I found this salon when I was searching for a nail salon which uses non harmful brands. I had gel manicure and pedicure for about 10 years at my favorite salon in San Ramon. and stopped gel during the pandemic. I tried Color Street, Dashing Diva and Ohora, Dashing Diva during summer months with help of my friend who sell Color Street. The results are fine but a lot of work on my own Fiona, Julia, and Ana are all fun and professional. I told Fiona I like white during summer and she brought several whiteish colors. I got pure white pedicures but choose light pink. My skin has a lot of pink undertone. As it turned out almost the same color with my skin. Fiona said she was my to be happy for attending my son's college graduation celebration this weekend. She redid my manicure to match my pedicure in white. I chose Zoya (I think it was either Snow White, Genesis or purity.). So classy! If you like to get a great service like I got, go in the morning! This will be my nail salon from now on! Thank you. They were extremely accommodating and did such a good job! My bridesmaids and I went into get our nails done the day before my wedding. I got gel nails for a gymnastics meet the next day. I didn't get my cuticles treated, she only filed my nails and threw gel on there. I wanted natural ombre nails and she insisted she could do it several times. As soon as she started doing the ombre, it was choppy, not blended or smooth at all, and low quality. After three or so attempts, she said she couldn't do it and left my nails with the first color of the ombre. The polish was chunky, didn't reach my cuticles, and sloppy. She also doesn't listen to feedback at all. I won't come back again. read more

Made an appointment the day before for two pedicures. Very nice and clean facility with a homey relaxing ambiance. The staff were so kind and friendly. Wide section of colors and fair prices. They even took care of an elderly man who dropped in and needed his nails trimmed with such patience. Sweet people. They are open right now!These ladies provided me and my hubby a clean and safe pedicure experience! Although we were outside due to the COVID provisions, they made sure to provide the same quality and service for us. I've been coming here for 10 years. I couldn't cheat on Heavenly Nails Bar even if I wanted to... The girls here always find time for me even when I don't have an appointment (of course I make appointments though)! They always make sure I leave happy and excited with my manicure and pedicure! They use the best products. I absolutely love the orange sugar scrub they use on my legs when I get a pedicure. It smells SO GOOD. There are massage chairs here that were very helpful for relaxing while they work. As the weather started to change into spring, I realized sandal season was coming. I was in desperate need of a pedicure. A friend had told me about this place the week before and she had raved about it. So, I called them up and requested an appointment for my husband and myself. The ladies were very welcoming and professional. They seated us in wonderful massage chairs and there was a large TV facing us playing food network. The ladies brought all their tools out in sealed packages and got to work. It was 45 minutes of bliss which included a hot stone massage. I loved it and can't wait to go back. We got the basic pedicure and they were less than $30 each. There is a discount if you pay in cash. read more

Came here after Covid and had a gel manicure and pedicure. Yesterday my nail chipped and the left hand nails were dull and uneven. I called today asking for a fix on the chipped nail. The owner said to come in at 530. When I arrived she looked at my nails filed them and placed top coat then told me she couldn't redo the color on the fixed nail because she threw the color away. She admitted that it was an old color and that's why my nails chipped. She only apologized for not having the color and that was that. Definitely not coming back here. Cheap colors rushed service. And she wants payment on zelle or cash app to avoid taxes. Stay away! Update- today the owner Fiona took it upon herself to text me at 8am on a Sunday harassing me about my Yelp Review. This individual has no class and no ethics! NASTY! read more

I had a mishap here but the owner made everything right. I appreciate them taking responsibility and giving me the greatest mani pedi of my life. The women who worked on me were wonderful. They also upgraded their salon and got rid of the cumbersome pedicure bowls and have all new massage chairs. It's great. I like it a lot. read more

I used this nail salon for mani & pedi yesterday. I had a relatively positive experience. I recommended to my sister. Today she had the mani & pedi. But, this time we did not have a good experience. Even though we used the same color nail polish and the gel, the gel turned out a paler color. When we mentioned the issue, the technicians attitude changed. It is not the the quality of the work that is of concern, but it is the attitude. Additionally, especially today, they were rushing so much that several GEL polish nails were not completely dry when we got home. I do not recommend this nail salon. read more

Charming Nail Shop is located on the second floor, and there are two seats to wait at inside if she's finishing up with previous clients! You can pick a color while you wait - her variety is pretty extensive, and she recommended me to try a polish with "diamond finish" that truly held up flawlessly for almost three weeks, and is still holding up strong as I grew out my nails for the next three months lol. Mani and pedi were both really relaxing experiences - the soak and massage was lovely, and she made great conversation (out of this introvert!) to pass the time. My appointment did take longer than planned but I enjoyed the little spa moment for me. I'll start with the good: Cute little place Comfortable chairs. Although not your traditional spa chair, still very comfortable. My toes look great. Typical pricing Nice massage with package 2. The reasons I won't go back: The overall experience was painful. The older woman who gave me the pedicure kept hitting my ankles with the pumus stone even when I asked her to be careful. Following the attack on my ankles she added a salt scrub to my dry legs. It stung horribly and left my legs with red bumps all over them which are still there 24 hrs later. When I let her know that the scrub was stinging me she ignored me. I don't think she acknowledged me once other to take my polish from me. Unfortunately, I think the woman giving my pedicure must have cut my skin at some point as well because my toe is swollen and hurts today. The woman giving my friend's pedicure was very sweet and tried to console me but at that point there wasn't much she could do. She did offer an alternate solution of their mud mask if I wanted to try that another time. Although a nice offer, I will not be giving them another chance. read more

I'm impressed with this place! They did amazing jobs on my gel manicure and pedicure. Lisa T. was very kind, meticulous, and gentle. The environment was great. I love relaxing in their massage chair while Lisa T. applied the hot oil and hot stone massage on my feet; plus the soft music was playing. Great that no additional charged for the hot oil and hot stone massages! They don't use the common spa chairs with foot bath. Instead, they used the bowl covered with plastic bag for my pedicure and throw away the plastic bag after finished. Clean and sanitary are priority here. read more

I've been here for Shellac and pedicure. I had Lisa for my manicure and Kathy for my pedicure. Both ladies did awesome jobs. They made sure my toes, cuticles, and surrounding skin were all perfect. This salon is new, super clean, and puts plastic bags in the pedicure bowl and removed it once done. I have no fear of catching some disease from this salon. They give great massages and even included hot oil and hot stone massage in their normal manicure / pedicure. I can't wait to go back! read more

I had my nails done here for gel manicure and after a week, my nails are already chipping! Ugh I miss the one that I used to go in SF where it takes 4 weeks before my nails chip. very friendly staff though, they changed renovated the salon and it looks more modern. I just always feel sleepy every time I am there. if you are looking for a cheaper mani pedi, come here but not really for quality. read more
