonderful from my first phone call of inquiry to when I moved out nearly two years later. Breah goes out of her way to be available and of assistance to the residents. Any time I emailed a maintenance request, there was always a response, often within a matter of minutes. There is a water aerobics class with an instructor, a monthly bagel breakfast, and other events throughout the month such as bingo, so that residents are able to meet and get to know their neighbors. All of these wonderful events are organized by Breah. The Bad: Junior has a most appropriate name. Instead of behaving like a 30 year old professional, he acts like a moody and petulant adolescent. Several times we passed each other on the sidewalk and we are the only two persons there, and I would say, "Hello, Junior!" and he would make eye contact, look away, and not respond. This happened multiple times and I know that he is not hard of hearing. Junior does good work, but it is stymied by his lack of even minimal social skills. The Ugly: Junior also takes it upon himself to lecture residents who are more than twice his age on how he thinks they should behave in a particular situation. Rude. Rude. Rude. All in all, Parkwood at Polo Grounds is a wonderful place to live if you can ignore Junior's infantile behavior. The residents are mostly friendly Baby Boomers, and Breah does everything possible to create a safe and fun place to call home.
