We purchased a washer, dryer and a fridge. The items are priced so you can see what the deals are and how much percentage can be taken off. (10% in most cases) We got 15% off based on buying 3 high end items. The workers are not on commission, they must produce and share bonuses. The prices are not bargain basement but very competitive to other appliance stores and we did have great, patient, friendly service. Our guy was very knowledgeable with 35 years experience so it made our trip in all that much better. We have confidence in what we bought. If you want to settle for a floor model, (scratch and dent), there is a lot of choice at this store. Look for the yellow tags. The appliances range from lower end to high end but no junk. Something for everyone with all budgetary needs. Free delivery in town. Free connections with free standing appliances. (NOT dishwashers, built in ovens, microwaves) A bit of a bummer there. It is about $100 for hook ups where they hire someone and send them out (sub contracted workers) Collect Buy Buy reward points. Also, apparently come on Black Friday for the BEST deals. Keep an eye out for rebates, certain appliances will give you money off your utility bill. (mail in with PG&E) Also, if the item goes on sale within 15 days, you can get a refund back to your credit card. YOU have to keep an eye on this though. There was a problem with delivery and installation. Dryer couldnt get hooked up because Urners delivery guy said it was the wrong guage valve. He went about installing the washer. But that didnt end up working, and gave an error code that it was not getting water. Installation tech did not wait to verify the washer was working. The sales people at Urners were kind enough to send a tech at their cost to check the washer after I figured out it was not working. Fixing the dryer connection would be my cost, no problem. Urners' contracted tech came a week later. He did not check the problem. He decided what the most likely problem was and said he would not pull out stackables until he had the part he imagined he would need. I paid a guy to come fix the dryer connection. He came the day after the Urners tech. He was kind enough to take a look at the washer connection. He found that the Urners' guy had not even turned on the water to the washer. He turned on the water and it works great now. So mixed reviews. I think the people in the office have a customer service ideal. But the folks in the field seem to call the shots according to how hard they feel like working that day.
