Since 1907 putting out the worlds best oysters!

Been going here for years. Many years! Never had a bad oyster and service has always been great. This place has been here since the early 1900's and is located across the street from the old town site of Oysterville. Pretty cool! I recommend the Extra Smalls with some egg and cracker crumbs and plenty of lemon and salt. Worth the stop if needing an oyster fix!

This place is definitely worth a stop. In between Newport and Toledo on Yaquina Bay Road. A pretty drive to this simple, side of the road oyster farm. No frills, just a couple of options, they shuck them right in front of you, serve them up with some lemon and cocktail sauce, and you eat them outside on picnic tables. The staff is super friendly, explained the whole process to us. The oysters were delicious. Inexpensive and fun, pretty drive along the water, an easy outing that is definitely worthwhile.

Fresh as it could get!! A great cruise to get here with great scenery. I ordered medium size oysters, I was able to spread out for two days I make my own shooter cocktail, these were big enough I had to cut in three portions can't go wrong! I also purchased the seasoned which I sprinkled some inside my glass with Jacobson habanero salt, I really liked the quality. Service was great, can't remember the lady's name but she was very helpful & was able to brake down the different sizes prices ect. They have a picnic table outside to have them if wanted fresh out the shell! Definitely coming back to try to make fried. Strongly recommend

I seriously Yelped this place before visiting Oregon in February. I was determined and just had to get fresh oysters from this specific oyster farm. I was not disappointed. Oregon Oyster Farm was easy to find and had some parking across the street. Parking seemed limited where the building was. Unfortunately when I went, COVID-19 ruined the whole oyster farm experience and live shucking. But at least I learned how to shuck my own oyster. I walked up to the window and there was a menu with the oysters and pricing. I got a dozen Kumamoto oysters and a pint of already shucked medium oysters. I loved how the oysters were bagged with ice for the 1 to 2 hour ride up to Lincoln. The kumamotos were super delicious! They were small, succulent, sweet, and slightly salty. Not to mention - FRESH. My boyfriend doesn't enjoy raw oysters as much as I do but the kumamotos here, he loved. Usually I get the most portion of oysters but we split it down the middle. We also made oyster shooters with these, they were PERFECT in the shooters. The raw oysters in the pint were good, tasted fresh but I think the shelled ones are way better! I will definitely be back.

Great place to take the family and watch them shuck oysters. Also great to try raw oyster shooters. Totally worth the windy drive down the long road. Be prepared to spend a little for the oysters but they are worth it!

    Steamer clams were really good.

The oysters are HUGE. We generally pick up 2 dozen-delicious! Bring cash, credit cards not accepted.

They have nice oysters, however, they are twice as much money compared to what I usually pay in Charleston.

We passed many other seafood restaurants along the way but decided to stop in Pacific Shrimp company for lunch. On one side was the fish counter and the other side was an eatery with big glass windows that let you see the production floor. No secrets here. Menu was nice and simple. Seafood, seafood and more seafood. My buddy got the clam chowder and crab/shrimp cocktail. I decided on the shrimp po' boy with a side of cheese toast topped with Tillamook cheese. Let me tell you that shrimp was so sweet and fresh! Had I would of known of the goodness before I sat down I would have just ordered a funnel for them to just pour it down my throat. We were apart of the clean plate club that day. We left trying to figure out the recipe for the po' boy and how to transport some shrimp back to Portland. I highly recommend this place. Good service. 5star food at 2star prices. Thank you for a good seafood experience.

The containers which had packaged leftovers from the food bar were really hard to read, no ingredients listed, so I couldn't tell if they were vegetarian/vegan or carnivore. So I went to the canned soup aisle, and they had a good selection of options. I noticed the fridge section had a selection of meats and veggie-based things - but something seemed a bit off/old about them; and I'm not sure why. But it IS on the expensive side; and I imagine because it's a Co-op, and of course as a visitor I wasn't a member. The place felt a little crowded/packed with stuff, but didn't have much of what I was looking for. I didn't find the people working there terribly friendly, or rude. However, I had accidentally left a packet of seeds I bought on the counter, and the cashier actually ran to my car to give them to me. That was a really nice, unexpected touch.

As a pro tip, you should always order a side of sliced sourdough bread to go with it; it is the perfect pairing for that creamy goodness. For beverages, they have about a dozen flavored sodas to choose from, and I always get the Cherry Bomb from that list. Other favorites from their menu are the oyster shooters, their famous popcorn shrimp, and The Crew Share. Service is always quick and friendly, whether you are dining in or ordering for takeout. The location offers a variety of seating, including cozy indoor options as well as side and front patio seating for when the weather is nice. If you want to take the experience home, they also have fresh steamed Dungeness crab and a wide variety of other seafood for sale to go as well! You truly can't go wrong when stopping in here for lunch or dinner.

We were here for our grand-daughter's wedding and were watching her dog. We called to make sure that they could accommodate a party of 4 with a dog, and we were told "Yes." We arrived for an early dinner around 4:00 PM. The restaurant was practically empty. When I said that we were a party of 4 with a dog and that I had called and was told it would be okay, I got a look of surprise form the hostess and she walked away. After a few minutes, she came back and told us to walk around the outside of the restaurant and come to the side, which we did. This was a semi-enclosed area. She at first wanted to seat us close to the trash bins that smelled like fish garbage, so we asked to be moved up closer to the front windows, which they did. She placed 4 menus on the table with 4 napkins, 4 knives, and 2 forks. We had to ask for 2 more forks and they brought 4 - duh! The server came over and brought 3 waters with ice and one with no ice - go figure! She asked if we were ready to order. We said "No," as we had just sat down. She took our drink orders which she managed to get wrong. We only ordered two drinks. A beer for my son-in- law and a Canadian Club Whiskey on the rocks - single serving, for my husband. She brought him the drink straight up - he had to ask for the ice to put in his drink. We then placed our dinner orders. They were out of oysters so that we could not order any of the dishes on the menu with oysters. We started with two cups and a bowl of Gino's Homemade Clam Chowder. We all enjoyed the soup very much. My husband and I decided to share the Pan Seared Rockfish and told the server that we would be sharing and requested another plate. The menu described it as pan seared rockfish topped with fresh fennel and honey mustard vinaigrette served with spinach creamy risotto and sauteed seasonal vegetables. They forgot to bring the extra plate, so we had to ask for it again. The other entrees were the Rockfish Fish 'n Chips and the Crew Share which was two pieces of halibut, two prawns, two scallops, and two small oysters with chips and Cole slaw. We had to ask for more water, which never came. They paid no attention to details. The food was enjoyable. The service was terrible. All in all, it was pricey in our book and just okay! There are far too many restaurants in Newport to choose from - go elsewhere!
